《Runaway (DNF Omegaverse)》Chapter 7

It was the next morning and the sun shine brightly in between the doors of the closet. Dream had to admit that was one of the best nights sleep he had ever had.
His stomach was grumbling loudly and he was concerned that it would wake George. Dream carefully streached over George and grabbed his bag that still had a bunch of food in it. He just grabbed a granola bar.
Dream shuffled through the bag and found a bar of chocolate. George's smell suggested he was uncomfortable or upset but chocolate fixes everything. He also grabbed an apple and banana incase he fancied it.
Dream lightly nudged George and ran his hands through George's hair whilst he whispered "Georgie~. You need to eat something. Wake up please."
George mumbled something inaudible and digged his face further into Dreams hoodie.
"A little louder please baby." Dream tried to persuade.
"F*ck. Off." he demanded,"and don't call me that."
Dream wanted to push his limits with names but knew it would only get him in more trouble than he bargained for. George was already in a grumpy mood and didn't want to make it worse.
"George. You want some fruit?" Dream asked. He felt a slight shake of the head. A slight laugh left Dreams chest and he could practically hear George scowl.
"How about chocolate?" An instant rapid nod of the head. Dream carefully pushed George off him but like a sloth, George clung back onto him. A shake of his head suggested he didn't like that.
Instead of struggling, Dream just gave George his chocolate with a small hum in response. George slowly ate it and Dream shuffled through his bag.
He grabbed a hoodie and Jeans and went to leave the walk-in-wardrobe to change but a pair of hands pulled him back.

"Nooooooo." George wined like a child.
"George. I will be 5 minutes okay?" Dream stated, a little harsher than intended.
Dream left without a second look back. He knew he upset the sensitive Omega but he really needed to shower. He walked into the bathroom connected to the master bedroom and jumped in the shower whilst zoning out.

He is mad, isn't he?' is all George thought about. Many reasons suggested this.
One, Dream never called George by his real name. It was always "Georgie" or some other pet name.
Two, Dream had never snapped at him. It felt like daggers got plunged into his heart.
And three, Dream left. He had never left George alone before.
George was sad, scared and alone. He climbed up the ladder in the wardrobe with what little strength he had in his body. He carefully clambered onto one of the shelves and wrapped a large blanket around himself to keep warm.
The tears clogged his vision and soaked his blanket. His blueberry smell was suffocating but it wouldn't go away.
The small amount of chocolate he had left was next to him providing him with a smell other than himself. His energy was dying fast and with what little he had left, he tucked into a ball and fell into a deep sleep.
That night his dreams were filled with sunshines and rainbows. A world he could only wish to ever live in.
