So our MC transmigrates into a novel and knows her role as a villainess. Due to someone plotting against ML, they had a little bun. At first, the original planned to take the child to ML so she can marry into his family, but she got scared off cos she read some news about a wealthy family killing the mother and just taking the child in. Since the little bun is now useless, she neglects him instead. Then come are MC, our MC is heartbroken for the little bun of course, and takes the banner of being a good mother. She is a chef in the previous life and decided to go back to the old business. She opens a BBQ stand at a night market, bringing the little bun with her. Little bun gets spotted by ML's subordinates and informs ML. ML checks it out, finds little bun adorable and wants to recognize him as his son. However, he's a bit confused about what to do about the little bun's mother. Lol. So he just secretly gets in contact with little bun, until they become more familiar with each other. After getting found out by MC, they tentatively agree to let little bun slowly get used to ML before disclosing his identity. Laters, ML's mom make trouble cos she wants to recognize her grandson but thinks that MC has a low identity and doesn't deserve to enter in their family. At this point, ML has already fallen for MC and takes this chance to move the mother-and-son near his home. He also tells MC that he plans on pursuing her. After some sweet offensive, MC agrees to be with ML and fulfill little bun's wish for a complete family.

Not really a plot twist, but laters, they find out where the 'original' went, seems like she became a rich heiress. But heiress was originally a perfect little girl, smart, pretty, good character, but after the 'original' became her, she became lazy etc. (the original's character). MC had met her and she has no plans to see little bun. Laters, the heiress family became disappointed with her. I think she became a little celebrity in the end.

Extras is the original fantasizing about changing back with MC and becoming a wealthy wife. And little bun growing up.

This has a bit of food porn, a little bun and warm family life. Unlike My Son Might Be a Villain where little b​​un is guarded against ML who might 'steal' his mom. Our little bun here is all for it cos he wants a complete family. ML and MC interaction are cute~ And like I mentioned, basically no drama, just ML mom making trouble which ML solves right away. This is a nice change of pace from BL, and its fluffy enough to binge read it on MTL~ Just not one of my faves, cos its not memorable enough? MC has no distinguishing traits for me, that little bit of food porn really only existed at the first part of the novel without ML. I guess, I feel like its such a waste of setting that MC was a chef which was impressive but it wasn't emphasized since laters, the focus was more on their family life. Still fun to read though~
