It's the day before The Battle. I got a text from Jaz saying that we are going to meet up at the Dragon field. I got her text during wizard 101. It said that we are going to have one last Practice together before The Battle.

I didn't think this is how I was going to spend my Friday night. I was going to spend tonight with Jessica. She wanted to spend the night with me, so we can do a last-minute study.

I've been practicing every weekend with Jessica. If I had free time I would spend it practicing. Jessica has helped me so much during this process. I think she wants me to win more than I want to win. Should want to come tonight to the practice with me but she got sick before lunch. So she is stuck in her dorm room.

I walk up to the field the see what seems to be like a black box covering the area. Then I see Jazz and the group standing by the bleachers talking to each other. This will be fun.

I walk over to them to see everyone there except for Chloe. "What up guys," I ask them as I look over at Jazz. " Nothing much," Jazz tells me. I walk over to Mia and Amelie.

"So why are we here?" I ask them confused. " I have no clue," Mia tells me as she stands up from the breaches. I look over at Amelie to see if she knows anything. " All I know is that we are waiting for Chloe right now." She says to me as she points behind me.

I look behind me to Chloe running towards us. " Sorry am late I was on the phone with my parents. What did I miss." She says to us as she is running out of breath. something seems off about here. Like she has been worrying about something. "Nothing yet," Carson said.

" Okay guys, are you ready to do some Team exercises," Jazz tells us as Carson groaned at her. Chloe gives her a confused look. " Are we not going to be exercising?" Amelie said to Jazz. " I have been think of past Battles. None of the teams have good Communication. They don't act like teams. They just try to help them sleeves doing The Battle. If we work as a team we can win this. If we don't then we have n chance." Jazz tells us as Chloe starts to nod in agreement. Carson still has a harsh look on his face.

" Guys we can't doubt ourselves's now. Jazz is right. We can win this but we must act as a team." I add on to her speech. " Thomas is right. I've seen another team's practice and it's all for them sleeves. especially Water & Wind groups. We got this" Chloe adds more on to it.

" Each group has had the same Strategies since my older brother went to school here for 4 years ago. We can spend this time strategizing on where to put our flags, our positions, and how to find their flags." Mia expands more into our conversation.

" But this won't work if we are a team. So who's in" I say to them as stick my hand in the middle. I know it's cliché but let me have my moment.

When I stick my hand out I immediately get Jazz and Mia's hands. Then no more than ten seconds later I get Chloe's and then Amelie. We all look over at Carson as he is sitting on the benches. He is a bit full of himself and stubborn but he is still part of this team. " Carson you know we are going to need you," Jazz tells him in a serious voice.

Carson stands up and walks over us and put his hand on ours. " We are Poison and Dark. We got this shit" He says with a smirk as we all laugh and lift our hands up.

"Mia shall we start strategizing then?" Jazz tells her as she pushes up her glass and starts to smile high. I can tell she's been waiting for this moment.
