I walk in the Lobby to see all my friends except for Jessica and Beth who are mostly still doing there makeup together. I see Thomas standing next to Peter. I run down towards them. When I get there Thomas gets a glimpse of me he runs off. I watch him as he runs out of the lobby.

When I get over to Peter he looks upset. " Dame he's not an easy person to trick," Peter says to me. "What did you say to him Jackass" I yell at him. Then in the corner of my eye, I see Ned and Liam come over to us. "woww come down guys, " Liam told us. "Yeah dipshit doesn't try anything on me or I'll turn you into a chair and lit you on fire," Peter tells me as I go to punch him as Liam catches my punch and Ned pulls me away.

I Fucking hate Peter. I guess I can hate someone then. It's been over an hour now. I've been to Mr. Cain's class since I ran off. We still have to give a presentation. I am pretty sure what peter said is not true but why would he say that. I am sitting at the same seats as last time. I am playing for him so I can talk to him.

" Thomas there you are" Mark calls out for me. I don't see anyone else from the group. " Hey" is all I manage out. " Whatever he told it's not true," Mark tells me. " You don't even know what he said," I tell him Response to him.

"But I've known him for most of my life Thomas. He is to a Merman. He lives in Australia as well." Mark tells me. I didn't know the other half of Peter was Merpeople. I guess that makes sense of why he knows so much about him.

" Thomas you can tell me what he said to you," Mark tells me. " He told me that you were only hanging out with me to have someone powerful you can use against other people. " I tell him as his face drops. " That does sound like me at all Thomas," he tells me as he laughs. This makes me laugh to " I know, I just ran off cause I was upset at the time." I tell him as we laugh.

" Well you ready for our Presentation," Mark tells me with a smile. " Nope," I say to him real fast. " Yeah neither am I.," he says as we can't stop laughing.

I get to the lunch table with my lasagna. Where I see Jessica, Mark, Liam, Ned, Jeb, and Beth already there. "Hey guys," I tell them as I go to sit down next Jessica and Jeb.

" So did you guys hear about the party tonight in the Midnightwoods," Ned asks us. I can tell where this is going. The Midnightwoods are the woods that surround the whole school. I think the woods go on for miles and miles.

" Oh yeah am down," Jessica says. Oh, great am probably going to be dragged along to. " Sounds like fun, we are down," Beth says for her and Jeb. "I have nothing else to do," Mark says out loud. Then all eyes go to me and Liam.

"So your guys coming?" Ned asks us. I look over at Jessica and mouth to her no. " Yeah, he's coming," Jessica says for me. " Yeah I'll go then if Thomas is going," Liam says. Dang, I don't it would be that bad. Besides what else would I do this weekend then. " It's settled then. Were all going." Ned says to us.

" Hey watch it bitch" I hear a girl screams two tables down from us in the cafeteria. We all turn around to see a girl yelling at Dylan. What did he do to her? " What are you looking at Dean," Dylan told me as he just walks off without. He never did say anything to that girl just me." I wonder what happened?" Ned says out loud.

"So did your guys hear about Headmaster Anderson," Beth says to us. Jessica looks at me as my face becomes a concern. Jessica grabs my hand under the table. "what happened" I ask them. " Oh yeah, I did hear about that. I can't believe she's is letting a Christmas dance happen this year." Ned tells us.

When I hear that I can feel the breath I've been holding let go. I look a Jessica as she smiles. " I thought something bad happened" Jessica whispers to me. " Yeah me too," I tell her back while keeping my voice down.

Jessica is one of the only people who's Knows that Mrs. Anderson is my Aunt. Well, Johan also knows too. I forget he was there when she came to check up on me.

" I can't believe she would even let a dance happened. Especially since the student body has been asking for years." Jeb says out loud. Umm, I didn't even know that. " I guess it would be fun to attend," I tell them. Everyone looks at me. " What?" I asked them.

" Well, the party isn't really your screen sooo, I guess we're just shocked that you would want to go," Jessica tells me as everyone nods. Uhm, I guess I am predictable.

" Which lipstick?" Beth asks Jessica as she shows her two different lipsticks. " I don't know, there both look good," Jessica tells Beth. I don't why I say yes to come over to the dorm to get ready for the party. I've been sitting in Jessica's bed reading a Vogue magazine.

" Thomas, what do you think?" Beth asks as she shows me a red lipstick and blue lipstick. " Umm, red, it brings out your eyes. The blue takes away from your eyes." I tell her as she smiles and opens up the red lipstick. Just cause am broad doesn't mean I haven't been paying any attention.

" You guys ready yet?" I ask them. Please say yes. " Am read?" Jessica says as she put some sunflower earrings on. " Yeah me too," Beth tells me. "Thank Lord," I say as I grab my phone.

"The guys and Charlotte are probably in the Lobby waiting for us. " I tell him as I open the dorm room door. We head to the staircase and that's when I hear a buzz.

I look down over at Jessica as she pulls out her phone. Her smile goes wide when she reads something on there. I think Beth can tell as well cause she tries to get a glimpse of her phone.

" Is that Keegan?" Beth asks her. Then Jessica starts to brush. " Yeah he's going meet us there," Jessica tells her. I didn't know that she told Beth about that Keegan guy.

We make it down to the lobby to see everyone looking nice. It nothing former like a Ball or Dance. I decide to put on a good pair of jeans and a denim jacket. " finally you guys" Charlotte calls out. Charlotte's style of clothing is nothing like Beth's or Jessica. She likes to just have on a pair of jeans and a jacket. So like me then.

" Let's get going," Ned tells us. " Do you even know where we are going?" I ask him to be a bit skeptical. Ned opened the door for us and I can feel the cold air of night hit us. " Yeah, I do. Trust me for once" Ned tells me. I guess he is right I don't trust him enough. Even though Ned does get on my nerves sometimes we are still friends.

After like a 20 minute walk into the woods we eventually come up to the party. There tons of people her. I look around to see a table full of drinks and snacks. Also, a couple of lights hanging off trees. In the middle is a huge fire pit with seats and logs to sit on.

"Thomas you coming" Jeb ask me as I look back at the group and there had head to the drink table. " Umm, I am going to look around some more," I tell Jeb as he walks off to get a drink. I don't know why but I am feeling this weird sensation coming from behind the fire pit.

I start to head towards the fire pit. When I get towards the fire pit I feel I hand grab me. I turn around to see Jackson. " Oh shit, you scared me," I tell him. I forget that Jackson was even a person.

" I noticed that you were heading towards to forest so I stopped you. There nothing behind there expect for the Haunted Shack" Jackson tells me as he let's go. I didn't even know that the school was Haunted. But that would make sense.

" It's not Haunted" I hear Bianca tell him. Didn't know she was seating next to the fire pit. Actually, I look around the fire pit to see most of Peters's gang. " What about a Haunted Shack," Ned says as he comes over to the fire pit with a solo cup. I look over to see Beth, Jeb, Liam, and Charlotte heading our way.

" Okay sit down everyone I'll tell the story," Jackson says to us. I seat down next to Bianca where she starts to get close to me. I can feel her shaking. I don't think it was a good idea to throw a party outside in September. She's wearing a Tank Top so that could be why.

I pull off my jacket and I gave it to her. " here use my Jacket" I tell her as she grabs it and pulls it on to her. " Thank you," She says with a smile and she moves back away a bit. My Wolf side should be able to keep me warm.

" You guys ready for the story of the Haunted Shack," Jackson asks us. " Sure why not. I am waiting for the beer to kick in" Beth says as she gulps downing all of her beer. We all laugh out loud. Jeb sits next to me.

"Well Legend has it the Shack has been around since the 1500s. But a kid in the late 1910s used to mislead other kids into the cabin and murder them" Jackson tries to tell us in his best scary voice. " That sounds more like an old ghost story other teens made up to scared each other," I tell them trying to debunk this so-called Haunted Shack. " Yeah I have to agree with him," Charlotte says.

" He didn't tell it right" Alice yells at him from the other side of the fire pit. I didn't see her or Peter with her. " A whole bunch of teens has tried to open the Shack but nothing has ever worked. Spells or Teleportation nothing seems to work. In the '80s apparently, the school headmaster tried to tear it down nothing would make it budge. " Alice tells the group with a better creepy voice.

" Still seems unrealistic to me," I tell them. " Yep again." Charlotte tells them. " remained me to never take you to a scary movie." Jackson tells me as we laugh.

" Don't forget to tell them how it may be connected to Octha Weylyn" Bianca tells Jackson. Oh, his name again. " some people like to say that Octha Weylyn was the person who built it. But nothing about that has been proven to be real. " Jackson says to us.

" If you really want to hear a scary, story we can talk about Alice ex-boyfriends," Bianca tells the group while we all start to laugh. "fuck you," Alice tells Bianca while flipping her off.

" shows us to it. " Charlotte asks Jackson. " Yeah, I want to see it, too." Beth agrees with Charlotte. Umm, the idea of going to a weird Shack in the middle of an enchanted forest kinda makes me scared.

" Am down if you two? " Jackson tells us as he looks at me and Jeb. " I'll go if Thoms goes then," Jeb says as he looks at me. Shit. " Well, Thomas?" Jackson asks me. " Okay, I'll guess I'll go then," I tell them as I look over at Jeb. " Great let get going," Jackson says to us. " Girls, you coming?" Jackson looks over at them. " yeah sure why not?" Bianca tells him. " Nah am going to stay here with Peter. I realized that Peter hasn't said anything this whole time. Which I am not complaining about.

After about 20 minutes of us walking all over the enchanted woods, I can feel the Sensation from early again. It's coming straight from the cabin.

" Here it is nothing special, you guys." He says as he points at a cabin that clearly seen the test of time. It looks like if you touch it, the cabin will break into many pieces. You can also tell someone has tried to fix it in the past.

" Let's try and opened the door," Charlotte says to us. "You can try but I am not for certain if the door will open," Jackson says as she tries to open the door. After pulling on the doorknob for what felt like two minutes she gives up. " Okay let's go back to the party. I Am trying to get shitfaced." She says as she walks in the same direction that we came from.

" What lasted of time," Beth says out loud. " You didn't have to come," Bianca tells her as there start to chat and Jackson walks behind them.

I am still staring at the shack. I don't know but I feel a connection to the shack. I didn't even realize but am right in front of the door. I just have to try to open it. I place my hand on the doorknob. I can feel someone watching me but I don't may any attention to it.

"Thomas you coming, I would want to get lost out here." I hear Jeb at me. I pull away from the door and the sensation. " Yeah am coming," I tell him as I start to jog after him. But right before I do I get one more good look at the shack.

We get back to the party I can tell for sure that the party is really kicking into gears. I can hear music now and everyone is Dancing. " You okay? I saw you standing by the shack before we left" Jeb asks me as we start to head to the table. " Oh yeah am fine. " I tell him as he grabs a solo cup and he hands one to me. " I don't really drink," I tell him. " Me to I just thought you will want to put your coke in a different cup," He tells me with a smile. Uhm, I guess he knows me pretty well.

"I'll take a cup then," I tell him as he hands me one and a coke. "Thanks," I tell him. We both are looking at everyone dancing and having fun. " Big crowds aren't really my thing," Jeb tells me a bit awkward, but before I can respond I hear my name be called. " Thomas over here!" I hear Samuel shout at me as he is waving me down.

I see Samuel and Lucas off to the side of the party. Samuel is still waving me down for some reason. " Am coming?" I tell him as Jeb's face goes sour. " Come with me," I tell him. " Are you sure?" He asked me. " Oh come let's go," I tell him as drag him along with me.

As we were heading over there I wasn't watching where I was going and I ran right into Dylan. " Oh am sorry. I didn't mean to run into you." I tell him trying to apologize to him as Jeb hides behind me. " Fuck off Mixer. Jeb if I was I wouldn't be hanging around someone like that. What would your folks say." he says to me in mockery way? I get it now Jeb was binding behind me so Dylan didn't see him.

What's with Jeb's parents. Every time someone talks about his parents he always seems sad or disappointed. I was about to stand up for Jeb into Jeb got to me first. " I don't give a fuck what you think or my parents," Jeb tells Dylan as all three of us seem shocked by. " Fine whatever you say, but you must choose your battles right," Dylan says to Jeb before he walks off. I never thought I would hear Jeb cuss before.

We get back to walking over to while Samuel and Lucas are at. " Hey Thomas, Hey Jeb," Samuel tells us. There are both wearing their leatherman jackets still. " What's up," I ask them and Jeb just nods his head. " I thought you can clear up somethings," Lucas says to me. Great what now.

"Well, we wanted to more about our magic. You know since you guys were born into the magic world and we were not." Samuel tells us to. I and Jeb look at each other. Shocked by this. It makes sense there are new to all this. "Well, it may take a while for you guys to get a good awareness of the supernatural world," Jeb tells them as there smile at him. " It's only 10:45 Pm, we got time," Lucas says to Jeb as Jeb's face starts to turn red. I just hope there don't ask any questions about me.

"So how is it possible for us to get Magic?" Samuel asks us. "Well someone in each of your guy's family must have had a Magic gene. So could have been someone from a long time ago in your family. Magic genes can stay in a gene pool for over 13 Generations. Then it's just genetics from thereon." I tell them. " So we're not cursed or anything," Lucas says jokingly to us. We all start to laugh out loud. We all stop laugh but Jeb is still laugh awkwardly.

We just all stare at him into he stops laughing. Is he okay? "Is there like a government or something for Magic and the supernatural world," Samuel asks us after a long moment of silence between us all.

" Well there is The Council of Supernatural, there make something called the Max Laws. Then each type of supernatural creatures have their own councils and laws there have made. As long as those laws fall under the Max Laws still." Jeb tells them really rapidly as he laughs at the end. " umm, okay" Samuel tells Jeb.

"Don't forget Jeb, The council only meets now if they have to. The last time there had met all together was when there decided to make their own councils." I add on to what Jeb said earlier. " Oh, I forget," Jeb says awkwardly to us. " Hey it's all good Jeb," Lucas says as he put his hand over Jeb's shoulder. Jeb gives a full smile to Lucas's reaction.

" So I hate to be mean or rude but what are you. We didn't grow up in the supernatural world and we are always hearing other kids talk about you." Samuel asks again. I knew this question would come up.

" Well like I said earlier about genes of families. Well, my family is what some people would call Mixers." I pause before I continue on. " What's mixers?" Lucas asked me before I could proceed with my family.

" Well, a mixer is when two different species are together," I tell them. " Is mixers common then," Samuel ask me. " No, a lot of other families usually stay with the same species. Then you have Purest that hate people that mix." Jeb says to us Passionately. I can tell this hits Jeb hard. Put am not sure if it's the fact of his family are hated for being mixers or there hate people for being mixers. I can tell that this has made the moments weird.

" Thomas back to you" Samuel ask me to continue after. " Well, my family has a long line of mixing. That I got three different types of Supernatural Creature in me. Werewolf, Wizard, and Dargon. Which makes me a Tribrid." I tell them by using way too many hand motions. "That explains so much," Samuel says to me. I look over at Jeb and Lucas and there are having there own discussion now. I guess I must have bored them.

" Thanks for the information. It honestly helps a lot" Samuel tells me as he stands up. " Yeah of course," I tell him as I stand up to.

" Can you do me another favor?" Samuel ask me again. I am not sure what it is but I'll hate to say no to him. " Umm, it depends," I tell him. "Can you introduce me to Beth" Samuel ask me. Oh Woah I didn't know he wants to get to know Beth. " Oh okay sure," I tell him as I look around looking for her.

"Ahh," I say out loud as a yawn. The party is still going strong. I am over by the fire pit again. I've been talking to Beth and Samuel. There been hitting it off really well. I never saw Beth this happy with anyone else except Jeb. I don't know what happened to Jeb and Lucas. There were talking to each other for a while over by the last place we were sitting. But now there aren't there. Liam took Charlotte back to her room after he passed out. I guess she did get shitfaced. But I haven't seen Mark, Jessica, or Ned this whole time.

I pull at my phone to see 12:32 Am. " You must be sleepy then" I hear a very familiar voice say to me. I look behind me to see Johan. " I didn't even know you were here," I tell him as he sits down next to me. " Yeah, I've been with the boys for most of it. But there went off to go chase some tail." He tells me as I laugh. I can smell a lot of alcohol from his breath.

"Chase some tail?" I say to him laughingly. "Yeah, what's wrong then." He says in a manly voice just playing around with me. " Yeah, nothing wrong if you are 67 years old," I tell him as my laugh stops.

"besides I have only been here for like less than an hour. I've spent most of the night with Rebecca." He tells me as he gives me a smile and drinks more out of his red solo cup. Oh yeah, there are back together now.

3:48 Am now. Most people have left by now. But I and Johan are just now heading back to our dorm room. "That was a crazy party," He tells me with the smell of alcohol still in his breath. After getting a whole look at the party I don't really think so. " Nothing too crazy really," I tell him in response.
