I saw Y/N running away from the class like crazy. She didn't even tell where she was going. Jin, who was sitting right in front of me whispered.

"Man, I hope it's not her family problems" he said as he was looking at her direction.

"What did you say?" I asked him and he looked at me.

"I saw her at the hospital yesterday, she said she had family there."

"I thought you didn't talk with her"

"Well, I told her that even though you don't like her, I didn't have a problem with her. She doesn't dislike me either, and we both have family in the hospital. We were bound to talk"

But a phrase caught my attention.

"You told her... I don't like her?"

I tried to ignore her.

I tried not to associate myself with her. I tried to stop going out with her and taking her from her work. I shouldn't be doing that in first place.

Dance practice time felt like centuries. Yeji was charming as always but why do I think of why Y/N left instead of enjoying my time with my crush?

I'm the night, I went to take her from work. But I was waiting so much time and she didn't come out. I was checking the hour again and again, and even an hour later she was nowhere.

I saw Yiren when her shift ended, and ran to her.

"What are you doing here?" she asked me. She seemed tired, if not depressed.

"Where is Y/N? I've been waiting here for an hour"

She was staring at me as if thinking whether she should tell me or not.

"She was fired today. You won't find her here again"

She left. So that was the important matter she was in hurry for today.

I drove my car to her house. As a workaholic she was, I could guess it was really important for her to work. Could it be related with the family she had at hospital?

But when I knocked the door nobody answered.

I walked around the house and I finally saw her. She was at her balcony, sitting at a chair, looking at me.

We didn't say anything for some seconds. I couldn't see her eyes clearly because of the dark. Did she cry? Was she okay? I couldn't tell. Until she talked. Her voice was at the verge of cracking.

"Yiren said she met you. I didn't expect you to come"

I didn't know whether she meant the work or her house.

"Wont you let me in?" the words slipped out of my mouth before I knew.

But she didn't reject it. She thought about it.

"I don't know... I want to stay alone... But I don't want to stay alone... And my brother is sleeping, he's always so tired... And I don't know..."

"Come on, Y/N, only for a while"

When she opened the door, I finally had the chance to see her eyes. She wanted to cry. But she wouldn't let herself.

We went at her balcony again. She was sitting next to me, looking at the starry sky.

"You know... I talked with Jin today, he told you something I want to say... He made a mistake on something he said. I don't dislike you, I mean yeah I used to and you were fun to mess with, but I can now see you are... Likable... I don't dislike you. I hope you...know that."

What was I even saying? She lost her job and I'm just telling her whether I dislike her or not.

She smiled and said it was okay.

Her smile was bitter.

"is it really okay, Y/N?" I asked slowly, and she tried to look at me.

As soon as her eyes met mine, a wave of tears flowed from them. She was trying to hold her voice back not to wake up her brother.

Ive seen lots of girls crying. Especially when I was breaking up with them or rejecting them. But her, oh God, my heart broke to million pieces.

I was hesitant but I hugged her from her waist, putting her face on my chest where she cried for hours.
