《Leading Love [boyxboy]》Chapter 24

*Chapter 24*
It was already noon when I woke up the next day, my eyes slowly opening before I rubbed the sleep off of them. A small smile crept up my lips when I remembered what happened yesterday.
"Good morning." A voice from behind surprised me before I turned around, meeting a smiling Zaron.
"I assumed that you'd be gone already," I smiled and leaned my forehead against his.
"You look cute when you sleep," he stroked my hair back and pressed a long kiss on my forehead. "You always look cute though."
"But I want to look sexy, not cute," I complained.
"Well yesterday, you looked hell of sexy," he roared, causing me to giggle. At that moment my phone went off, when the same ringtone as yesterday returned. Zaron was closer to my phone so he picked it up and gave it to me before I looked upon it, seeing my old man's name on the phone.
That's when I widened my eyes, noticing that he was up for a video call. "What the hell, it's my father," I muttered and didn't hesitate to pick up.
"Hey old man," I greeted him with a smile.
"Quentin, long time no see," the dark grey haired man smirked. His beard grew quite thick now which showed that he was too busy to shave it. "How are you doing? I tried calling you yesterday, why didn't you pick up?"
"I was busy," I mumbled.
"With sleeping?" He cocked his eyebrow.
"Nah," I shook my head and glanced at Zaron who was just observing me. "I have someone to introduce you to," I said and tilted my phone just enough for father to see Zaron, too. "Dad, this is Zaron, my boyfriend."
He seemed utterly surprised at first but then gave him quick greeting wave. "I hope for you to treat my son well, you understand. He seems to care a lot for you, I suppose," he raised his finger.
"Yes sir," Zaron nodded.
"And use protection," he winked.
"Well, we already failed on that," I chuckled.
"Quentin!" Dad shot me a warning gaze. "You are seriously asking me to hit you!" He nagged.
"We didn't have a condom here, there was no other choice," I shrugged. Dad sighed and shook his head.
"Whatever, give the phone to him for a sec," he demanded. I frowned but still did what he told me to and handed it over. "So you, Zaron, as you can see, it's impossible for me to take care of Quentin properly. His brothers are idiots when it comes to things like that and I know that especially Quentin needs someone to show him the right way."
I first had in mind to interrupt my father but the curiosity of what he had to say got ahead of me which is why I stayed quiet.

"My youngest seems to care a whole lot about you and trust me I know what I'm talking about. Mainly because I barely get to hear anything about his love life and when I do then it means something. So, don't give up on him even though he has no manners, don't know how to behave in certain situations and is too picky with everything even if he claims that he wasn't. I allow you to hit him whenever you want because he won't listen if you don't."
"Already did," I interrupted after all. "Twice. And it freaking hurts."
"Shut up," Zaron rolled his eyes and put his arm around me pulling me closer to him.
"To get to the point, I'm entrusting him to you. You look like you know what you're doing and I trust Quentin's choices. He may be reckless and obstinate but definitely not stupid. If anything happens to him, then I'll make sure to kill you, got that?"
"Yes, sir!" He promised. My eyes were then fixed on him in awe once the words left his mouth. I took the phone off his hands and tossed it to the side as I fulfilled my desire of clinging to him badly. "Quentin your-" He didn't get to finish his sentence when I buried my face in his chest.
"I think I'll marry you," I mumbled. "Then I can live with you, eat all of your cooking, get spoiled by you and have sex with you all the time." Zaron just chuckled and tried to sit back up when father cleared his throat.
"I wasn't done, you know," Dad spoke through the phone.
"Go away you damn old man," I stuck my tongue out to him after grabbing my phone.
"Only one thing Zaron, don't feed that moron any citrus fruits. He's strongly allergic to it. So don't kill him with it," he added. I rolled my eyes at him and ended the call right afterward.
"So damn annoying," I sighed and put my phone back.
"Your Dad is actually a quite decent man," Zaron stated and stood up, heading for the balcony while I stayed in bed, too lazy to step a foot out.
"I know," I replied. He really is which makes it even sadder that I don't get to see him that often. But he at least never forgets to call once every two or three months, so I don't mind that much.
"I didn't know you had allergies," Zaron changed the subject.
I bit my lips at that. "I didn't know either?" My respond rather sounded like a question, which gave it off too easily.
"Quentin, come here," he sighed.
"Nah, my back hurts," I refused. So instead, he returned to me sitting on the corner of my bed. "What is it?"
"I have a question in my mind bothering me the whole time. I'm just wondering what it is that you want from me. I mean, the second time we met you said that you'll just go out with leaders. What's up with that?"

I blinked at him as the question came out of nothing. "Is it that important?" I mumbled and laid my head on his lap.
"Yes, I'm serious, you know?" I guess he was. At least judged by the tone he was speaking in. But I was still not up for answering. Which is why I remained quiet and closed my eyes. "Quentin," he sighed. "You're so irritating sometimes."
"I'm telling you, it's not important. Everything that matters is that I like you, just keep that in mind," I rolled my eyes.
*
"I don't want to leave," I whined, sitting on the floor.
"Pack your damn clothes, you moron!" Zaron commanded. As he tried to pull the clothes out of my hands to store them in our bags.
"No!!" I refused. "I don't want to!" I took the clothes out of the bag to reverse his doings.
Zaron groaned and dropped the clothes that were in his hands to the floor and grabbed me with pure anger and annoyance in his eyes. "Why the fuck do you not want to leave?" He questioned me.
"Because," I started and turned away. "Because when we get back home, you won't be able to pay me lots of attention like here," I quietly whined.
Zaron let go of me and sighed. "Come on, hurry and put the clothes back in," he turned away.
"See, you're not even denying it!" I crossed my arms, proving my assumption and refused his demand which is why he did it himself.
"Look," he sat down next to me on the floor. "Tomorrow, I will have to start working again," he said.
"Working?" I raised my eyebrows.
"Yes working. Unlike you I'm a twenty-four year old grown man that has a job, what else do you think?" He rolled his eyes.
I didn't think anything. In fact, it didn't even cross my mind. But it seems plausible. In the end, I probably still don't know half of his life which was kind of upsetting but on the other side, it was exciting.
"However, that means I won't be there half of the time anyway," he explained. I sighed and leaned against him. "But I gave you a key so you are welcome to come by whenever you want, just tell me beforehand."
He sighed again when he noticed that I wasn't planning on saying anything to him then. But I mean, there is no point in going to Zaron's if he himself is not even present. I would have the same outcome as staying at home.
"If you help me pack the clothes, I'll give you a present, yeah?" He suddenly came up with that idea.
"Promise?" I widened my eyes, almost forgetting that we were actually quarreling a few seconds ago.
"Promise," he nodded. I grinned and immediately helped him that we quickly finished and were ready to leave way earlier than planned.
"So?" I cocked a brow.
"What?" He gave me the same look.
"Where is the present?" I reminded him and pouted.
"Relax." He smirked and pulled out a small white box with a pink bow on it which he handed to me.
"Was this planned?" I frowned while loosening the bow.
"Yeah, but it wasn't supposed to be like this," he scratched the back of his head in discomfort while I was focused on opening the box.
"Are these earrings?" I widened my eyes at them. They were five pieces of silver earrings each with one letter that spelled Zaron. "How cute!!" I grinned and didn't hesitate to place my arms around his neck in a tight hug.
"I'm glad you like it," he returned the hug.
"Now hurry, hurry, put them on for me," I trusted the box into his hand and slowly removed the five earings from my ear as he replaced it with the new ones after putting the box away. "And how do I look?"
"Gorgeous as always," he grinned and stroked my hair back before I aimed for several small kisses on his lips.
"But what is the present for?" I wondered once I pulled away. "I didn't do anything special if I remember correctly."
"Must there be an occasion to spoil my own boyfriend?" He turned the question at me.
"Did you do anything wrong? What the heck," I smiled, not getting it. "It wasn't necessary, I would've forgiven you anyway," I giggled.
"Baby, I just like you," he explained. I looked away about the 'baby' since it basically drowned in the 'I like you' which made my heart flutter.
"Let's have sex one more time," I started kissing his neck.
"It'd be bothersome seeing as we still don't have a condom," he groaned.
"Shit," I cursed and pulled away. "I forgot."
But before I was able to fully pull away, I was held back with a grin on Zaron's face. "That doesn't mean we can't do other things," he seduced me. I giggled when he suddenly raised me up and threw me on the bed.
"Why the sudden change? You used to be so reluctant when it comes to these things." He nibbled on my lips as he had his hands on my hips. "What changed?"
"Our sex life," he whispered in my ear. What kind of answer was that? I frowned. But the moment he tugged my jeans down and massaged me through my pants, it was long forgotten.
