I know I am a bit late, but I was not going to let this go without a thank you note to all of you. Back a year ago, when I started writing Slow Poison, I had no fucking idea that I would be able to write almost 72 chapters. Hell, I didn't even believe I could ever write even a paragraph.
In my entire life, people always discouraged me, telling me that I couldn't do anything or achieve anything. No matter how much I tried proving them wrong, I found myself in a lonely dark corner at the end of everything. All these years, I would be angry and frustrated thinking they were right. Thinking I wasn't really worth anything. I knew I was not good at a lot of things, and one of them was the language English. I always saw people being so effortless at speaking and writing English, and I felt bad thinking I wasn't one of them. So that was the major reason I started writing this book. I took it as a challenge not to prove anything to anyone but to myself. I wanted to prove it to myself, that I was capable of doing something no matter how small it was, and that's how I came up with writing this story.
I also want to apologize to you all. I know this may not be the perfect story or as good as the other stories you guys would have read here, but I just want to let you know I did work really hard to make it up to you, and I am really proud of how it turned out to be. It was my first ever story so I am still learning things and I promise to improve it in my other books.
