Lin Qin slept and woke up, for a lawyer specializing in economic disputes to a country girl in the 1990s.

She is an orphan, with a dead mother and an educated youth father who divorced his family to leave his hometown.

This is the best age and the worst age.

Lin Qin felt that there was nothing to be afraid of, herself is her biggest golden finger.

I really liked Rich Parents and Hot Brother Found Me At Last so decided to check author-sama's other works. How to say it, it's just...normal?

Our MC is a lawyer who specializes in economic disputes. She was reading a case file of a female criminal who became rich through business fraud etc., Then she woke up, and became that female criminal when she was still a teenager. There is faceslapping of shameless relatives, poor-to-rich, business management. MC taking care of the original's family and then some occasional sugar with ML.

Like RPHB, romance is not the main focus, the focus here is more on poor-to-rich/business management so it's more...dull. There are times when it feels like our MC is just narrating things. With paragraphs and paragraphs of description and no conversation between the characters. MC is just reporting what already happened. Because MC has foreknowledge, she knows where it is worthwhile to invest during the 1990s.. In terms of business, she knows how to quickly set up a brand, how to make use of marketing etc. Most of the novel is MC doing business/managing the company and the occasional dates with ML in between.

Probably because MC is a transmigrator, for me, it feels like she has no goal(?) so the story is a bit scattered here and there. At first, her goal was to protect the original family, but she already achieved that when they moved away from their own small town to do business. The building-a-brand was something that a friend invited her to do, and she applied her future knowledge. Same with the investment, since she already knows what's going to happen in the future, it's a waste not to apply it when picking which project to invest. Goal is also not romance, nor having a family (MC is an orphan), this is why the ending felt a bit abrupt for me, cos it didn't end when MC & ML had a wedding, nor when MC & ML had a baby... it suddenly ended, when China won the venue for 2008 Olympics(???)

I feel like it would have been more interesting if it was the female criminal who was reborn and was given a second chance to change her past life instead of a passerby lawyer who suddenly became a very pretty but poor teenager. (MC's looks has been constantly praised in the whole novel). I guess, bonus points for having a doting ML though.
