Aizawa's POV
"So, how did things go with Midoriya?"
"Alright."
Shinsou said nonchalantly as he pet the black cat to his side. After two days since he ran after Midoriya, Shinosu finally came back.
"Just alright? Is he ok?"
I asked sipping some coffee.
"He's fine, just seems stressed is all."
"Stressed?"
I asked. Shinso avoided my gaze and pulled his hand from the cat.
"I don't think I have a right to say anything."
He sighed.
"That's fine. Is there anything else?"
"He has someone spying on the villains."
He said and I stared at him surprised.
"He just wanted to keep tabs on them in case they did anything."
"Right."
"And, you?"
I asked sitting back in my chair.
"What about me?"
"Are you ok?"
"Why wouldn't I be?"
He gave a small laugh and I rose my brow at him.
"You've been moping since you got back."
"I'm just worried about him, ok?"
He said tiredly and stood up.
"I'm going to head to the dorms and get ready for school tomorrow."
"Ok... See you tomorrow then..."
I frowned as he started to walk away.
"Hey, shinso?"
"Hm?"
He asked stopping to look at me.
"I'm worried about all of you kids so be careful, k?"
"Sure."

Izukus POV
They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me. They hate me.
Isn't this what I wanted though? Didn't I want them to hate me? I'm sitting here alone and I could just kill myself now. I have my quirk to do it, I have a knife to slit my throat, and I can even jump from the edge of the hotel's roof.
Why did I say that? That's not how I feel... I pulled Shinsou's phone out of my pocket and dialed. It started to ring for a good few seconds.
"Hello?"
A voice rasped on the other line.
"Shigaraki..."
"Ah, Izuku."
I grimaced at what I was about to ask.
" I need a favor."
"And what makes you think I would do such a thing for you?"
The man asked mischievously and Izuku rolled his eyes.
"Because you secretly love me?"
"So you're forgetting what I said during the battle?"

Izuku frowned.
"No."
"Well then?"
The man sighed.
"I will help you with your biggest mission."
"Biggest mission?"
"I'll help you kill One for all."
I said and the silence grew over the line before a cough and the sound of scratching skin could be heard.
"How do you plan on doing that?"
"It's a secret. Do we have a deal?"
"Fine. But I have a question."
He said.
"What is it?"
"I thought you didn't like to kill."
"I don't care anymore."
I said looking to the now empty chairs in the middle of the kitchen.
"Good."
"I'll send you an address where we can meet up."
*beep*
No more saving people. I don't want to be a hero anymore. I've had so many labels these past few days. Hero, anti-hero, villain, or vigilante. Again I don't want to be anything but it seems I have to be something in order to die with unfinished business.
I'm going to be the villain of everyone's story. I'm going to be everybody's enemy. No more saving people, no more waiting to be killed.
I'm going through with my plan of taking over everything. Though this time, I don't care who gets in my way.
I read the address, dropped the phone on the floor, and stomped on it. I straightened my clothes and walked out of the kitchen. Baster was sleeping in cat form by the front entrance. I tapped him with my foot.
He peeked his blue eyes open and looked at me. He grew taller and into his human form.
"What is it, Izuku?"
He rubbed his eye with a yawn.
"I'm going out so don't wait on me."
"Out? Where? I'll go with you."
I shook my head and pushed my sleeves down.
"I need space to think. I'll call if I need any of you."
He looked at me skeptically. He rubbed the back of his neck and smiled small.
"I trust you Izuku. But..."
He paused. Did he hear me on the phone earlier?
"Baster."
He looked up at me again.
"If You don't trust me to leave on my own, I will leave later without anyone knowing. So either you let me leave now without worrying about it or I leave tonight while everyone is asleep."
He looked at me surprised and slowly stepped to the side.
"I'll tell the others that you left."
"Don't."
He looked at me dumbfounded again before bowing his head away from me, his ears flat against his head and his tail limp behind him. I shook my head of any doubt and left slamming the door.

I had to take three buses to the address shigiraki sent me. I walked through the streets of a quiet neighborhood and took a dark path between some houses. I walked further and ended up in a big dark field.
A portal then appeared in front of me. I stepped through and in front of me stood a huge abandoned warehouse.
I walked forward and into the building. Dabi welcomed me with a side hug.
"Welcome back.~"
He smiled. I slumped into his side and looked around to see only candles and lanterns lighting up the place.
"Is this your new hideout or something?"
I asked turning my head to look up at Dabi.
"More like a meeting place."
He shrugged and lead me over to a table covered in papers. There was a whiteboard on the side with pictures and writing.
"Are you guys like investigating or something?"
"Oh, This is just the breakdown of the plan. We just need you for anything we might've missed or just in case we need to recover from something going wrong."
"So I'm back up?"
I asked with a frown. He pulled away and stood in front of the board.
"Not back up, more like plan B."
"That's back up."
I cocked a brow.
"If we screw up you'll be there to save our asses."
Hawks came into view. I looked at him in thought before looking away and back at Dabi. I didn't want to reveal his mission or anything. It's not my business to tell.
Besides, if he gets in the way...
"Where's Shigy?"
I asked sitting back in a chair at the table. Dabi came behind me and started to rub my shoulders. He leaned down and into my ear.
"What? You don't like hanging out with me?~"
I sighed and put my hand on one of his.
"Toga, stop playing around."
She stopped and looked up at Hawks tiredly.
"Ugh, you're no fun Zuku! I wanted to mess with him!"
She spun my chair around and threw herself on my lap with her legs hanging off the left arm of the chair.
"Wait, Toga? That's not Dabi?"
We spun in the chair again to face him. I looked at Toga expectantly.
"Ugh, Fine."
Her skin started to melt and she turned back into herself.
"Mind giving me your jacket?"
I asked Hawks. He looked at me dumbfounded before his face turned pink.
"What? Why?"
"So she doesn't walk around naked."
I rolled my eyes with a laugh. Toga fully turned back unclothed and Hawks threw his jacket at me. She got up off me and covered herself as she walked over to a room.
"I'll be back!"
I looked at Hawks boredly.
"So your working with the league?"
He asked. I laughed out.
"That all you want to ask?"
"Um, How was your day?"
He asked again rubbing his neck. I shook my head.
"Never mind. I've worked with them before, but I kind of left off on my own."
"But you came back."
He said sitting in the chair to my right.
"Yeah."
"Why?"
I looked at him for a long minute before sighing.
"I needed a favor."
"And what are you doing in return?"
I looked to the side.
"It's none of your business."
"Must be serious then."
He leaned back in his chair.
"Izuku."
Shigiraki finally walked through a black portal. Dabi to his side and Kurogiri left behind probably to keep watch.
"You are the real Dabi right?"
Hawks asked. Dabi smirked and pulled a chair around to sit on the other side of me. He leaned on the table with his arm and looked at Haws analyzing him.
"Hm. Not bad."
He said and looked at me.
"Hey."
He smiled lazily making me feel oddly comforted. Dabi although somewhat an ass, has this calm and comforting side that makes you want to finally rest peacfuly. In death or just in general.
"Hey."
I said back with a smile. Shigiraki started.
"Now. The plan. Wheres Toga?"
"She's getting dressed."
I shrugged. He rubbed his face tiredly.
"We'll start without her."
"Plan, take down heroes... Part two."
Suddenly a yardstick was in his hand and he was pointing at the board.
"We've done this before while kidnapping All might. We'll do it again."
"Yeah, but last time we all almost got caught!"
Toga came out fully clothed. She sat next to Hawks.
"That was because we didn't know that all of the police force, as well as pro heroes, would fire at the building."
Shigiraki pointed at a newspaper of the event. A picture of me standing surrounded by police and pros.
I felt Hawks' eyes on me.
"Now, I'm letting Midoriya help with the mission. So it will be bulletproof."
"Really?" Hawks asked shocked.
"Is there a problem?" Shiggy asked raising a brow.
"It's just, he's a kid."
"A kid that is smart and has no more fears."
Shiggy grinned turning to me with a concentrated look.
"I just don't want him to deal with the consequences if word gets out that he helped plan this."
"Well, I guess we won't let it get out. Will we, Keigo." Dabi asked giving him a knowing look. Hawks opened his mouth but quickly shut it.
"Yes."
"Very good. Then Midoriya,"
He gestured to the board.
"Sure."

Cycles of Ruin
Civilizations rise and fall. Kith build them up and monsters, led by powerful dungeon keepers, bring them to ruin. For three thousand years the cycle has been maintained by the Guild of Chaos and its endless hordes of minions who—in absence of their long lost creators—have taken it upon themselves to keep the realms of the universe in balance. The Guild has grown efficient at this task, but some among its ranks have begun to ponder the utility of a universe that has been robbed of the very possibility of change. Basil von Doom is one such dungeon keeper working for the Guild, leading an army of loyal minions from one conquest to the next; burning civilizations and sifting through the ruins in search of forbidden knowledge that the races of kith were never meant to possess. But having spent more than half a century in pursuit of glory and fame—trying to live up to the legacy of his father—Basil has grown indifferent towards his work. Desperate for a worthy challenge, but bound by his duties as a dungeon keeper, he has turned his mind towards uncovering the ultimate fate of the previous master of his house and the secrets that were buried with him. Now the young Master of House Doom must balance his growing interest in pursuing the trail of his father with the responsibilities that come with running a dungeon in service to the Guild of Chaos. To remain in good standing with the Guild, Basil has even accepted the task of mentoring an apprentice dungeon keeper, a young succubus named Elnora. It is at the tail end of her apprenticeship that the story begins; with a civilization poised to fall—its greatest heroes gathering for one last assault on the heart of darkness—and Basil striking up a conversation with his apprentice that will set into motion the unraveling of the universe. ***This is a rewrite and continuation of my story that was first posted on RoyalRoad a few years ago.
