Four Months Later

"What do you mean no!" I shouted

"No means no Kitsune, you're staying here while I go on my mission. I cannot allow you to get hurt" Kakashi replied.

"But daddy, I always have to stay here while you go out. Staying with Iruka is boring" I whined. Daddy sighed.

"Yes I understand you hate it when I leave Kitsune but I have to. It's my duty as a ninja of the hidden leaf"

"When can I go with you on a mission than"

"When you're older"

I pouted, crossing my arms over my chest and turning away from daddy. I heard a chuckle and soon enough I was lifted off the ground. I was turned around to meet daddy's smiling face. I stared at him and hugged him. Daddy hugged me back and I laid my head on his shoulder.

"I don't you to leave daddy, I'm going to miss you" I whimpered.

"Kitsune I'm going to miss you. But I promise you I will come back safe and sound" daddy said, kissing my forehead.

**Time Skip**

I sat looking out the window in Ojichan office. I just watched as all the kids played in the forest. I put my head on my balled fist and kept staring.

"I am bored!" I whined. Ojichan looked over at me and chuckled.

"I can see that. Why don't you go see if Iruka needs you for anything" Ojichan suggested. I shook my head.

"No, he always says that he doesn't need help" I replied.

"Well than Kitsune what would you like to do?"

"I don't know, but I want to do something"

I looked over at Ojichan then back at the window. I was quiet for a while until Ojichan voice ran through my ears.

"Alright Kitsune, I would like for you to do something for me" Ojichan said pulling out a scroll

"Yes Ojichan?" I answered, waling over to him.

"I would like for you to deliver this scroll to a nearby village"

My jaw dropped to the floor, "What really!?!"

"Yes, Kitsune it will get you out of your boredom don't you think. Now I you to keep this scroll safe at all times. It has important information that you must protect"

I nodded happily, and hug Ojichan, "Yes I promise not to let you down Ojichan. But how far is the village from here"

"I know you won't Kitsune"

"Bye Ojichan, be back in a few hours" I screamed, running out the village gates and into the forest.

I grinned and ninja jumps from tree to tree, speeding up a little so I could get to the village. I smiled and hummed a random song. I flipped down and walked along the dirt path that the trees bordered. I pulled out the scroll and looked at it outer cover. I titled my head wondering what was in the scroll.

But I promised Ojichan I wouldn't open it. I slipped back into my pouch and kept on walking. It was about mid-afternoon and I was bored. Really all I have done was walk. And this walk seems to be taking forever. I sighed and kept on the path of boredom.

"This is the worst mission ever!" I groaned. I pouted and jumped up into a nearby tree and sat there.

I blew my band and looked up at the clouds. I just stared as they changed shape when the wind blew past them. I giggled, and pulled my tail onto my lap and patted down the fur. I guess I wasn't paying attention cause five new voices filled my ears.

"Are you idiots sure the little girl went this way" asked a deep voice. I sat up lowering my chakra and peeking out through the leaves of the branch.

"Yes boss I saw walk down this way with the scroll" replied one of the ninja who had brown spiky hair and eyes.

The ninja he was talking to seemed to be the leader. The leader growled and send a kunai flying pass the other ninja's heads.

"This little information is not helpful idiots. That scroll is what we need and if you guys cannot find this girl I will kill you myself" he growled venom dripping from every word that pasted his lips.

The other four ninja wore fear on their faces. I was also very shocked, I looked out the corner of my eye at the scroll. 'What really does this scroll hold, and why do these ninja want it'' I looked back and watched them.

"Now get going and find her and if you must. Kill her" I gasped and stood up, I backed away and hit something. I looked up and saw the brown haired man, I went to run but he grabbed my arm.

"Let go of me" I screamed. The man just chuckled pulling me towards him holding me to his chest. I struggled and he jumped down from the tree.

"Boss look who I found spying on us" the man said. The boss ninja chuckled, taking in my appearance. I whimpered in fear, I didn't want this I want to be with my daddy.

"Well so you're our little spy" chuckled the boss walking over to me, and moving his hand under my chin to make me look at him. I narrowed my eyes, at him and just smirked.

"So boss what should we do with her" asked a ninja.

"First we get the scroll then we kill her" said the man. I growled at him and started to wiggles around more.

"You're not getting this scroll even if you kill me" I growled.

"Oh we will see little brat" replied the boss. I snarled and dug my nails into my holder's skin. He winced in pain and looked down at me. He threw me into a tree, and I got my breath knocked out of me.

"You little brat I am going to kill you" said the brown haired ninja. I slowly stood up, pull out a kunai. I attacked first, I threw the weapon before making a clone.

The clone and I nodded and began forming hand signs. "Fire style: twin phoenix dragon jutsu"

The clone and I blew two sources of fire at the ninja. They all dodged and jumped backed standing all in a circles around me. I growled pulling out a different kunai that I was given on my first few months here. Ojichan and daddy gave it to me since I was getting better in my training.

"Men you know your job. Grab the scroll and kill the girl" said the boss. They all nodded and attacked. I dodged and blocked using my kunai. I threw it up into the air and used hand to hand compact against the ninja.

With my small size and being part I move faster than normal. I jumped up kicking a man in the chin sending him flying, I then dodged and scissor cut a man making him fall over. I stood up about to pull out a kunai when I saw something wrap around my wrist. I struggled and to get it off, and then I screamed. It was a lightning chain.

The man holding the chain was the boss. I clawed at it only for me to scream louder. I was pulled towards the man and he grabbed my arm holding it tightly. I wiggled trying to break free. He tightened his hold on my arm, with a lot of force.

"Now child give us the scroll or else we will use force" commanded the boss. I growled and spat at his hand.

"I promised my Ojichan that I wouldn't lose this scroll and I am keeping that promise" I replied, trying to get away.

"Fine then brat, we will do it the hard way" smirked the man. With his grip on my arm, he lifted me up and threw me into a tree.

I gasped as my back hit the tree. I slid down the tree, panting and breathing heavy. I growled trying to get up but I was stuck to the tree with kunai knives stuck through my clothing through my clothes. I glared at the man as he got super close to me.

"Now brat give us the scroll or I will kill you here"

"How about you and your buddies go die in a hole" I spat. The man growled placing his hand on my neck and stared to squeeze.

I screamed and kicked at his grip. My screaming started to fade, and my vision started to blur. I needed to stay awake but I don't I could. Is this really going to be the end of me?

Third Person

Kitsune struggled and wiggled under the man's grip, as he tightened his hold. The brown haired ninja from before pushed his bosses arm away from the girl. Kitsune gasped for hair, panting.

"What the hell is wrong with you" screamed the boss

"Nothing is wrong with me. But the fact is that your damaging a child, are you even sure she has the damn scroll we need" replied the ninja. The boss, growled kicking the ninja sending him flying into a tree.

Kitsune gasped seeing blood come from his head. She wiggled around trying to break free but the boss had other plans.

"Now back to you child" he muttered. Kitsune whimpered in fear and screamed.

"Don't touch me!" with that the air around the area began to run cold. The ninja looked around in fear feeling the sudden change. They all looked towards little Kitsune who was crying in fear. Wind started to blow from all direction and it began to spin around young Kitsune.

The Boss told the ninja to attack but as soon as they attacked they got blown backwards. They gasped in shock as the wind turned blood red as it spun around Kitsune. Her ruby red eyes turned turns orange with black slits along.

The ninja stared at the child, as she fell to her feet and narrowed her eyes. The red chakra had just died down leaving Kitsune standing, but some of her features changed. Her nails grew sharper and her teeth began to grow into fangs.

"Men grab that child that's an order" commanded the boss. The ninja followed his order and attacked Kitsune.

She just stared at the ninja, her tail swaying back and forth slowly. Her eyes scanned the ninja and she marked her target, the boss man. Just as the ninja were in front of her, she moves swiftly. She dodged each ninja and went for the boss.

The boss threw a kunai at Kitsune and jumped back. Kitsune ducked, landing on all fours. She turned and growled narrowing her eyes. The three ninja stared at the girl in fear. The boss snarled and looked at the ninja.

"Don't just stand there idiots! Get her!" he commanded. The ninja all jumped up and attacked once again.

The all came at Kitsune with kunai, shurikens, and other weapons. Kitsune's eyes moved to the side as she watched the ninja moves. Her tail flicked and she attacked. She turned and let out at a roar. The blast hit the ninja back about twenty yards. They all groaned in pain, and one ninja looked up and saw something moving fast towards them.

That something was Kitsune. She ran on all fours switching sides as she ran to confuse the ninja and build up energy as she ran, her chakra raised even higher than before. She jumped up and formed hand signs.

"Fire style: great dragon fire jutsu" she screamed. She took a deep breath and blew out a giant stream of fire. And with that she added a bust of chakra to make the jutsu. The ninja all tried to get away but they were two slow.

The attack hit them, and killed them on spot, and with that the surrounding area got destroyed to. The boss stared at the young girl who was able to destroy his group of ninja. His blood ran cold, as he took off running. Kitsune saw and went to chase him, but the sound of someone moving filled her ears.

She slowly walked and saw the brown haired ninja from before. He was badly hurt and was losing blood. Kitsune slowly walked towards him and sat in front of him. That smell of blood brought back some memories. Kitsune looked at the man and raised one of her hands and placed it over his wound.

The ninja stared at Kitsune weirdly as she healed him. He just couldn't believe it. A small child was able to destroy half a forest with just her chakra. He stared at Kitsune as her sight was only focused on healing. Finally after being healed he slowly sat up, and Kitsune stared at him.

Her orange eyes stared at him, looking at what he was going to do next. But all he did was stare back at her. They just had a stare down, orange eyes staring into brown ones. They stare down lonely lasted a few minutes before the Kitsune's chakra wore down.

Her eyes, nails, and teeth all changed back to their normal state. Kitsune's eyes soon got heavy and she passed out due to chakra loss. The ninja stared at the girl's body in shock. So small but yet so strong. He took a deep breath before going a picking her up.

Then something fell from her back pocket. He looked down seeing it was the scroll with the boss wanted. He gently placed Kitsune on his back and picked up the scroll. He looked at it, taking in the details of the scroll. He then opened it to read this:

{Dear Ninja,

I am the third Hokage of Konoha. And it may seem that you have found my granddaughter Kitsune. Please bring her back to me safely. She is very dear to me so please do as I wish. Also before you leave I would like you to report what you saw about her when she was in battle. I am aware that you saw a hidden ability no ninja has seen before. So as I have send when you leave by the gates leave a picture and writing of what you saw.}

The ninja rolled up the scroll, and placed in his pouch. He then pulled out his own scroll and drew out what he had saw when he looked at Kitsune in the flames. It was hard to remember but he was able to draw a picture. Afterwards he placed the scroll back in the girls pocket and made his way back to the village.

Location: Konoha Gates

The brown haired ninja jumped through the trees while holding the Kitsune on his back. Her breathing was off but she was still alive. He jumped down from the trees until he made it to the gate of the village, to see the third hokage with a ninja with silver hair with him. The ninja walked towards them, nodded.

The ninja slowly takes Kitsune off his back and places the scroll onto her chest, and he hands her over to Kakashi. Kakashi looks down at his daughter to see small scratches and bruises here and there. The brown haired ninja bowed his head in respect to the hokage before vanishing to another location.

The Hokage looked over at his sleeping granddaughter and the scroll that lay on her chest. He gently took the scroll and opened it. He eyes narrowed as he looked at the scroll and Kitsune at the same time. He had a hunch but he thought it was true.

"Hmm as I was thinking" said the hokage, as he ran the scroll more clearly

"What were you thinking lord hokage" asked Kakashi, as he adjusted his hold on Kitsune.

"I sent Kitsune on this mission, to see if my guess was right. And it was, and from seeing this scroll I know it is true"

"Lord-sama what do you mean. Is it something bad about Kitsune?" Kakashi gave a worried look.

"Oh Kakashi but we must keep this only between you, the other Kages and myself. I do not want word getting around about this. The news could in danger Kitsune's life, along with Naruto's"

Kakashi nodded looking at Kitsune and then back at the hokage The Hokage took a deep breath and turned to face Kakashi, looking him straight in the eye.

"Kakashi there is a reason why Kitsune was never able to find her dad, and why she looks the way she does" the hokage began. Kakashi stares Kitsune then thought about it, until he gasped.

"Lord Hokage you're not saying" Kakashi said.

"Yes Kakashi, Kitsune is the Daughter of the Nine Tails"
