We were finally standing in front of the real room 301. In front of the door was my father. He looked serious, he had his one visible eye narrowed slightly.

"Glad you came, Sakura, for your sake, and the others" Dad said seriously. We all gave him a confused look.

"Really dad? Why serious" I said doing a funny accent. My father ignored me and continued.

"Now you can all formally register for the Chunin exams." continued my dad.

"Why? What do you mean?" asked Sakura.

"You see, only groups of three are allowed to apply for the exam. In your case, Kitsune is an extra team member so you couldn't have taken the exam without her" Dad explained.

"But sensei, you said the decision to take the exam was up to the individual" said Sakura.

"I did."

"Was that a lie?" Sakura asked again.

" Sort of" dad said not making eye contact, "It is an individual decision but it affects all of you. I didn't tell you before because I didn't want the other guys pressuring you. "

Naruto nodded. I looked back at my father a big question on my mind.

"What if Sakura hadn't come. Would the rest of us would have been able to enter?" I asked.

"I would have been the end of the line for all of you. If you, Sakura, hadn't come along, I could have let the others in. But since you're a squad of four you would have had to come for them to enter the exams. "' Dad said.

We all nodded together. I was getting chills down my spine I was soo excited! My father then slightly cracked a smile under his mask.

"You're all here , and for the right reasons, Sakura...Naruto...Sasuke... and Kitsune. I'm proud of you. I couldn't have ask for a better team. Good luck" dad.. I mean Kakashi sensei moved aside for us.

"We won't let you down, sensei! Believe it!" Naruto exclaimed. We all then started walking towards the door. I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Kitsune, do me proud"

I grinned and ran up to catch with my team. We all the pushed open the door of the room. I thought my eyes were going to fall out of my head. There were so many ninja from other villages looking at us. They all looked pissed.

"Wh-What's this?" stuttered Naruto.

"Gee, I guess we're not alone" said Sakura, quite nervous.

Well someone poop in their cereal this morning. I looked up to see people narrowing their eyes at me. Sakura put her hand over my mouth and Naruto was shaking. I don't think I said that in my head.

"Sasuke, where have you been?" squealed a voice. I looked to see that idiot blonde from the academy. I narrowed my eyes at her, I hate her voice just as much as Sakura's. Sasuke had a pissed look on his face.

"Boy, I was hoping you'd show up here. I've missed those extremely handsome looks of yours" The girl gigged. At the moment I can't remember her name, but it will come to me sooner or later.

Sakura let out a growl while still holding a hand over my mouth and pointing at the blonde. "Hey! Back off he's mine!"

"Miss Forehead, they let you in? Still got those big frown lines on your billboard brow, I see. Oh and Kitsune shouldn't you be out in the forest somewhere picking flower" the blonde smirked. I grew an irk mark.

"Leave my forehead out of this!" Sakura growls. Ino sticks her tongue happily out at Sakura and I.

I removed Sakura's hand from my mouth, "You're one to talk you big ugly banana. How long does it take you to re dye your hair every morning! Probably about 2 years and it still looks like a rats nest"

Ino grew an anime vein on her forehead. Sakura turned to me and we slapped our hands together. Well that's something new. I heard another voice and I saw Shikamaru and the fat kid.

"Oh, it's you guys" Shikamaru said lazily. "I knew it this was gonna be a drag, well I didn't know it was going to be this lame"

"So all three stooges are here" Naruto chuckled. I laughed quietly to myself.

"Hey, you know what, pipsqueak? Ah, forget it. You're a waste of time" Shikamaru said to Naruto. Well if squad 10 is here then maybe squad 8 is here to.

"Well, what do you know? It looks like the whole gang's back together again" smirked some kid with tan skin, slits for pupils, red triangles on his face, a hoodie and a small puppy on his head.

I gasped at the puppy. I saw hearts in my eyes, the puppy looked up at me. It barked and ran over to me. I hugged it and rubbed his fur.

"Nana he is so cute!" I squealed. I looked at Naruto and he was giving me strange look. I pouted and sat on the ground petting the puppy. The guy who owned the dog looked at me.

"I can see Akamaru has taken a liking to you. We haven't met I'm Kiba" said the guy. I nodded completely ignoring him. He grew an irk mark on his forehead.

"Akamaru is such a cute name for you, right boy" I grinned at the puppy. He barked in reply 'Thank!'. That's right I can understand animals! Well mostly related to the dog family.

I looked up to see a purple headed girl with pale eyes, and she wore a soft tan colored jacket. She had a blush on her face. She's adorable!

"Oh.. H-hi Naruto-kun" Hinata, I think her names was stuttered. Naruto looked at her, and Hinata blushed. Looking away from him. KAWAII!

I stood up walking passed Kiba and towards Hinata. She looked a lot like that other Hyuga. I think they might be related, but she seems nicer. I smiled at her, my tail shook.

"Hi! I'm Kitsune Hatake" I smiled at her. Hinata looked me and a soft smile appeared on her face.

"I'm Hinata Hyuga" she replied. I was going to like this girl. I then turned to see some weird kid with a turtleneck jacket. He was strange.

"That's Shino, he's very quiet" Hinata whispered to me. I nodded, petting Akamaru. He barked and licked my hand. Kiba was kinda pissed at me.

I then felt someone pull my ear. I winced and saw it was Kiba pulling on it. I growled.

"Hey are these things even real or are they for sho. Cause you look ridiculous with them on" Kiba laughed. I gave Akamaru to Hinata and balled my fist. He was going to die, right here now. I went to punch him when Naruto grabbed me.

"Hey let go of me Naruto. I am only going to bruise him!" I exclaimed raising my fist like a madman.

"Like to see you try" Kiba smirked. Oh he's dead. I pulled away from Naruto and sent Kiba flying into a wall. I growled going to attack him, but someone pulled me. I looked to see Sasuke.

I wiggled in his grip, man is he strong! I huffed crossing my arms over my chest. Akamaru and his squad were trying to see if he was okay. Naruto was laughing his head off.

"Hey, you guys. You might want to try keeping it down a little. I mean, no offense, but you're the ten rookies right" said some guy. He had gray hair, glasses, and he wore a purple and gray outfit.

"I wouldn't go making a spectacle of yourselves. Just cool it! This isn't a class field trip" he said. I was kinda not in the mood.

"Nobody asked for your stupid opinion! Who are you" I asked. I tried to move away but Sasuke had his arm around my waist preventing me from moving.

"You're a feisty one aren't you. I'm Kabuto Yakushi. But really, look around you. You've made quite an impression" Kabuto said.

I looked to see everyone staring at us. I yawned bored by their expressions, they never smile or show any emotion. They are so dull, except for a certain group of ninja.

"See those guys? They're from the Rain Village. Very touchy they all are. This exams makes everyone tense, and you don't want to rub them the wrong right now" Kabuto said. A shiver ran up my spine at the look of them.

"You can't help it. I mean, how could you know how things work? You're just rookies. You remind me of myself awhile back" Kabuto said, like he was cool. I blew on my bang and crossed my arms over my chest.

"Kabuto is that your name?" asked Sakura

"Yeah"

"This isn't the first time you've taken the exam?" Sakura questioned.

"No, it's... my seventh" He hesitated saying, "The exams are held twice a year so this will be my fourth year"

"Wow, a veteran. You must really be an expert by now." Sakura said.

"Yeah, sort of. Maybe I can help you kids out a little, with my ninja Info Cards." Kabuto said pulling out a deck of orange cards, with a ninja symbol on the back.

"What the heck are those" I asked, with a brow raised.

"It's hard to explain but these cards have been chakra encoded with everything. I've learned over the past four years. I've got more than 200 of them. So you see, I haven't been completely wasting my time" Kabuto explained.

He kneeled down on the floor, and placed the deck in front of him. "They may not appear normal to the naked eye. In fact, they appear blank. Don't want just anyone seeing this stuff" Kabuto then began spinning the blank card around.

"What are you doing?" asked Sakura.

"You see, I'm using my chakra to reveal their secrets, like this for example." Kabuto formed a handsign and a map appeared on the card. I was really impressed. I have to get my hands on these types of cards

"Awesome! A map!" Sakura said.

"Of what?" asked Ino. I remembered her name!! I really deserve an award for remembering.

"It shows the geographical distribution of all the candidates who have come to take the Chunin exam. What villages they come from. And how many from each village. Why do you think they take the exam together at the same time?" Kabuto asked, nobody answered.

"It's the foster friendship between nations, of course. International brotherhood, and all that." Kabuto answered.

"There's another reason." Sasuke said. Sasuke finally let me go but sat me on the floor in front of him. This kid was pissing me off just as much as Kiba.

"Yeah. You see, the important thing that this way, they can carefully regulate the total number of Shinobi. Thereby maintaining the balance of power" Kabuto said.

I then began to doze off not caring what else anyone said. Funny thing, why did Kabuto come to help us in the first place. It's nice but no other ninja here is that nice to us. They only gave glares, and smirks. Well mostly glares.

"Do those cards of yours have any info on the other candidates, individually?" asked Sasuke.

"They might. You have someone special in mind" replied Kabuto.

"I might" Sasuke said.

"I can't promise my information is complete or perfect, but I've got something on just about everyone, including you guys, of course. " Kabuto smiled and smirked.

"Soo, you're just some stalker to watches everyone and writes something down?" I asked.

"Well you can say I'm something like that. But I'm not a stalker" Kabuto said to me. I hissed at him.

"Anyway, tell who it is. You can say something like a description. Where they're from, whatever." Kabuto said.

"He's Gaara of the desert, and there's Rock Lee of the Leaf Village while you're at it." Sasuke said.

"Well that's not fun. You already know their names, that's too easy" Kabuto whined, while pulling to cards from the deck.

"Show 'em to me" Sasuke commanded. I heard humming and I looked up at Naruto. He looked at Sasuke and Kabuto then nodded. I giggled slightly because he had no clue what was happening.

"Okay, first up is Rock Lee." Kabuto spun the card and a profile popped up on him. I tilted my head, but this guy is a stalker.

"Looks like he's about a year older than you guys. Mission experience, 11 C ranks and 20 D ranks. His squad leader is Guy. In the last 12 months, his taijutsu had radically improved, but his other skills, are pretty shaky. Last year, he got a lot of attention as a genin, but for some reason, he chose not to participate in the Chunin Exam. This will be his first time as a candidate, same as you guys. His teammates are Tenten and Neji Hyuga" Kabuto said reading the card.

"Now for Gaara of the desert. Mission experience, 8 C ranks, and get this. One B rank as a Genin. There's not a lot more information on this guy. He was a rookie from another land, originally, but there is this. He survived every mission without getting a scratch on him" Kabuto said.

"The dude's done a B rank as a Genin, and has never even been injured?" gasped Shika.

"What's the deal with this guy" asked Naruto.

"Kabuto, right. I have one more person" said Sasuke.

"Oh, who is this person?" asked Kabuto pushing his glasses up.

"Kitsune Hatake of the Hidden Leaf" Sasuke said. I looked up at him, and I growled. If he wanted information on me he could just ask!

"Well, this a newer one I just did" Kabuto picked a card and sent chakra into it. Soon a profile on me appeared. Sasuke looked deep into thought.

"Let's see Kitsune Hatake, age 13. Hmm Mission experience 1 A ranked, 13 B ranked, 1 C ranked, and 4 D ranks. Seems as though most of mission were completed before she entered the academy. Her sensei is Kakashi Hatake. It says that just recently she passed the ANBU exams, with a new type of chakra formation. As of everything else, it's blank" Kabuto said, looking at me with a smirk.

I narrowed my eyes at him. How did he know about the ANBU exams, not even the other rookies know about it. I glared up at Sasuke and he had a smirk on his face. That little ignorant b**ch. I crossed my arms over my chest.

Kabuto fixed his glasses and pulled another card from. He then went on explaining about something about the other villages. I rolled my eyes, now Sasuke just made me mad.

"Of Course the Sound Village is small. It recently sprang up nobody knows anything about it. They are a mystery" Kabuto said.

"Do you think that the competition this year is going to be tougher?" Sakura asked.

"Oh yeah, for the four years I have been coming. I've never seen crop candidates with a bunch potential as this bunch" Kabuto said.

I heard shivering. I looked up to see Naruto was shaking, and I held a worried expression on my face. I saw Sakura thinking the same thing. She walked over to him and tapped his shoulder.

"Hey don't worry Naruto, we're going to do just fine" She said with a smile. I tilted my head and I didn't see Naruto with any tears. He looked like he was smiling. I opened my mouth to speak but he shut me up. Naruto then a really dramatic turn.

"MY NAME IS NARUTO UZUMAKi, AND I AM GOING TO BEAT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!!! BELIEVE IT!" Naruto shouted while pointing at everyone

I grew a vein on my forehead. I then shoot up, and my ears flicked a bit. Naruto was trying to get us killed! Sakura looked like she was going to hurt him as well. Ino was then yelling at me to fix him, before we get killed.

"Naruto!" I growled with my bangs shadowing my eyes. Naruto looked and grinned at me but his expression changed quickly. I punched him in the head and grabbed him by my collar.

"Naruto... You're an idiot!" I whispered loud enough for him to hear. I then punched him on the head. He whined holding his head.

"Kitsune, you hurt me" whined Naruto. I rubbed my ear, and looked at him. I smiled at him like nothing happened.

"Uh, could you say that a little louder? Didn't quite catch it" Kiba chuckled to himself.

"You moron. You trying to get everybody in the place to hate our guts" Shikamaru said in a dull tone. I shook my head at Naruto.

Sakura zoomed passed me and put Naruto into a headlock. I looked up to see everyone's glare looking even darker. I went pale, man they are scarier than my dad when he's mad. Sakura looked up and her face paled.

"Oh hi everyone. Don't mind him! Sometimes he says these spazzy things, and they just come out. He's got this condition...." Sakura began to blabber out, nervously.

I walked over to Naruto's side and a smirk broke out on my face. I wrapped my arm around Naruto's neck. I was kinda in enjoying this.

"Sakura don't yell at him. You know he's kinda has point, I mean look that them. They think they are scary. I've seen worse" I smirked. I turned and saw everyone glaring at me.

I grinned at them and waved. Where did I get all of this confidence from, oh gosh I turned into Naruto. I flicked my ear and heard something moving, fast. I turned my head to see the people from the sound village. One guy came and threw kunai. Kabuto dodged and slid back.

Then some ninja with all of his face over but his eye pulled back his sleeve. Kabuto looked worried. He went to punch Kabuto with some flute looking thing on his arm. Kabuto dodged and smirked.

Man this eyes was fast. I looked at Kabuto and saw that his glasses shattered. Sasuke went out and tried to be all cool asking how this happened. I looked at his arm and device he wore had something to do with it.

"Hang on, I saw it all. He dodged the attack how does that happen" Sasuke asked.

"It must have come closer than it looked. Look at him acting like it was nothing." Shikamaru said. I was still looking at that device on the ninja arm. I started to get closer to Kabuto, trying to figure out the device. I watched as Kabuto fell over.

I slowly made my way over to him, and I got a better look at that ninja. Sakura and Naruto came over. I looked at the hunchback ninja. I clicked my tongue though I don't trust Kabuto. I don't take likely to people hurting other leaf ninja. The hairs on the back of neck were standing up.

"Are you okay Kabuto?" asked Naruto and Sakura.

"Yeah, I'm okay" Kabuto said.

"Not so tough guy after all. Maybe that's why he's not his seventh try" mask man said.
