i feel it drifting again.

because i can feel myself
starting to fake it.

like i never wanted to hurt the others.
but here i am with the knife in my hand
and you heart is what i'm carving.
i'm sorry,
please believe me.
i don't want to wound you.

just like my interest has.
it's not you.
that's cliche, right?
not what you wanted to hear,
but it's the truth.
i can't stop my mind,
when it finds what it's looking for within something or someone.
once the adventure ends,
my journey begins,
again.
