You set the book down and look away, ashamed. "I'm sorry, Hikaru. I....I was jealous then....I know that's not an excuse, what I did was wrong and sneaky. I didn't think you'd ever find out, but I was idiotic enough to write it in my diary..." You pout, lip quivering as you look to the floor.

Hikaru's face was half creeped out/half confused af. "You ruined me and Haruhi's date?! From Britain?! What The Fuck?! We didn't even know each other then!" You shrug. "Tamaki would talk about you guys and send me pics and videos of his friends every now and then, and I kinda developed a crush on you..." Hikaru facepalmed as you continued. "And then Tamaki asked me one day to help ruin you and Haruhi's date and I was actually very happy to do it. I hacked into the restaurant's security cameras and lighting, then told Tamaki where to be so he could trip you, spilling your food on Haruhi, and then I hacked your phone and sent her rude and mean messages and she thought it was you, so yeah...."

Hikaru wore an annoyed smile. "Well, I have to admire your dedication...." You look up at him sheepishly. "I understand if you think I'm a horrible person now and don't want to date me anymore..." Hikaru sighs and scoots over so he's sitting next to you, and swings his arm around your shoulders. "I'm not breaking up with you. To be honest, you kinda saved me. Do you know how dense she can be sometimes? She and the boss are perfect for each other." You nod, still feeling a little insecure. Hikaru notices and kisses you, taking you by surprise. He pulls back and grins.

"Hey, I'm still here. And I'll be here for the long run. Don't you worry."
