Hey guys,

No this is not a new story or anything like that. But I just want to make something known. I don't normally do this but this certain thing really pissed me off and I think it needs to be discussed. I'm not going to say any names specifically or anything like that, but I just want to make sure you all understand that this book is NOT justifying abuse. There is depression, abuse, and a lot of other behavioral health issues included in this book, and I just want to make sure everyone understand that I don't think abuse is okay. It isn't. This book is not saying its alright either. I specifically wrote parts of this book to explain why Brittany does what she does, and to explain what she tells herself to get THROUGH THE ABUSE. ABUSE IS NOT OKAY IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM AND MY BOOK IS NOT SAYING IT IS!!! Abuse is a serious issue, and I will not stand by and let people think that I, as an author, am saying it is. My book only illustrates what Brittany tells herself and how she feels to get though the pain.
