I was six months pregnant when Koko gave birth.

She was just seven months pregnant when Lowe called me that she had been rushed to the hospital.

I had rushed immediately to the hospital.

"Ion know what to do mami, we was sleeping and she screamed. It ain't even her time yet", Lowe had panicked.

"Hey calm down. She'll be fine".

"I can't lose her, my life was finally making sense. I need to beg her, she can't just leave me".

"It's okay, Lowe".

We could hear Koko's screams in the labor room and it wasn't helping Lowe's situation at all.

"I need to know what's going on in there. I can't d-".

"Elijah, breathe slowly. You're making me worried too. She's my best friend and i know she's strong. Nothing will happen to her or the baby".

"You're making my baby worried about her cousin", i rubbed my belly and he sighed.

"Sorry Esther", he whispered.

Yeah, we've named the baby. We did the scan a while back and found out it's a girl so Ky'Mon named her Esther because he believes she's a queen and I've decided to name her Honey because she's my Honey.

It ain't stupid, Ky'Mon didn't complain so we keeping the name.

So Esther Honey Bells.

Lowe sat down and rested his head on the wall. Koko screams echoed in the hospital halls and he pushed his fingers into his ears trying to block out the sounds.

And then, we heard a tiny cry.

Lowe shot up from the chair.

"See?, everything is fine", I said.

"I can't hear her voice nomore", he said looking at the door frantically.

A nurse walked out and he grabbed her immediately.

"What happened?".

The nurse looked scared.

"She's fine. The Baby is fine too".

Lowe let her go as he breathed heavily and she quickly ran away.

The doctor came out and smiled at us.

"It's a boy".

"Fuck, I know that".

I rolled my eyes and spoke.

"How's she and the baby?".

"She's fast asleep. She only had the premature birth because of stress".

"Stress?", i looked at Lowe who looked very guilty.

"Yes", the doctor continued.

"Her body couldn't handle the stress so it gave up on keeping the baby. Luckily the baby was strong enough but since he's premature, his body weighs smaller than a normal child so he's currently in the incubator".

"Will he be fine?".

"He will, you have nothing to worry about", the doctor smiled.

He took us to where the baby was and Lowe smiled.

"That's my seed right there".

That was a week ago.

We were in the living room with the baby in Koko's arms and Kofi sleeping soundly on my lap.

Mama B was in the kitchen preparing some food. She had decided to stay with Koko for a while to help her take care of the baby. She had been giving Lowe hell for not marrying Koko.

Little Daquan was suckling on her breast.

"He's got Lowe's eyes", i said and she nodded.

"Koko?".

"Hmmmm?".

"Is Lowe treating you right?".

"He's trying. He comes home late sometimes and still smokes alot. Ion like those but he said he ain't changing those but i think he kinda faithful now".

"You think?".

"Yeah them hoes be trying to get on his dick, sending him nudes especially that Yola bitch. Imma start throwing hands if they don't back off".

"My bitches!", Heaven yelled as she came in with Nevaeh.

"Keep your voice down", Nevaeh scolded her and Koko glared at her.

Apparently, there's still some bad blood between them. After Koko found out Lowe fucked heaven, she's been acting some kinda way.

Heaven said she ain't sorry tho and she ain't keeping any bad blood with Koko.

"The fuck you throwing shade for?", Heaven frowned.

Nevaeh gently carried Daquan and played with him ignoring the tension.

Koko has been cranky lately and she's only going to take everything out on Heaven.

I quickly changed the topic before it could get worse.

"Y'all think I should choose color pink for Esther or color blue?".

"Too common. Green is better", Koko said.

The rest of the day went pretty well and i had to go back home.

Ky'Mon immediately wrapped his arms around me when i got home.

"I missed you".

"You saw me this morning", i kissed his lips.

"Been so long", he undressed me till i was just in underwear and placed me on the bed and started to massage my feet.

Ky'Mon stared at my body before he went back to massaging me. He was hard but he didn't do anything.

He said he was going to stop fucking me till i gave birth. According to him, he didn't wanna stress me.

"Lil mama, i gotta tell you something".

I looked at him as he slept beside me, placing his head on my chest and rubbing my stomach slowly.

"What's wrong?", i ran my fingers through his hair.

"I made an account for Esther".

"An account?".

"I divided my money into two and I've willed half of it to her".

"How much are we talking about?".

"Twenty two billion dollars".

"KY'MON!".

I pushed his head away and looked at him. He almost fell out of bed.

"The fuck are you thinking?!, twenty-two billion dollars to a baby that ain't even here yet", i whispered that last part.

"Calm down Lil mama, she ain't getting it till she 18".

"Half of your wealth is twenty-two billion dollars?".

"Yup".

"And you're willing it to Esther. Why?".

"Cos she's my first child and the queen to my empire. She gon need it".

"What about the other kids?".

"What about them?", he frowned.

"They are gonna be jealous. You're trying to start a sibling rivalry".

"They gon be fine lil mama. Since you said we having three, the other two can share the remaining half".

"And me?, your sisters?".

"Relax, I got you guys covered. Already did yours before splitting the money into half".

"Ky'Mon, that's too much for one person".

He rolled his eyes and rubbed my belly.

"She my queen", he kissed my stomach and i slapped his head. He looked up at me and frowned.

"She is your princess, I'm your queen".

He laughed and kissed my lips.

"Don't be jealous of your own kid".

"I am", i pouted.
