《Meeting the Gangleader》Chapter 8

*Adam's P.O.V*

She shuts the door, and I sigh and drive off.

I can't believe I just asked her for a kiss.

IN FRONT OF HER SISTER.

I thought I wasn't going to get involved with her?

Well it is a little to late now that Michael knows about her and wants her.

Michael doesn't stop until he gets what he wants.

I drive around aimlessly for what seems to be hours.

I just can't get her out of my head.

I hit my hand off of the steering wheel, accidentally hitting the horn.

I look at the clock and it says 2:45pm.

Doesn't she get off at 3? Well if I can't get her out of my head, what does it hurt to hang out with her?

Making up my mind, I turn my car around and start heading towards her school.

Before thinking more of it, I pull out my phone and dial Chases number quickly.

He answers the second ring.

"Sup." He replies nonchalant.

"I need you to gather all of the information about a girl named Brittany. I don't know her last name but she has black hair and blue eyes. She has a sister named Karly, and she lives with her parent's. I need you to set up a date for me. I really like her." I rush out.

"Wow dude, never thought I'd see the day you actually took a girl on a date. I guess you really do like her. But yeah, you know I got your back. Consider it done. I'll text you the details." He says, then the line goes dead.

As I arrive in front of her school I see students walking out.

I pull my car over to the curb in front of the school, not really caring about the attention I'm receiving.

As I see a familiar black haired girl walk out of the school, I open my door, and walk around to the passenger side, leaning against the car with my arms crossed.

She looks confused when she sees me, but walks over anyways.

"Why are you here?" She asks.

I smirk.

"Well Kitten, you got a ride to school from me, so you don't have a way home, do you? Plus were hanging out." I state, and look away from her trying to look relaxed.

I'm anything but relaxed on the inside though, I'm actually nervous that she's going to say no.

"Oh. No. We don't. And I guess I'll hang out with you." She says, and a smile makes it's way on to her face.

I nod my head, smiling smugly, and open the door for her, before walking around to my side of the car.

I hop in, and wait until Karly gets in as well, and then I pull away from the curb.

As I drive her home, I feel the urge to touch her, so I reach over the center console and take her hand, intertwining our fingers together, and resting our hands in her lap.

I just can't help it.

I have tis huge urge to just never stop touching her or kissing her. I just want her to be all mine.

I glance over at her slightly and see she's studying our hands, blushing.

I chuckle slightly, but don't say anything.

It doesn't take long for us to arrive at her house, and when we do, I quickly get out of the car, walk around it, and open her sisters door for her.

Karly goes to walk inside but I stop her.

"Hey, Karly right? Well, Britt won't be home until a little later, ok?"

She smiles and nods her head, then turns and starts walking up the stairs, but stops and turns back around to face me.

"Look, I don't know what you want with my sister," She hesitates, as if she's scared of saying what she was going to say, then shakes her head, "Just don't hurt her. She needs someone to depend on. She doesn't have the easiest life. I'm the only one she has."

Then she turns around and walks inside before I can ask her what she means.

What about her parents? Do they live alone? Should I ask Brittany? I need to focus on what I had Chase set up for me. Our little date.

I stand outside of the car for another minute, before deciding I'll have Chase look up her history when I get the chance to ask him.

I hop inside the car, and plaster a fake smile on, not feeling genuinely happy about what her sister said.

I turn on the radio, and Trap Queen blasts through the radio, making the mirrors shake.

"OH MY GOD!" She screams over the music, then starts to rap along with the song.

I laugh at her, already starting to forget what her sister said, for the time being.

--------

Hey my little gang members.

I fixed this up.

I'm trying to make it flow along a little more.

And trying to make it less rushed.

ARGHHHH.

HALP ME FIX HIS TERRIBLE STORY.
