《You Broke Me First》Ch.2- New Friend

Izukus POV
It's been 2 days since the incident with Uraraka. What we were fighting about you ask? Well, to put it simply, I'm a suicidal maniac. Just kidding. Well, not really anyway.
You see, I'm not suicidal, I just kind of like the idea of death. My death particularly. For random reasons, I plan different scenarios of my death; being caught on fire, car crashes, homicide, suicide, drowning in a lake, being drowned in a lake, falling to my death, choking on d- a huge jawbreaker, having a stroke, a heart attack, anything really.
I told Uraraka that I might've wanted to commit suicide; A joke really. I said that to her because I trusted her. We told each other everything. Like her being attracted to girls or whatever.
However, She told Mr. Aizawa and then he told Nezu and All might and who knows when or if they tell my mom. I just... I don't like the thought of living, or existing for that matter.
Sure, I have a good life but what if that's not what I want? I'm very thankful for what I have now but what if I'm not fitted for this life? Like I don't belong.
*ding!ding!ding!ding!*
The bell pulled me out of my thoughts. I looked up from my arms at the clock and saw that it was lunch. I let out a breath and sat up straight as I stretch my arms. I was about to get up when a hand was put on my desk. I look up to see who this hand belongs to and was met with black eyes behind thin-rimmed glasses and jet-black hair.
"Iida."
I slouched against my seat. He pushes his glasses up and clears his throat.
"I heard you and Uraraka had an argument yesterday. "

He asked. I raise my brow and sat up straight.
"We did."
"Well, I also heard that it got a little, "
"Physical? "
I fill in the blank for him. He coughs and nods.
"Well, I may have thrown the first hit, but she started all of it with her snitching."
I say looking over to where I heard her voice at. She was laughing and smiling with Tsu as if nothing happened.
'Maybe she was telling the truth about not wanting to be there for me.'
I look back up at Iida and smile.
"Is that it? "
I ask. He nods and steps back from my desk so I can stand up. I was about to walk away when I was stopped by his hand being put on my shoulder.
"Don't expect me to take your side, Midoriya."
I looked in front of me surprised but I quickly shook it off. I look over my shoulder and shrug.
"I never did."
I said and walked out of his grasp. I left the classroom and headed toward the stairs.
'Fresh air would be nice.
I made it up the last flight of stairs and pushed the door open to reveal an empty rooftop. I walk out and towards the edge. I lean my arms on the wall that's keeping me from plummeting to my death.
I stare off Into the distance as I feel the light breeze flowing through my hair.
"You're not going to jump, are you?"
I voice came from behind me. I didn't bother turning around because who cares?
"Would it be so bad if I did?"
I ask not really expecting an answer. I heard movement behind me and then they ended up at my side.
"It wouldn't be bad, but it would be a waste."

I take a glance at the new guest to see a pale-skinned male with dark bags under his violet eyes and with fluffy purple hair on top of his head.
"What should I do then? "
I ask turning back toward the view.
"Well, it all depends on you. "
The guy says with a tired voice. I smile a small smile to myself.
"Of course it does. "
"Im Izuku. You are? "
I say turning my body to face him. I hold my hand out and he looks at it a little surprised and back at my face.
"I'm not here to make friends."
He scrunched his nose up. I tilted my head a little confused but shrugged anyway.
"Can you at least just tell me your name?"
"Hitoshi Shinso. Just call me Shinso."
He said tiredly. I gently shoved his arm with mine.
"How about Toshi?"
I teased but got an annoyed grunt instead. I let my smile slightly drop but not all the way.
"May ask what your quirk is, Toshi? "
I ask looking back over the roof.
"Brainwash."
"Cool!"
I turn to face him in admiration "Wait-" I go to pull out my hero notebook but forgot I didn't bring my bag.
'Damnit'
"Can you explain it to me?"
I ask now fully facing him. He looks at me surprised.
"How about I show you? "
He asks with a sigh.
"Okay! "
I say and every control I had of my body left out the front door. I try to talk but it won't work.
"Touch your head. "
He says and I follow.
"Shoulders."
"Knees."
'Is he serious?'
"Toes."
'Yup.'
I was then given my control back. I take a deep breath.
"That was... "
"Horrible?"
"What? No! That was awesome!"
"A weird experience but it felt good at the same time! "
I started mumbling about different ways his quirk could be used as a hero.
"Ugh, Izuku? "
"Huh? Oh.-Oh! You would be a very powerful hero Toshi!"
I smiled. He looked at me with wide eyes.
"What's wrong?"
I asked tilting my head. His cheeks start to turn a light shade of pink.
"Awww, are you blushing?~ "
I ask teasingly.
"What?... What, no. Im not!"
"Don't get all bashful on me, Toshi."
I say pointing at his chest. He shakes his head and takes a deep breath. The bell rang again.
"Ugh, I guess we have to get to class. "
I sighed.
"Hm- Yeah."
He coughs.
"Well, see you around?"
I ask smiling at him. He nods. I wave and leave him alone on the roof.
'What a nice guy. '

Have you ever been to a circus nothing like any other? A circus filled with non-stop surprises which you might find weird or random. You haven't? Good to know! Well dear Reader, it's your lucky day. Hold on tight, cause who knows this circus might cause your demise haha... seriously no kidding.(( DISCONTINUED ))[edit] - this book is discontinued. Sorry about that folks, I'm really sad to have this project marked as complete despite the description saying otherwise lol. Although it's pretty cringe, this is one of the first books I made and it genuinely makes me proud. Story Started// April 18 2020Story Ended// June 6 2020===[AUTHOR'S NOTE]=== Hi! This is my first PopeeXReader book haha, in fact this is my first XReader book! I'm really sorry if you find this book unsatisfactory and about the grammar errors lol. But please do enjoy! I really am sorry if I didn't got to update, but I'll try my best to proceed on to the stories by updating as much and as soon as possible! Also, I do not own the characters featured in this book nor is the show itself. They rightfully belong to Ryuji Masuda and his wife Wawako Masuda. I just really love their projects, I can't bear to not make my own fanfic revolving around these funny people despite my horrible writing skills lmao!
