Taehyung's pov

I heard the water running from my bathroom. I couldnt believe she was taking a bath at my house.

Why did she ask why I rejected Yeji? I couldn't possibly tell her it was all because I couldn't get her out of my mind, so I obviously avoided it.

She's in my bathroom... Taking a bath.

I couldn't stand still, I had so many things in my head.

But the bell rang. I went to the door, only to see Jungkook standing there.

Shit. Why is he here?

I love him, he's been a dear friend of mine for years, but lately I couldn't help it but feel like...he was my rival in love maybe? I was so troubled whenever I saw him being near Y/N.

"Hey. Is Y/N still here?" he asked and I was about to say no, but the running water from the bathroom couldn't lie.

He took my silence as yes and walked inside.

"I don't think it's a good idea to see her, she's got a headache from yesterday and still proccessing things in her head..." I tried to persuade him to leave her alone for today, but he wouldn't hear.

"I just want to see her, I also have to take her home. I was her partner at the dance,you know."

"I know"

That sounded like a reminder. He was reminding me he was closer to her, and he brought her here, and that he had to take care of her.

I didn't like it.

I wanted her.

"I can take her home later. I think she wants to rest a bit more" I told him and he smiled at me.

"I don't want to burden you more, Taehyung. It's my pleasure to take care of her"

I was never burdened by her.

When the water from the bathroom stopped running, realization hit me.

She didn't know Jungkook was there.

She only had the maid costume to wear.

The moment she'd walk in here, Jungkook would know about her being my maid.

I told him to wait and ran to my bedroom, grabbing pants and a shirt, and entered the bathroom immediately without knocking.
