This was a bit like I Want to Be in a Relationship, where ML has a mental disorder. Only our ML here has a more serious condition. Also, the hardship of the people around him can be more understood.

So our MC has a genetic disease, the kind that would breakout suddenly, then her organs would start to fail and she'll die 5 days later. Before her death, her childhood friend, our ML, visited her in the hospital. ML has a Scholar Syndrome, meaning he has high IQ on particular fields. He told MC that he tried really hard to find a cure for her but he couldn't find it and blames himself. MC is moved by ML's efforts. She dies shortly after.

Then she rebirths back to 4 years ago. This is when she last met ML. ML's grandma is dying and he proposed to her to fulfill her dying wish. This time, MC agrees. In the past life, she rejected ML and ML married a different woman. Laters, the woman abandoned ML during a house fire and ML became disfigured. At the very least, she would like to prevent ML's fate, and feels like its okay to spend the last four years of her life with ML. MC and ML family are good people, they agree to their marriage after some time. Then the couple starts their lovey dovey husband and wife life.

Very warm and very touching. MC realized her importance to ML. How he cared for her since they were children, how special she was to him. All her casual sentences, ML really kept them in mind. At the same time, she also tried to find ways to help ML open up more to others and not just to her. MC & ML relationship are developing nicely. When suddenly, a cousin of MC also suddenly breaks out with the genetic disease. Of course, everyone is worried that MC might have it too, what would happen to ML then? MC Brother-in-law funded the research, just in case MC might have it in the future as well.

MC decided to just enjoy the present with ML. They also planned to have a child. Laters, they did have a child and MC disease was triggered. But it didn't completely break out cos it seem to have undergone a mutation. MC would be more sickly in the future, anemia etc., but at least, she just won't suddenly die. Timeskip, and four years has passed and MC's supposed 'death day' has passed and she is still living happily with ML and their son. Laters (in the Extras), they held a wedding and their child is their flower boy.

Extras is MC past life. MC didn't know but ML family spent a lot of money to get her back in China and also when she got the disease, they invited experts everywhere for her. In the end, she died... and ML may or may not be contemplating suicide. Then a short episode of how MC & ML met for the first time when they were still kids.Then a funny episode about ML being a winner in life (rich, high IQ, beautiful wife and son) XD. There was also an extra about a possible side CP with brother-in-law, its just a short preview. though :/ And lastly, when MC & ML little bun were just born, how ML taught him and despised his IQ (in fact, little bun is already smart compared to his peers) Lol.

Very sweet and fluffy. No external drama. At least, there are no villains/evil people to be faceslapped. But there are some bittersweet parts, especially when MC realizes how much she weight in ML's heart, very very touching, but they would all be resolved within the chapter, so each chapter ends nicely 💕

My fave part is... hmm, there are many like the Thunderstorm kisses (both times) or the Winner in Life Extras, but the one I liked the most is when MC told ML that she likes him (C51) and he was just so happy. It was so sweet and ML was so cute~~ （＞ｙ＜）
