"K'nonii." Milani sighed "Yes Milani." I chuckled "Is you gone have a baby?" she asked me

"Why?"

"Cause I want you to have a baby." she said "What would you want it to be? A boy or girl?"

"Um material gowrrrrl." she dragged making me laugh "I still gone be here when you have a baby?"

"You wanna be here?"

"Yea."

"Then you gone be here." I answered seeing Messiah walk in then he looked at me and put his hands on his hips.

"Yes Messiah."

"What can you do?" he asked "What do you mean?"

"Like yea you can sing, draw, you're flexible. But can you cook? Bake? Have any secret talents?" he asked

"You found out one of my secret talents the other day." I said "Shut up nasty." he frowned

"Um yes I can cook and bake and I'm double jointed, I can solve a rubiks cube, I know how to pick locks and break into safes andddd I can do a triple tuck and an aerial. That's all."

"thaT's aLl." he mocked "What's double jointed?" Milani asked "You're double jointed I think." I said

"What is that?" she blinked "When you m- look." I cut myself off making my arms go from my back to my stomach.

"Ohhh. Dj said I look like the demon he see in his sleep when I did that." she said "I feel so left out. Milani go to your room." Messiah said

"I ain't even mad at you got nothin' but love for you. Do ya thang man." Milani said jumping off the bed leaving the room.

"She didn't actually have to leave." Messiah mumbled "Do you like the name Sabrej?" I asked him

"For a girl?"

"Mhm." I nod "That'll be a good name incase she's like gay or something cause gay girls be havin' the girliest names." he said

I chuckled at his response shaking my head. "Out of all things you just had to say that."

"But am I lying. Jasmine, Alexis, Ciara. All of em be gay. Studs at that." he said making me laugh

"No cause I know a couple Jasmines'." I chuckle

"Okay I know you don't wanna talk about it but, why didn't you tell me you had a miscarriage instead of letting me think you had an abortion?" he asked me.

"The day before you came and found out I lost the baby was the day I lost the baby the only person who knew was my mom because I told her that my stomach was hurting and I thought I peed on myself but it was just a lot of blood. Then she came and told me it was a miscarriage then I went to the clinic blah blah"

"At first I didn't care like I was gonna tell you then I had a dream. And the baby was sayin' like I gave up on it and shit then I started overthinking and that's when I was smoking and you came"

"If you didn't choke me I would've told you." I said "I know sorry is a understatement but I'm so sorry that I did that I shouldn't have put my hands on you at all."

"Nah I'm sorry for letting you think that. And the amount of times I done put my hands on you I don't even care about that." I shrugged

"We can try again though right?" he asks "Sure." I shrugged "I'm finna cry." he frowned "Do you want a hug?" I pouted playfully and he nodded

"I don't give good hugs by the way." I said getting up "What you offerin' hugs for then?" He pulled me in his arms

"Can we be good now?" he asked and I nodded "So you gone be my girlfriend again?" he smiled

"I'll think about it." I said making him smack his lips "You bullshit. And I don't like yo voice." he mumbled pushing me away

"I- what's wrong with my voice?"

"It belongs to you..." he said and I bucked at him "Shut up dirty."

"You should let me do your hair" he said and I shook my head "I'ma be lookin' like you and Lani hell nah." I mumbled

Earlier we went to the park so he did Milani's hair in twisties and put her on a nike tracksuit so she can look like a boy.

"Exactly." he said "No." I said

"You know what go ahead I'ma cut it anyway." I shrugged

"Why y'all look so upset?" Meech asked me and Milani with a small chuckle "Cause we is." Milani said and I nodded

"Why though?"

"Cause Siah make us look like boys." she said and I nodded again "You see my sons?" Messiah smiled walking to us

"Y'all finna go take family photos?" My dad laughed "Corny, lame boooo. Tomato tomato tomato I'm throwing tomatoes." I said

Our parents were here just because. Our dads not doing shit but wanting to mess with someone. And our moms were...being moms

"Mija come here baby." my mom said walking toward me "Sit up and close your legs. You too Lani." she added making us smack our lips and sit up

"Let me see." she grabbed my head putting hair oil in my hair then doing the same to Milani "Come here." she said to Messiah

"Eat this." Arlene said to me with a spoon full of coconut oil "Ms. Arlene I am not eating that." I said shaking my head

"Eat it before I snap your jaw." she threatened grabbing my face and I opened my mouth slowly. She fed me the coconut oil then nodded

"Good." She used another spoon to give Milani a spoon full and did the same for Messiah. "You have to eat it every month." she says

"Shit not me." I mumbled "You should try speaking up." she said "I said I'm not eating that shit."

"I just made you eat it." she cocked her head to the side "Fuck on." I chuckled "Watch your mouth." my mom said and I waved her off.

"That's rude. I'll smack you, don't do that." she said "Why y'all so mean?"

"You're mean." my dad, Meech and Messiah said in unison "No I- I don't even care for real." I shrugged "Where you from?" Messiah asked my dad

"New York."

"Baltimore, Belize, New York, and you're from Brazil right?" he asked my mommy and she nodded "How the fuck did y'all meet?" he pointed between them

"Your mouth." Arlene popped me

"I met him in Baltimore in like junior high school ." My dad pointed at Meech "I kidnapped her in Belize." Arlene shrugged

"What the fuck..." I trailed off lowly "For real?" Messiah asked and my mom nodded "Well how did all of y'all meet? Like how y'all become friends?"

"Loooooong story." Meech dragged out "I wanna hear it." I said

"Uh so yea I kidnapped her when she came to Belize."

"I whooped her ass before she did some shit that made me pass out." My mom said

"Then she just made me her girlfriend we were like 13 I think."

"I was 12. You let my 12 year old ass beat yo ass and on top of that make you my bitch?" my mom laughed

"Caught me by surprise." she shrugged and my dad bussed out laughing "Bwaiii I know you not laughing." Arlene said making my mom laugh

"They gotta thing for kidnapping thats their kink." Meech said and my dad dapped him up "On God."

"Um. I wanna hear this kidnapping story." Messiah sat down next to me making Milani climb into his lap

"Okay so I ran away from Brazil to Belize when I was younger and she was running from the police knocked me right over and was like my bad and kept running." my mom started

"Then she seen me doing something I wasn't supposed to be doing and when I caught her looking she started running when I tell y'all this mothefucka was fast as hell I mean bro I was finna give up." Arlene added

"Then she caught me and we was wrestlin' at first then I just start throwin' straight punches fighting for my life...literally. Then boom she did something and I passed out."

"I injected you." Arlene said

"Then I woke up somewhere. I don't know but I was outside and this bitch was on the floor sleep too-"

"I ain't have nowhere to go bitch my people was in jail."

"Shut up. Anyways this bitch was on the floor sleeping and I was tied up and told her to wake and she pointed a machete at me and told me shut the fuck and at the time I didn't know english but I seen a machete and shutted right up."

"I got up and untied her then we started fighting again and I pinned her down and we made a deal to basically have each other's back. And she was being all gay and shit and flipped us and said 'voce e minha namorada.' I didn't know what the hell she was talking about so I'm like hablar espanol? and she like 'eres mi novia'"

"And she don't even know if she gay she just said 'okay.' and shrugged."

"Where was y'all parents?"

"My whole family was literally in jail because of drug trafficking." Arlene said "Yea my parents just up and dipped until me and my siblings found them they said it was a 'mission' mission my ass." my mom mugged

"Whaaaat?" Messiah dragged wide eyed "Okay now finish."

"Oh so then we was basically runnin' shit for like a year and we somehow made our way on a cruise which we ended up in the states I think it was out here cause I found my dad." my mom continued

"And they said I couldn't stay with them there and Shelly was cursing them out and we ended up leaving. We ended up taking that train that just be goin' places and ended up in Baltomore where we met them."

"Ooou so we was making a play right beca- I don't know we was dumb as fuck like our parents cared about and shit and we just did dumb shit. But we had just became friends cause he moved from New York." Meech pointed between him and my dad

"Anyways. We comin' from making our play and this one" he pointed at my mom "was arguing with the store owner daughter."

"That bitch had me fucked up."

"She didn't do anything to you." Arlene laughed "Assuming I'm stealing is having me fucked up."

"All she did was ask if you paid for the drink." she said and my mom waved her off

"Anyways we hear two foreign ass accents and we stop them then Arlene was trying her best to put on an American accent she was talkin' all slow and shit."

"Then K'yonn gone tell me 'just shut the fuck up you sound mad dirty.' like boy what?" Arlene squinted

"You got Belize, Brazil, Baltimore, and New York in one group? That's some fucked up shit." I said.

Milani reached for me but Messiah kept pulling her back and I just pulled her from him making him smack his lips

"Then your mom started cursing me out in like three different languages and then she just cut herself off and smacked the fuck out of me."

"No you said shut up I'll smack the shit out of you." my mom said "She lyin' huh Lani." my dad said making Milani nod.

"Anyways we left after that your mom was still mad and we were just out on the streets and we seen them again then she just jumped on Tk and they started boxin'."

"I'm like bro get ya girl and we pull them off of eachother and she got loose started swinging on him again they was goin' at it for like 15 minutes. Then Arlene grabbed her by the ear and said something and she finally calmed down."

"She told me she was shank me if I don't calm the fuck down. And she did it before that so I believed her duh."

"Mom you seem so innocent." Messiah said "I still got my machete." she said "I need to use it right quick." he said and she shook her head

"The same night we had found out they had no where to go so we agreed to take one home each because why not."

"They made me take home this motherfucka cause Arlene said she's not mean she just got a short temper and don't talk that much cause she barely know english and I thought I can deal with her if she shut the fuck up. Wrong. She was threatening me the whole night." My dad shook his head

"And we lived right next to each other I'm sneaking Arlene in and MeMe just walked in his house like she paid rent."

"Right I snatched her back from the door and she punched me in my jaw and walked in the house she lucky nobody was there."

"Nah they lucky they wasn't there." she mumbled

"Then boom...their parents ended up enrolling us in school until we got caught and deported during an ICE raid like a couple months later." Arlene sighed

"But my peoples was already here and they're American citizens so I stayed a couple months to a year just went to get my papers. Robbed my people and went back to Baltimore. And I have good memory so I knew where they lived."

"Then one day I bumped past her and she just kept walking and I thought I was trippin' so I yelled her name and she flipped me off not even lookin' at and I jogged up to her she gone say 'I'll cut you if you touch me' and I said 'your english got better' then she finally looked and got all happy and shit like ew."

"Bitch you was happy too." my mom rolled her eyes "Y'all the same day he held me at gun point and said said I was his girlfriend." she added

"Basically to end the story we went and got Arlene from Belize and when we found her she was fighting somebody Shelly dumbass hypin' her up Arlene beat ole girl up and just start walkin' home and MeMe ass talm 'bout some 'Aralinnnn!' like girl what?"

"I don't say her name like that."

"Yes you do."

"That's why..." she stood up "We used to fu-" "Girlll you better shut up." Arlene said blinking repeatedly.

"Y'all used to bump coochies?" I whispered covering Lani's ears "We still bump coochies from time to time." my mom said and my eyes widened

"Meshell shut the fuck up." Arlene said smacking her shoulder "Y'all be fuckin'?" My dad and Meech asked in unison standing up

"We never broke up..." my mom trailed off "We've only did it once since she's been back." Arlene said as they backed away

Y'all I am in shock. I ain't know my mama had a little sugar in her tank. "They're serious?" Messiah blinked

"Okay well maybe twice but that's it." Arlene said "It was three this morni-" "Meshell shut the fuck up!" Arlene yelled

I looked over at our dads face and they were amused. They looked as if they wanted to laugh.

"Oh my goodnethhhh." I drag "Um hmm... What are you guys doing today?" Arlene asked "Arlene get yo ass in the car." Meech squinted

"Sir yes sir." she saluted then walked out of the house making me laugh

"Three times?" My dad asked my mom "Yea but we were thinkin' 3rd time the charm we won't do it ag-" "Shut. The fuck. Up." he spoke isolated

She folded her lips in and nodded. "Go to my ca-" she started to walk out "Stop walking and listen." he said making her stop in her tracks

"Go to my car. Only my car. Don't look at her, don't talk to her, don't even breathe at her just go to the car. Do you understand?"

"Yes."

"Go." he said and she started walking again "Bye gu-" "Don't talk to them." he said and she just walked out

"K'yonii" my dad called out and I looked up at him "hast du es ihm gesagt?" he asked and I looked at Messiah to see if he understood but he was talking to his dad

"Messiah" I called out and he looked at me "Isst du hintern?" I asked making my dad laugh "What does that mean?" he frowned

"Nein, ich wollte warten bis ich anfing zu zeing." I answered my dad "Warum? Das ist dumm."

"Weil ich mich nicht entschieden habe, es ihm zu sagen" I shrugged and he squinted "You're stupid." he shook his head

"Es geht mich nicht an es zu sagen aber du musst es ihm sagen." he said

"I don't care tell him. You think I can still join track?" I asked "I don't know. I'm finna leave. I'll call you." my dad said

"Yea I'ma gone leave too. Remember what I said." Meech said to Messiah getting a nod in response

We watch them walk out the door and close it behind them "What'd he tell you?" I asked "None of your business."

I nodded picked up Milani deciding to take her to her room. I felt Messiah get up behind me. He just wanna fuck me. And I'll allow it.

"Marie I wanna fuck you." he mumbled as we began walking up the stairs. I ignored him covering Milani's ears

"You hear me? I want you crying and shaking." he started to say. He does this on purpose. Gets me all riled up just for nothing to happen. But watch one day. Just one day.

I laid Lani down tucking her in then turned to face him. "Excuse me." I said and he moved out of the way for me to walk past. Which I did.

I walked into my room trying to close the door on him purposely. He tugged the bottom of my shirt and I stopped walking.

"We are not doing this today." I said "Doing what?" he asked pressing himself against me. I turned around and he backed away with his hands up in defense.

"I'll stop." he smiled sitting down on the bed "Oh now you want to stop?" I cocked my head to the side walking toward him

"I mean shit what you tryna get into?" he asked pulling my hips when I got close enough. I pushed him on the bed lightly and climbed into his lap straddling him.

"Oh?" he mumbles. I suck on his neck and start to leave hickies while his hands squeeze at my side. Then I send kisses from his neck to the corner of his mouth.

"Leave me alone." I say warningly and I lift up but he pulls me back down "I want a real kiss." he says and smashes his lips against mine

He didn't waste anytime slipping his tongue into my mouth flipped us where he was now between my legs.

"Aye girl you better move." he said making me laugh "I didn't do anything." I chuckled sitting up

"Can you get me some scissors?" I asked him "Yea." he got up "Where?"

"Check the drawer." I shrug "And not no damn safety scissors." I mumbled makimg him laugh "Well then let me put these back."

"Hmm." be hummed handing me them. I grabbed a twisted cutting a couple inches away from my scalp and he gasped then snatched the scissors from me

"What are you doing?" he grabbed my cut off twist "Why are you cutting your hair?"

"I have to get stitches in the back of my head and their going to cut my hair off." I shrugged "Why'd you cut at the scalp though?" he frowned

"I didn't it's like two inches above my scalp." I said "I don't like that." he frowned "I guess you can finish." he gave me the scissors

"How you want me to fuck you but you bald now? I ain't gone be able t- nevermind." he smiled small

I shrugged and continued to cut. Nigga over there stressed out.

"You're cutting too short." he frowned "It'll grow back." I shrugged "I'll like pulling your hair." he kept the same face

"Better grip this scalp." I mumbled "You want me to leave this one in?" I said holding the last twist. He pulled it yanking my head back

"Bitch" I laughed cutting it off "I'm keeping yo hair incase I need to make voodoo dolls. Cheat if you want." he bucked

"I'm finna burn this shit." I mumbled "Why?"

"Because I'm rich I can do that."

"Shut up." he chuckles

I got up grabbing the hair that was already unraveling, since the end had rubber bands it wasn't everywhere

"Should I donate it instea- nevermind." I said remembering it had hair product in it

"Get waves" he said "Jacione get out of my face." I laughed "Lani gone be so hurt." he mumbled

"Nah her and Dj gone be on my ass." I said making him nod and laugh "Bruh on me they're mean as fuck." he agreed chuckling a bit

"Finna be walkin' 'round this bitch like Fantasia." I said posing making him laugh "Nah you're funny as hell bruh."

"I should just shave it huh?" I asked and he shook his head "No. Do it like Betty Boop." he said

"Go lay down." I laughed getting my phone that was ringing. I read Yonaa's name and answered the facetime

The call connected and she was yelling. "Kalik I'm about to slap the fuck out of you on my mama grave!"
