Dream and Sap had just gotten to the town when my phone rang. The caller ID was labeled "Georgie 😘" so he instantly picked up the phone.

"Hey Geor-" Dream started but was cut off by George.

"Pass the phone to Sapnap." Confused and a bit upset, he passed the phone to a very confused looking Sapnap.

"Gogs what's-" Sap started when he was yet again cut off by an unimpressed George.

"You and Dream are going near a town aren't you?"

"Yeah. We are at one now. Why do you-"

"Is there a chemist?"

"I think so but what's up?"

"Karl's gone into heat. You need to get him some heat and smell suppressants. He is in a lot of pain and wants you here."George explained.

"Wait WHAT?!?!" Sap shouted.

"Just get the suppressants and get your ass back here." George hung up.

Sapnap stood stunned. How else was he suppost to react to hearing his mate went into heat.

"Hey. Your not looking too good there mate. What's wrong?" Dream asked sapnap in a concerned way.

"Karl's in heat and your boyfriend is pregnant. What the actual f*ck is our life?" Sap asked.

"I really do not know. Let's just get Karl some pills and get Georgie a doctor. We will get home as soon as we can." Dream dragged Sap to the pharmacy where Sapnap chose some suppressants.

"Got em. Ready to go?" Sapnap asked.

"Yep. Let's go and get a doctor for Georgie." Dream smiled and, yet again, dragged Sapnap to the Doctors.

It was supprisingly easy to get the doctor to follow them and so they headed back to Dreams house.

It took them about a half hour because they took the doctors car instead of walking.

Karl was still in immense pain. He called for Sapnap so many times and George was feeling very sorry for him. George and Karl could relate to eachother a little bit more so they knew each others pain.

"Im sorry Karl. I'm sure they won't be too much longer." George ran a hand through Karl's hair. This always distracted him from the pain. A little trick he learned from his mother when he went into heat at a young age. Even though his parents were not always the best, they still helped him when he couldn't help himself.

Suddenly, there was a crash on the corridor outside. George jumped to a position where he could protect Karl from any threats. Omegas would protect other Omegas even if it would hurt themselves.

The door creaked and George let out a loud warning growl. Yes it may not have been as loud as an Alphas warning growl but it was better than nothing.

George was ready to pounce on whoever was going to hurt Karl. Suddenly, Dream and Sapnap popped their heads round the door.

George's Omega side had taken too much control that he didn't recognise the figures and saw them as a threat to Karl.

George took a step closer to Karl to make sure they could barely see him as he released yet another growl.

"Hey hey hey. Its me Dream and Sapnap. We are not gonna hurt you or Karl, George."Dream reasoned.

" Don't belive you. Leave."George stated firmly.

Dream and Sapnap hesitantly left the room and George headed back over to Karl, keeping one eye on the door as he did so.

George was clearly not in the right mindset. Dream was confused and hurt that he didn't remember him.

"He forgot me." Dream whimpered.

"That's not the case. When an Omega goes into heat around another Omega for the first time, it causes a reaction in their brains that tell them to protect the other at any cost. This causes them to block out any memory of friends or family to do what they think is right. Is this the first time your Omega has been around the other whilst he is in heat?" Dr Puffy asked.

"Yeah. It is. My mate- I mean boyfriend is pregnant as well." Dream whimpered again at the fact they are not mates. Sap put a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"Because I am also an Omega, George should tolorate me being there. Is it okay with you Sapnap if I go and see your boyfriend or mate who is in heat?" Puffy asked politely.

"Yeah that's fine and he is my mate." Sap replied.

"And if things go south, do you, Dream, allow me to use a needle to knock your boyfriend out temporarily?"

A low growl could be heard from Dream before he asked "Will it hurt our child or George?"

"No. Neither of those will happen. George will just fall into a sleep whilst I check on the Omega in heat. I can then look at Georges child using gell." Puffy explained.

Reluctantly, Dream nodded.

"But if he is not awake within 2 hours your getting it." He warned. Sapnap glared at him but Dream just shrugged.

"It should only keep him asleep for a half hour. If he doesn't wake up next to the other Omega he will end up hurting someone so we are going to leave him in the room." Puffy acted as if she was not afraid of Dreams threat which supprised the two a little.

"I am going to go in now. I will call you guys in soon." Puffy entered the room.

Now Dream and Sapnap played the waiting game...
