"Naruto Uzumaki and Kitsune Hatake are here!"

I rolled my eyes at Naruto. He really didn't have to announce that we were here. They all could see that we were! I decided to let him have his moment of glory. My eyes turned towards Zabuza who had my father pinned. I saw

Sakura standing next to Tazuna and the boy with the mask from last time. But someone was missing?

"Now that we are here, everything will be alright!" Naruto said with a smirk on his face, "You know how the hero shows up at the last minute to kick butt. That's what I'm going to do right now!"

"Where's Sasuke?" I asked out of the blue.

Naruto turned towards me, "Kitsune! You ruined my moment!"

"Well I'm sorry!" I said turning away from him.

"Alright your history" he said towards the boy, "Shadow clone jutsu!"

"Don't leave me ou! Burning dragon flame jutsu!" I exclaimed.

Just as I about to focus my chakra I saw something fly towards both me and Naruto. I gasped being frozen for five seconds. Before I could move needles flew canceling out the flying shuriken. I took a deep breath. Well that was fun.

"This is a battle! Kitsune you should know better than to pull a stunt like that! Don't let your opponent see your jutsu!" said my dad, "The shinobi always keeps the opponent guessing!"

I rubbed the back of my head. I kinda got caught up in the moment, note to self never do that again. Naruto yelled 'Sorry' about a thousand times over and over again.

"Haku, what are you doing!" questioned Zabuza. So Haku's his name, interesting.

"Zabuza, these two....Let me fight them in my own way. Please" Haku said calmly.

I reached my hand pulling out one of my kunai. Naruto got into a ready stance. I smirked as I watched Haku do the same. The tension around us got thicker. I was getting excited.

"You want me to leave this to you, is that right Haku? As usual you're too soft" Zabuza answered

Zabuza kinda had a point there. Normally ninja would have let the shuriken fly at us, but Haku stopped it. I wonder why? Naruto pointed a finger at Haku.

"I'm going to take off that mask and tear you apart!"

I looked towards my dad and saw him in deep thought he then started to move. He didn't get far, Zabuza stood in front of him with narrowed eyes. I could see the frustration in my father's eyes.

"Don't even think about it. You know the score Kakashi, you go after Haku. I go after the bridge builder" Zabuza smirked.

I turned back towards Haku, and narrowed my eyes. This chakra felt familiar to me. I can't put a finger on it, but I think I've met Haku before.

"That mask, and the bogus story! You've been working for Zabuza this whole time! You think you can get away with a stunt like that" Naruto exclaimed.

"I'm sorry, but as your sensei said. Deceiving your opponent and catching them off guard, that is the art of the shinobi. Please don't take it personally" Haku replied to him.

Just as he got finished a kunai flew out of nowhere. Haku moved back, and followed the gaze. I looked to see Sasuke with a couple of scratches here and there. Also he was inside a cage of somesory. 'So that's where he is, and by the looks of it he's pinned down' I thought.

"Sasuke" I whispered to myself.

"I haven't forgotten about you. Not for an instant" Haku said towards Sasuke. What happen before we got here?

"Some warrior accept defeat gracefully. They know when they are beaten. Others do not. So beat it! Let us finish our battle then. To the death!"

Haku then made his way towards the cage jutsu thingy. My ears flattened, as I watched him walk away.

"Wait where are you going" I asked.

"It's all right, Kitsune. We'll have our fight next" Haku said to me before he walked into the mirrors.

A small growl escaped my throat. I wasn't going to be bested by anyone, not yet. I formed a hand sign and my fist were surrounded in fire. I learned this jutsu from a ninja book I "found" in Ojiichan office. I attempted to punch one of the mirrors. Just I raised my fist, a hand grabbed my wrist.

"I was going to save our match until later. But I'm going to finish you off right now" Haku's voice rang in my ears.

All I knew was that I was pulled into the mirror and pushed out. I hit the ground with a thud. I slowly stood up, while growling. I narrowed my eyes at Haku in front of me.

I glanced at Sasuke and saw him about to reach for a kunai. I gasped when I saw Haku wasn't there anymore. I turned around to him not just behind me but everywhere. In his hand he held Senbon needles in his hand.

I pulled out a kunai, until each of the Haku clones threw the needles. I covered my face as I felt the needles fly by. I let out a small groan and I hit the floor from the attack.

"Sasuke/Kitsune!" Sakura and Naruto exclaimed.

I slowly picked myself up from off the ground I saw small drops of blood. I licked my bleed lip, and narrowed my eyes. My tail shook as I stayed in a kneeling position. 'Those mirrors are the key to his attack. There has to be away to get the real Haku to stand still'

"Sasuke, Kitsune and Naruto think! You need to attack from the outside and the inside at the same time!" My father said.

"Yes, it's all about positioning and We are in the perfect positions" Sasuke said to himself. He then looked at me.

I nodded and started to focus my chakra-

"Hey! I snuck in here to save you" Naruto said randomly popping from out of the blue.

I sweated at him while shaking my head, Sasuke had a dumb/surprised look on his face. Naruto had a very big smile on his face. Naruto what am I going to do with you.

"Uhh. Your a complete loser! You're a shinobi, think carefully before you move!" Sasuke yelled at him.

"What the heck's your problem? You should thank me for coming in here to help you!" Naruto yelled back.

"If Naruto's in here with us how...." Sasuke turned away, "Forget it! I've had with your mistakes"

"And I've had with your attitude! Believe it!" Naruto shouted at Sasuke

I sighed, these two were like an old married couple. Sasuke stood up and formed his hand signs. I stood up and started forming hand signs as well. I glanced at Sasuke out the corner of my eyes.

"Kitsune what jutsu are you using!" Naruto asked.

"If the mirrors are made of ice, there only weakness is fire" I replied to him.

"Wait Kitsune" Naruto exclaimed grabbing my arm stopping me from using my jutsu.

"What?"

"Look, Sasuke's jutsu didn't melt the mirrors"

I looked to see Naruto was right. The mirrors weren't even fazed by the fire at all. What kind of ice jutsu is this.

"You'll need much more heat than that to melt this ice" Haku said.

Haku then sent senbon needles at us. We were all sent flying backwards, and I ended up landing on my wrist. I winced a bit, I guess it didn't heal completely yet.

"Where's the needle attack coming at us from" questioned Naruto, "we have to find the real one"

"Look into every mirror as hard as you like. You will never learn the secret" Haku said.

I smirked, "Well if you have a hundred mirrors, then a hundred of me will

destroy every one of them"

"I read you loud and clear Kitsune. Shadow Clone Jutsu!" With a poof a bunch of Naruto appeared

"Fire Clone Jutsu!"

I focused my chakra and twenty fire clones appeared. I jumped a jump along with the clones. I surrounded my fist in chakra and hit one of the mirrors. I looked and saw no damage. I saw something fly through my clones and start destroying them. Impossible my clones, can't be destroyed.

Naruto's clones were going through the same damage as mine. All my clones turned into smoke and Naruto's clones turned into clouds. I looked in front of me and saw Haku. He kicked me and i fell to the floor. Naruto then fell landing on me.

I groaned, that hurt. A lot! I pushed Naruto off of me, and started to get up. Naruto sat up panting hard.

"These mirrors only reflect my image, allowing me to transport myself at light speed. Through my eyes, you appear to be moving in slow motion" Haku said.

Slow motion... this be what I think it is. No wonder I couldn't break this jutsu it's his kekkei Genkai! A bloodline trait, just like my dad's sharingan. I glanced to my left and saw my father talking with Zabuza. He must have had a hunch, but he wasn't sure about it yet.

"I couldn't break through. So what, he's not gonna stop me. I'm not giving up, and I'm not gonna lose here. 'Cause I have a dream' and no one's going to take it away from me. Someday, I'll be the respected in my village. That's my dream, to be the greatest Hokage!" Naruto said.

I smiled at him, Naruto is so determined. He doesn't want to give up and I can see that nobody is going to stop him. I looked at Haku, something was off.

"It was not my desire to be a shinobi. It's painful. I don't want to kill you, but if you advance. I will have no choice. Then I will kill the kindness in my own heart, and fully embrace the shinobi way. There will be no mercy, no turning back. This bridge will be the battlefield where our dreams collide. Now I must fight for my dreams just as you fight for yours. Please do not blame me. I fight for someone who is precious to me. I live for him, and I face death for him so that this dream may become reality. That is my dream. For the sake of that dream, if I must, I will act as a shinobi and take your lives" Haku said holding a senbon.

I let out a small chuckle, before standing on my feet. Sasuke held a smirk on his face, and determination was written on all over Naruto's. I formed a handsigns. Finally the battle has begun!

"Sasuke, Naruto, Kitsune Take this guy out! You can do it." Sakura exclaimed from the other sides of the mirrors.

"Don't Sakura" said my dad, soon my father went on talking.

I stood up and getting ready. A smirk found it's way to my face as I glared at Haku on the mirror. I formed a handsign and send chakra through my body. I sent most of my chakra to my wrist. As my chakra acted as a bandage to cover my wrist.

"I didn't get to him so will will try again! Shadow clone jutsu!" Naruto exclaimed.

"Wait Naruto-" I was to late. Naruto sent his shadow clone.

I watched as Haku sent senbon towards Sasuke and me. I had to act fast. I formed a handsign.

"Lightning style: lightning dance!" I slammed my fist into the ground and it shook. Lightning shot up in many directions canceling out the needle attack. Sasuke looked over at me and nodded.

Naruto was sent flying and he landed near me. I saw his body kind twitch before he got up. Looking at Sasuke I could see he figured something out. I smirked.

"Sasuke do you have a plan?" I asked.

"Yeah, Kitsune you're going to assist me. And Naruto do you think that you can do that again?" Sasuke explained.

"Huh? Of course. Nothing can stop me! Believe it!" Naruto said.

"Alright duckbutt" I stated.

Sasuke started forming hand signs, "Naruto, run for it!"

"Huh?" Naruto tilted his head.

"Get out of here and attack from the outside!" Sasuke commanded, "Kitsune start getting your chakra ready"

"All right! You got it" Naruto smirked while making a run for the exit.

I started forming hand signs while focusing my jutsu. I'm ready for anything!

"You can not escape" Haku said, as the mirrors began to shine.

Naruto was sent backwards, but he brushed it off. He then started running again. Sasuke glanced at me and nodded. I smirked and took a deep breath. I watched as Haku came out the mirror.

"Fire Style Fireball Jutsu!"

"Fire Style Dragon Roar!"

Sasuke and I both sent a fire attack at Haku. He dodged our attacks and sent senbon. Sasuke got hit in the shoulder. I dodged, but it landed in my tail. I watched as Naruto hit the ground. I whimpered a bit at the pain. My tail is my weak spot. I took the needle out of my tail.

"I couldn't quite get past him" Naruto said.

"That was good. You up for one more round" Sasuke questioned

"Alright!" Naruto and I said insink.

Naruto and Sasuke took off running. I followed behind, I kept a close eye on the reflection. I gasped.

"No more games! This time you'll stay down" Haku shouted.

He then sent a needle at Sasuke, hitting him in the knee. Then he sent a

whole bunch of needles at him. I looked at Naruto and he got hit with needles as well. I turned to see Haku staring me down. I then dodged a couple needles until I got hit in the shoulder. Then they came at me at full force.

I let a yell as I got hit. I hit the ground, my ears perked up when I heard Sakura. She let out a bloody scream. I slowly stood up ignoring the pain in my body. I picked myself up, and I rushed over to the boys.

I help them up, my face expression began serious. I had to try and defeat Haku and help Sakura. My father can't do it alone. I had a bit of chakra left for another go around.

"I'll bust us out of here" Naruto said, "I'll fake him out"

"Your wasting my patience" growled Haku.

Naruto focused his chakra, and ran towards the mirror. When Haku was there, he jumped back and ran the other way. Haku followed him inside the mirrors.

"Naruto behind you" Sasuke exclaimed.

Haku sent needles flying at Naruto. Naruto got hit and fell to the ground let out a groan in pain. I ran over to Naruto checking to see if he was okay. I let out a sigh when I saw he was.

"Your chance of escaping my House Of Mirrors is zero" Haku said.

Sasuke came over to us, "Naruto are you able to get up?"

Naruto let out a groan in reply. "Try not to use anymore chakra. That's only going to help him now. Kitsune how are you holding up"

"Just fine Sasuke" I said. I looked over at Naruto, I don't think he can take anymore of this.

Haku sent another attack at Sasuke. Sasuke took one of the needle on the ground next to him and used it to deflect the coming attack. I smirked at Sasuke and looked at Naruto.

I helped Naruto sit up, and quietly thanked me. We then all looked at Haku ready for anything. Haku sent more needles, I pulled out my kunai and began to deflect them. I got hit a couple of times but I still able to move. Haku then vanishes from the mirrors.

"Naruto, don't pass out again. Kitsune and I can't keep protecting you like this." Sasuke said.

"Well then don't, I never asked for your help" Naruto said weakly. I then heard a thud.

"You can't revive him. He has reached his limits" Haku voice said. Though he could not be seen.

I growled, I could feel the hair on the back of my neck standing up. I looked up to see Haku ready to attack. I was really going to hurt this kid. Badly.

"Impressive. You have excellent moves. Your attacks are very skillful." Haku then threw needles at us. Sasuke I dodged barely. "But you've reached your limits as well"

I looked at Naruto, and I poofed up a clone as a shield. I kneeled down near Naruto trying to wake him up. Naruto was to weak to move. I felt an arm wrap around my waist. I looked to see Sasuke picked me up and the clones carried Naruto.

Sasuke set me down, and his bangs covered his eyes. When he lifted his head, his eyes had changed. Sasuke has unlocked his Sharingan. I slowly stood up.

"The Sharingan" I said outloud. A smirk appeared on Sasuke's face.

"So you to have a kekkei genkai" Haku said. I stood up completely and stood next to Sasuke.

I poofed my clone away. Haku vanished and reappeared trying to throw us off guard. I then saw Haku come out the mirror and rush towards Naruto.

"NO!" I started to run towards him, but Sasuke rushed past me.

My eyes watched and I smiled. Haku was on the ground and Sasuke was standing over Naruto. I watched as Naruto started to come to. My smile soon faded from my face. I made my way over to them.

"You always get in the way, Naruto.." Sasuke said softly,"it never fails"

"Ah! You beat him, Sasuke" Naruto cheered, but then his smile vanished.

"You should see the look on your face. You look like a total loser" Sasuke said. I ran over near Naruto.

"Huh? Why... Why did you, uh, save me? Why did you do it?" asked Naruto.

"I don't know why, I just did" Sasuke gasped before falling backward. I caught him before he could hit the ground. Naruto crawled next to me.

"Sasuke!" I said

"He...He's still out there." Sasuke said softly, "My brother. I promised myself... I'd stay alive until I killed him. Naruto, don't let your dream die. Kitsune.... I'm sorry"

Those were his last words before, he... I can't even say the word. Tears fell from my eyes. I hated him, so much. He shouldn't have been the one to die, it should have been me. I should have been the one to protect Naruto. Sasuke..

"Sasuke... Please wake up.... Please..." I cried.

I balled my fist, as I saw Haku stand up. I slipped away from Sasuke and a deep growl escaped my throat and my chakra level rose. I pulled out a kunai and I attacked Haku.

Haku threw needles at me. I dodged them and let out another growl. Haku came out the mirrors and held one senbon in hand. I growled and attacked him. We were now face to face. My kunai hit Haku in the arm and he hit me in my chest. He kicked me and sent a couple more needles which hit me.

I slid and Naruto caught me. I let out a few tears and I whimpered. It hurt so much. I buried my head in Naruto's chest as a few tears slipped. The needles hit every place which wasn't healed yet. It hurts so much.

"N-naruto it hurts" I cried.

"Kitsune...Please stay awake" Naruto said to me.

I whimpered as I felt my chakra level drop slowly. More tears escaped, I didn't want to die.I hated the thought of it. I didn't want to leave him alone. I promised him.. I guess I can't keep it.

"Nana remember our promise that we made as kids..." I asked him, looking up at him.

"Yeah, I could never forget." Naruto smiled.

"I, Kitsune Hatake promise to always to make Naruto laugh-" I began, feeling weaker.

"I, Naruto Uzumaki promise to always to make Kitsune smile-" Naruto continued.

"We will stay together until death do us part" we finished together.

I buried my head into Naruto's chest, while tears fell from my eyes. Naruto held me close to him. I took in his sent.

"Good bye Naruto...."

*Third Pov*

"Good bye Naruto..." Kitsune's final words.

Naruto held her close to his chest as he kept his tears from falling. He was going to stay strong, just like Kitsune would want him to be. Haku slowly making his way to his mirrors.

"Is this the first time you have seen a friend die in battle?" Haku asked, "this is part of what it means to be a ninja." Haku then slowly began to slid his way back into his mirrors.

"Shut up. I hated you too Sasuke...Kitsune you were the first person to ever care about me.." Naruto said holding Kitsune's body closer to him.

He looked down at the sight of his dead comrades. Anger soon began to erupt from him. Naruto gently placed Kitsune's body on the ground.

"You'll pay for this" Naruto growled

The air became tense as chakra started to erupt from Naruto. First a solid blue color before it turned orange. Haku watched in horror. The chakra then began to spin rapidly.
