W-where am I? Am I alive... or am I dead. If I was dead I wouldn't be able to think. I feel so cold, so alone. The world around me is so empty. I looked down. I guess I really did die. Damn, and I promised Ojichan I would stay alive until I was his age. I broke my promise to Naruto... I looked up and felt something fall on my nose. It was cold, and white. It was a small snow flake. Soon many snowflakes fell.

I looked around, until I saw two glowing figures standing in front of me. One of them had a sword, and spiky black hair. The other had long flowing hair, and was wearing a dress of some sort.

I gasped, when I saw it was Zabuza and Haku. A felt a small tear fall down my cheek at the sight of them dead. I looked down at the snow in front of me. I felt someone place a hand on my head. I looked up to see Haku.

"Why... why did you have to die?" I whispered.

"Kitsune, I have served my purpose." Haku said to me, "I will miss you dearly old friend."

"So I was right... I knew you when I was younger" I replied.

I looked up at Haku, and he had a soft smile on his face. "Kitsune I'm sorry you have to see me like this. I will always be with you"

"Thank you Haku. I hope you and Zabuza can be in peace now" I smiled. Zabuza let out a chuckle.

"Thanks kid, you really are an interesting one" Zabuza stated.

I walked over and hugged the both of them. Even if they were bad guys they are not any longer.

"Kitsune, one more thing" Haku began, "you're not dead"

"Really!?! I mean how am I not dead, I'm able to see you to" I questioned.

"Haku put in a temporary death state. Your comrade had already woken up, but I guess Haku must have shot a couple more needles into then needed" Zabuza explained.

"I see" I said, "Zabuza did you ever defeat gato?'

"Yes I did, but in the process I died." Zabuza said.

"Well at least you both can be at peace!" I said.

Haku smiled along with Zabuza who showed off his pointed teeth. A smile

appeared on my face as it began to snow. Soon enough Zabuza and Haku disappeared. I wepped a few tears for them.

"Kitsune you have a purpose in this world as did I. Protect the people you love, that is what makes you a ninja"

Haku's voice rang in my ears. I smiled, and then I heard a thud. I turned around to see a wooden door. I tilted my head, I walked over to it and opened it. I stepped out one foot and tripped. I grabbed onto the bottom of the door as I hung there. Below me was nothing.

I gasped as the door started to fade.Oh no! Not now! The door completely vanished and I fell. I screamed, and my screamed echoed. The darkness around me began to turn into light.At the bottom was a big shinning light. I looked at the bottom of the light.

I could see them. My team!

I groggily opened my eyes, and I could barely make out certain things. My sight began clear up and i could see someone who I knew very well. I slowly turned my head to see my squad. Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were all standing in front of two graves. I already knew who's they were. I then looked up at the person carrying me.

"D-daddy?" I asked.

He turned his sight down to me with a soft look on his face, "Welcome back Kitsune"

I smiled and looked at Naruto. I don't think they knew I woke up just yet. I nodded up at my father and he gently put me on my feet. I held onto him though.

"Naruto's ninja way. I like the sound of that" I said.

Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura looked over at me. Sakura gave me a soft smile, I did the same back. Sasuke didn't show it but he had a very very small smile on his face. Naruto looked at me and broke into tears.

"KITSUNE YOU'RE ALIVE!" Naruto shouted, before running towards me.

I let out a squeal as he picked me up and hugged me tightly. Naruto held me close trying not to lose me again. I smiled at him and buried my head into his neck. I missed him so much.

"Kitsune don't you ever die on me again. You hear me" Naruto said still hugging me.

"I won't Nana"

I stood at the now finished bridge with my squad. Today was the day that we say goodbye to the people of the land of waves. Its sad to say that we had to go. The villagers stood before us. With Tazuna, Inari, and Tsunami standing in front.

"We could never have finished the bridge without you. I can't tell you how much we're going to miss you" said Tazuna.

"Do be careful" Tsunami smiled.

"Tazuna" I began, "please do take care of your village. They need someone as strong hearted as you in their lives"

Tazuna nodded with a smile. I looked down at Inari and then at Naruto. Naruto looked like he was about to burst into tears. "Now, now, don't get all choked up. We'll come back and visit real soon" Naruto said

"You swear you will" asked Inari

"Huh? I will" Naruto said about to cry, "You know, Inari, it's alright to cry if you want."

Inari sniffed, "Who says I wanna cry? Anyway, if there's nothing wrong with it, then why don't you go on and cry"

"No you first" Naruto said hoarsely, on the verge of crying.

A small laugh escaped my lips, as I watched the scene unfold. Naruto turned around so Inari wouldn't see him cry. This was the funniest scene ever. Almost like their weird laughing contest.

We then started walking, I came to a halt when I felt something around my waist. I looked down at Inari. I smiled and hugged him back. Inari was like a brother to me. I placed a kiss on his cheek and took something out of my pocket.

"Here Inari, keep this to remember us by" I said. I handed inari a locket with a picture of Naruto and I on the inside. On the other side was picture of his father.

He hugged me again, "Thank you Kitsune"

I patted his head, and smiled. I then ran to catch up with the rest of my squad. I was walking next to my father while with a big smile on my face. I could not wait to see Ojichan and tell him all about my adventure.

"Ha, ha! As soon as we get back I'm gonna let Iruka-sensei fix me a whole mess of ramen to celebrate a mission accomplished! Oh, and just wait till I tell Konohamaru about all my adventures! The kid's gonna worship me!" Naruto chuckled.

"Well if you're going to get ramen count me in. Iruka owes me for taking over his class when he was at a meeting!" I fisted pumped the air.

"Hey" Sakura said out of the blue. Naruto and I both looked at her.

"Yeah, Sakura" We answered.

"Not you, Naruto and Kitsune! Sasuke, when we get back, do you wanna go out and do something together" asked Sakura. I let out a snicker.

"I don't think so. Thanks" Sasuke said.

"Oh okay" she said bumbed.

"She got rejected. R-E-J-E-C-T-E-D! That spells rejected!" I sang softly to myself. I looked over at Sakura and she glaring at me. I ran to the other side of my father farther away from her. I stuck out my tongue.

"Sakura, I'd do something with you if you want" said Naruto, happily.

"What? Hey, that was a private conversation!" Sakura exclaimed, picking up Naruto and throwing him.

I sighed and smacked my forehead. I am surrounded by idiots, my father then placed a hand on my head. I smiled up at him and chuckled.

Soon we continued on our way until we got back to the village. I smiled at the sight of the gates. Finally I can just chill and sleep. When we got to the village it mid afternoon.

"Since we are back... See ya!" I said starting to walk away.

"Kitsune where are you going" questioned Dad.

"To see Ojichan. He said when I got back he wanted to talk to me." I replied.

I then ran off towards Ojichan's office. I ninja jumped off a nearby building and was sent flying. I screamed and I crashed into Ojichan's window. I landed on the floor with a thud. I guess you can say this was a 'crash landing'.

Ojichan looked up from his paperwork and looked at his broken window. He let out a sigh and shook his head at me. His eyesight than landed on me. I grinned at him.

"Kitsune..." sighed Ojichan.

"Yes?" I answered sitting down in front of his desk.

"Why would crash through my window, when you could have taken the door" asked Ojichan with a raised eyebrow.

My cheeks turned red from embarrassment. I rubbed the back of my neck, oh man! I'm dead...

"I thought it was the fastest way of getting in here. Without taking the stairs" I gulped.

"Kitsune you are lucky that I love you" Ojichan looked at me with folded hands, "I have something very important for you". I tilted my head at him.

"Do you remember when you took the chunin exams when you were little?" asked Ojichan.

"Yeah! I had so much fun!" I said.

"Well Kitsune, you are going to be taking the chuunin exams, but I want you to also take the ANBU testing"

Did he just say what I think he just said? Did Ojichan really say that I am going to be taking the ANBU exams. Oh my lord Jashin. I AM TAKING THE ANBU EXAMS!! HURRAY!

"Kitsune?" Ojichan's voice said, snapping me out of my daze.

"Oh my gosh! Thank you! Thank you a million times over!" I exclaimed jumping over the desk and hugging him.

Ojichan's chest moved up and down as he laughed. I kissed his cheek and did my happy dance. Ojichan smiled at me, and pulled out a piece of paper. I looked at it.

"What is that?" I asked.

"This is the location in which your ANBU testing will begin. Kitsune remember to start training soon because the ANBU testing is both physical and mental." Ojichan explained.

I nodded taking the paper. I hugged Ojichan once more before jumping out of the crashed window. I landed on the ledge and jumped off to a nearby building. I then began walking around the village. My ear flicked and I turned around. I didn't see anyone. I shrugged and kept walking.

I turned a corner to see Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, and my dad. I slowly made my way over to them. I saw Sasuke and Naruto having a stand off. Man and just to think that they were becoming good friends.

"Alright guys. Let's call it a day. You can beat each other to a pulp some other time. Anyway, I have to file my report on this mission" my dad said closing his pervy book.

"Whatever. I'm out of here" Sasuke said starting to walk away. Sasuke looked in my direction and glared at me. I turned away.

"Wait! Sasuke, I'll go with you!" Sakura exclaimed.

Naruto looked so heart-broken. I walked over to him and patted his head, he still looked upset. I sighed, Naruto is never going to learn. Neither was Sakura, but she's not my concern.

"So why don't we... I mean, you know, let's do something more personal. I mean, to improve our teamwork and all" Sakura said with a smile and blush.

"I swear, you're just as bad as Naruto. Instead of flirting why don't you practice your jutsu and make the team stronger?" replied Sasuke, "let's face it, you're actually worse than Naruto."

With that Sasuke started to walk away. I looked at Sakura and she looked upset. I know I don't like her but Sasuke doesn't have to be mean to her. We are a team.

"You know Uchiha, you don't have to be so mean to her." I said.

"Whatever" Sasuke replied before ignoring us and walking away.

"Don't worry, Sakura. Just forget about Sasuke. You and me can develop our teamwork all day!" Naruto suggested.

I heard Sakura get out some sort of growl. My dad patted me on my head before vanishing. Naruto grinned a very sly grin. All of a sudden I see this little square rock. Wait are rocks square?

Naruto turned and looked at the fake rock. He walked a couple of steps and the rock followed. Naruto started running and the rock continued to follow him. I let out a chuckle, and laughed.

Naruto came to a halt facing the mystery box. "That's the worse disguise of all time! There's no such thing as square rocks!" I was right! There are no square rocks!

"You saw through my camouflage again. You're slick, boss! Just what I'd expect from my greatest rival!" said the square rock.

Suddenly the box started to glow a golden yellow, and then exploded. Pink, yellow, and blue smoke appeared. Just as the smoke cleared I could make out three tiny figures. Two boys and one girl.

The kid on the left was a kid with flat brown hair wearing a blue shirt, gray shorts, and rounded glasses. The kid in the middle had spiky brown/gray hair, wearing a yellow shirt, gray pants, and a long flowing blue scarf. The last kid was the girl. She had orange hair up in two pigtails, and was wearing a pink shirt and very light/pale brown pants. One thing I noticed was that they all had goggled. Naruto has goggles... Oh no....

"I think we used a little too much gunpowder, you guys" said the kid with the scarf. They all coughed a little. I tilted my head at them and Naruto's eyebrow was twitching just a bit. When they saw us staring they stood up.

"I'm Moegi. The sassiest Kunoichi in preschool. Check me out!" the girl introduced. Then she did some pose.

I sweat dropped. They are acting so much like Naruto, it's even funny. It's kinda sad.

"I love algebra. Call me Udon!" said glasses boy. I pulled out a tissue and handed it to him. He had a little something hanging from his nose.

"And I'm the number one ninja in the village Konohamaru!" exclaimed the the last kid. I put a hand on my hip, so this was the great Konohamaru. Naruto's little stalker/rival.

"And when we're all together! We're the Konohamaru Ninja Squad!" They announced together. Then they did some weird pose together.

"Yeah, I knew it was you, Konohamaru!" Naruto shrugged, "What are those things? Why are you wearing goggles on your head?"

"You use to wear goggles! So we're copying you!" Konohamaru grinned.

Oh lord, it's a bunch of little Naruto's. I really didn't want to be here to see how this plays out. I can only deal with one Naruto. I started to walk away, when Naruto grabbed my hand and pulled me to him. I growled at him, and struggled in his hold. Naruto looked at me with pleading eyes.

"You owe me Naruto" I growled.

Naruto grinned in reply. He then let me out, I was free. I then fixed my somewhat messy hair. I then looked at the mini Naruto squad. The kid with the scarf is staring at me.

"Hey, boss. Who is that girl anyway?" questioned Konohamaru.

"This is Kitsune" Naruto said.

Konohamaru looked at me more like stared. He then looked at Naruto with a big smirk on his face.

"Hey boss, is she your girlfriend?" smirked Konohamaru.

"No I am not his girlfriend. I am his best friend, I have no idea where you got girlfriend from. But I am his girl friend." I said

"Whatever you say!" smiled Konohamaru

I rolled my eyes to see Sakura making her way over here. Naruto looked at her and started blushing like crazy. His whole face was red. The mini Narutos looked at Sakura. Then yet again Konohamaru had that smirk on his face and began patting Naruto on his back. Naruto began laughing nervously.

"Hey, boss, who's that girl anyway?" Konohamaru smirked, "I get it. You're a smooth operator boss"

"Huh" Naruto looked at his mini him.

"Come on, I know that's she your.." Konohamaru raised his pinky, "girlfriend"

I looked at Sakura and she wasn't happy.

"Well, you could tell she's really crazy about me, huh" Naruto blushed. He is dead, very dead.

Sakura stormed over to him and knocked some sense into him. She was angry if I could imagine. Steam would be coming out of her nose. I shook my head. He should have known better.

Konohamaru turned to angry Sakura, "Why kind of girlfriend are you!?!"

I walked over to see if Naruto was okay. Moegi and Udon followed along as well. I checked his pulse, Naruto was okay. He was badly hurt but he's okay. I then looked back at Sakura.

"You're a witch! And you're ugly to!" exclaimed Konohamaru. Soon enough Konohamaru was joining Naruto on the floor in pain.

I watched as Sakura walked away like nothing happened. Naruto stood up along with Konohamaru. I stood up next to Naruto and I ended up being his support. I looked at Konohamaru holding his head

"I don't even think she's human. Did you see how wide her forehead is?" Konohamaru asked looking at us.

I looked over at Sakura and she came to a halt. She slowly turned her head, in a very robotic way. Everyone started whimpering except me. I wasn't scared of her. She narrowed her eyes and ran at us.

We screamed and took off running. Sakura is very fast when someone pisseses her off. I kept running and Konohamaru took off like a jet. I heard a thump and looked a head.

I looked to see Konohamaru on the ground in front of newcomers. I have never seen them before. The first person was a guy. He wore a black jumpsuit and head with pointed top almost like ears. He had purple paint on his face and a headband on his forehead. On his back he had something big wrapped up with spiky hair.
