George stayed with Karl untill the door creaked open. Defensively, George stood in front of Karl but relaxed his stand when he smelt another Omega.

"Hello George. My name is Doctor Puffy. Is it okay if I come over to Karl?" Puffy asked, not overstepping Georges boundaries.

George nodded before heading back to Karl, who was still crying in pain.

"Hi there. I am guessing you are Karl. Your mate sent me in here."Puffy smiled.

George seemed it was really suspicious Sapnap sent her in here, but ignored his last thought and ran a hand gently through Karl's messy hair.

" I want Sap! Please. I need it. Please. Let him mate me. "Karl cried.

" I'm sorry but that's your heat talking."Puffy stepped closer to which George released a low growl.

" Hey hey George. It is okay. I'm just going to help Karl. These are his suppressants. "Puffy smiled.

She continued to walk towards the two, ignoring George's low growls. Puffy gently placed a hand carefully on Karl's head and that's when George snapped. He jumped at the doctor but puffy was faster. She used the needle to put George into a deep sleep.

Karl was shocked. He screamed at the top of his lungs. How was he supposed to act? His best friend had been stabbed.

Two alphas ran in and Karl hid under the blanket. He was petrified. What was he supposed to do when his friend was out cold on the floor and two alphas were around him in heat?

Dream and Sapnap heard a scream so they ran into the room. It was a sight to see. Karl was hiding under a blanket, George was passed out on the floor and Puffy was trying to move George.

"Get away from him!" Dream growled angrily. He was ready to pounce at anybody causing harm to George.

"Woah woah woah. Its okay. She is trying to help." Sap placed a hand on Dreams shoulder. Dream smacked his hand away and ran over to George.

Puffy (being the proffetional she is) stepped back to alow an Alpha to get to their Omega. It was not a good thing keeping them apart.

" I'm sorry but I am going to have to ask you both to leave. Karl's heat will soon start affecting you and..."

"Im taking George. End of discussion." Dream said picking up George.

"That's not a good idea dude. Puffy said he will be pissed. I do not want a pissed gogy on our hands." Sap explained (

"I am taking him with me." Dream snarled.

"Okay. Dream you either have to leave George in here or I am going to have to put you to sleep as well." Puffy stood with an unimpressed look.

Dream just looked down at George who was asleep in his arms and rubbed a hand through his hair. He couldn't protect Georgie if he was knocked out.

Dream hesitantly placed George next to Karl who was still hiding. He trusted Karl even if his instincts were begging him to stay with George.

Sapnap carefully placed a hand on Dreams shoulder and slowly pulled him into a hug. Dream had never been a big person for effection untill he met George. He occasionally got a hug out of Sapnap but it was not common.

Sapnap lead Dream out of the room and sat him down. Dream zoned out and Sapnap just sat there listening to the clicking sounds Dream was making with his mouth. Sapnap knew it was just his ADHD playing up again so he didn't mind.

They just had to wait another half an hour or so then they could go and see their mates.

When the Alphas has left, puffy carefully headed towards Karl.

"Hello Karl. Its just me and George now. The Alphas have left. Let's get you sorted with your suppressants." Puffy softly said.

"I want Sap tho. Please puffy. Please." Karl complained.

"Here. Take these suppressants and then we will talk okay?"Puffy grabbed the bottle out her bag and handed one to Karl with a bottle of water.

Karl carefully put the pill in his mouth and swallowed it. He was judgemental but she was a doctor so it seemed okay.

" How do you feel now Karl? "Puffy asked.

" Better thank you. Sorry about what I said. "He hung his head down in shame at all the times he wished for his mate to be there.

" I understand Karl. When your that long without suppressants, your heat takes over and controls your mind as well. I am a doctor so I understand and I am an omega so I experience this." Puffy explained

Karl nodded in agreement and turn to George.

" When is gogy gonna wake up? "He was concerned for his best friend.

" Any minute now. He will be confused and panicked. He will also want to be close to you untill I give him this special pill. It basically convinces his brain that you are okay and he doesn't need to be here. Have you got any questions?" Puffy asked.

"Will that happen to me?"Karl asked back.

" Yes but you don't have to worry about that now. George is pregnant meaning he doesn't have a heat. He doesn't have one for a few months after the baby. It's just so that he can care for the children untill they get on their feet and don't need mothers support all the time."Puffy replied.

" Makes sense. "Karl nodded.

Puffy looked over and saw George starting to wake up. This is going to be a lot of explanation.
