Arabella POVV -
"Dad what have you gotten there?" I asked peering over his shoulder to see he was reading a flyer. He jumped and hid the flyer away from me "nothing .. What are you doing outside Arabella it's not safe how many times have I told you about coming outside." He sighed looking away from me. "I know dad but I thought I was safe here. " I said to him. He shook his head and dragged me back inside. "I don't understand why I can not go outside." I shouted and ran towards my room, the only space I could call my own in this small cottage.
TOM POVV -
I sighed I knew I had upset her .. "What did you do this time?" I heard Ann voice say coming out of the kitchen. "I didn't do anything" I say and she looks over at me.
"What's wrong Tom?" She walked over to give me a hug. How could I tell her it had started the search for girls in the town nearest to us, they had ripped the girls from their family's didn't even care. I signed and handed over the leaflet "This ... " I whispered. I watched my wife pale "No .. It's to soon tell me this is wrong Tom? Tell me this is not happening please." She said landing on her knees to the floor I landed next to her on my knees wrapping my arms around her shaken body. "please . please" She kept muttering in my shoulder. I looked at the flyer again ...
