Lizia reincarnated into a mob character of an otome game world. With memories of her past life, she's decided to live a happy life and give back to her parents, but she ended up getting engaged to the Prince Route's ultimate villain, Bernhardt. This is the struggle of Lizia as she somehow aims for a peaceful life.

Read this over the weekend cos the cute cover art caught my eye. And still looking for fluffy novels with girl little buns. *Sigh*

This is your typical reincarnated into an otome game novel (but as a mob instead of villainess). MC reincarnates as a very plain mob character who somehow caught ML's eye when she didn't show any interest with the Crown Prince. ML's Duke House proposes to MC's Marquis House for an engagement and of course, they have to disagree. The villainess is ML's half sister and ended up becoming bestfriends with MC. So there our MC was, fiance with a villain and bestfriends with a villainess. It would've been fun if we were shown fluff while our MC de-vilinize them, but noooppee... Timeskip, and its the start of the game (aka entrance ceremony on Nobles Academy.)

The heroine is a reincarnator and she already got close to 2 love interests way wayyyy before the 'game' started then she sets her eyes on the Crown Prince. This is the typical 'love-interests turns stupid when faced with the heroine', a lot of nobles are dissatisfied with her but can't make a move cos of her love-interest entourage. The she sets her eyes on our villain ML cos in the game, he was supposed to be inlove with her too.

MC gets caught up in a lot of schemes and the love-interests (esp. the Crown Prince) have all basically became stupid and starts a crusade against those who hurt their precious heroine. Heroine is actually creepy and pitiful cos she was brainwashed that if she didn't fulfill her give 'role', she would disappear in this world. Turns out the manipulator was one of the love-interest (He became the villain instead. Lol) and the heroine dumped the Crown Prince when she gets her brother back.

Overall, this is a so-so for me. The translation is great!!! And it really helped keep me going. I mostly had an issue with our mob MC, instead of the story being about what SHE DOES, it was more about what was being DONE TO HER. She's very very very very very passiivvve!!!! It was also mentioned in the novel, but she's kinda cowardly and avoids making decisions and just goes with the flow. Most of the time, she doesn't even know what happened, how or why it happened =_= I*sigh* The MC doesn't really have to be a stand up person for me, but at least have some backbone. How fluffy would it have been if you told your lonely feelings to ML instead of sulking / feeling sorry for yourself / acting pitiful for readers (Lol) I guess I was expecting fluff but ended up with politics and schemes (and a stupid Crown Prince) instead..... Should I go back? I feel like Chinese novels can give me the fluffy little girl bun I'm looking for~~~~
