“Now where did daddy’s little princess hide this time” asked daddy. I giggled trying to get deeper in my hiding spot. I just knew daddy wasn’t going to find me.

I grinned when I saw his paws walk past my hiding spot, I moved a little closer and saw that daddy wasn’t there. I smiled, and started to come out of hiding spot. Suddenly something slipped under me and lifted me up off the ground.

I wiggled a bit until I saw orange fur, I turned my head and saw my daddy smiling a fox grin. I grinned then remembered that we were still playing hiding seek.

“No fair daddy, you tricked me” I pouted, as he sat me on the ground.

Daddy stared at me with a raised brow, “Really your blaming me for cheating when I didn’t tell you to come out, now did I”

“Umm, well no but-”

“Exactly so really I won the game”

I looked up and nodded sadly, I really wanted to win the game. But daddy won instead of me. I sighed, and laid on the ground while resting my head on my paws.

“I know but I really wanted to win this time. It’s not fair, you always win. I never have a chance at winning anything” I muttered under my breath.

“Oh my little princess, but you are a winner. You’re the best at me being my daughter, that’s was straight up win for you. Since you know I could never be my own daughter” Daddy chuckled.

My bushy tail began to wag happily with joy, as I jumped up onto my paws. I tackled my daddy knocking over so I was the one standing on his chest. I smiled and rubbed my head against his, he did the same in reply. I then looked daddy straight in the eye, grinning proudly.

“Watch daddy, I’m going to be the greatest fox in the history of ever” I exclaimed.

“Ah and I’m going to be there when that happens” Daddy replied, my smile never vanished.

I jumped down and ran off laughing. Daddy followed and ran after me, and through out that day daddy and I spent ever last moment together.

I slowly opened my eyes to be welcomed by a bright light. I winced and curled up closer to the thing next to me. That’s when memories of yesterday came back. I looked up at Kakashi, and he turned his sight down to me.

“Good morning Kitsune, how are you feeling” greeted Kakashi, I just nodded and turned my attention to the front.

“Kaka-chan are close to your village” I asked.

“Yup, it’s just up a head” he replied, I yawned.

After a few moments Kakashi, and I walked up to a giant wall that was paint with the same symbol that was on Kakashi’s head band. Once we went through the giant wall, we pasted by a square cave looking thing. I tilted my head looking at the strange cave.

“Hey Kakashi, what’s that square cave called” I question.

Kakashi raised an eye brow, “Square cave”

“The square cave over there” I pointed to what I was talking about.

“Oh you mean the main gate stop point”

“That’s what’s it’s called. It has a very weird name”

Kakashi chuckled, making me smile a little. He reminded me so much of my daddy. I know he looks nothing like my daddy but his actions are similar to my papa’s.

“Okay, Kitsune I need to stop at the Hokage Mansion to file in my report, and tell the Hokage that I found you” Kakashi explained as we walked deeper into the village.

“Umm, Kakashi what is a Hokage” I tilted my head looking at him.

“The Hokage is the leader of the village. He’s the one that runs and watches over the village to make sure it’s safe” Kakashi explained, I nodded taking in all the new information.

Soon we arrived at a very tall building, Kakashi and I entered the building and Kakashi carried me up a lot of stair. Once up all the stairs, Kakashi and I arrived at a door. I jumped out of his arms, and held his hand. Soon the other the other side of the door there was a voice. We entered, and I hid behind Kakashi’s leg trying to hide myself.

“Welcome back Kakashi” said a voice, “how did the mission go”

“The mission was a success Lord Hokage” replied Kakashi.

I pecked slowly from behind Kakashi, and looked at who he was talking to. The person was an old man who wore a white rope and hat. The man looked at Kakashi, and the down at me. I squeaked and hid again.

“Kakashi, might I ask who the little girl is” the old guy said. Kakashi look down at me, then at the man.

“This is Kitsune, I found her in the forest when I was on my way back to the village” Kakashi explained, I pecked out my head and stared at the Hokage.

“I see” the Hokage stood up from his seat and walked over to me. I looked at him, and he smiled.

His smile was very kind and welcoming, I grinned in reply. My tail wagged with joy, and excitement.

“Hi Mr. Hokage” I said softly.

“Hello, there Kitsune” the Hokage said back to me. He stared at me, probably taking in my looks. “Okay I have made my chose, Kakashi I want you to be the one to take care of Kitsune while she lives in the village. I also want you to train her, and teach her everything she needs to know”

Kakashi nodded in reply, “Sure thing Lord Hokage”

I grinned and I jumped up bear hugging the third Hokage. His chest vibrated as he chuckled, he placed his hand on my head and I looked up at him. I grinned more, finally I wasn’t alone and I could stay with Kakashi.

Later on Kakashi and I left the Hokage mansion. I grinned riding on Kakashi’s back as if he was a horse, and he didn’t seem to mind. I loved the village so far, I liked seeing all the stores, and people. That’s when my ears twitched, I looked over Kakashi’s shoulder and saw a huge crowd.

I jumped down and ran towards group of people. I pushed my way to the front to see a boy with blonde hair, sun kiss peach skin, and bright blue eyes. I looked and saw an angry shop keeper standing over the boy with a raised fist. I tightened my hand into a fist digging my small nails into my own skin.

I flashed in front of the boy taking the hit. Everyone gasped in shock at me, and the shop keeper just glared at me. I growled, narrowing my red eyes at the man.

“Get out of the way you brat! You shouldn’t be near this monster of a boy” exclaimed the shop keeper in my face. My lifted his hand to touch me when I snapped. I grabbed his fist, and dug my nails into skin. He winced, and my blonde bangs covered my eyes.

“What give you the right to touch other one of your kind, hmm? Or answer me this what is it about this boy that makes him a monster? All I see a kind hearted young boy who just wants to fit in, and then I see a fat ugly man who has no heart” I began.

“You little brat let go my hand before I hurt you” said the man, my grip suddenly tightened to the point that I could break the man’s wrist. I then looked him in the eye, then I kinda felt a sudden change in nature.

“You will not touch this boy unless you want to get into trouble with me” I growled, the man looked into my eyes and fear was written on his face.

“Alright, I’ll leave the boy alone! Just let go of me you monster!” exclaimed the man. I growled and threw him back into the crowd of people surrounding us.

I then turned my sight to the people around the boy and me. I growled, and they all ran off, along with the man. Suddenly I left the power leave me, I looked at the boy and he stared at me.

“Why did you do that to the man” asked the boy.

“He didn’t have a right to hit you when you didn’t do anything wrong” I said in reply. The boy looked at me closely before smiling.

“Are you new here, because I haven’t seen anyone like you before?”

“Oh yup I’m new, I’m Kitsune”

“Fox… I like it! My name is Naruto Uzumaki, and I am going to be the next Hokage!!”

I giggled at Naruto, as he gave me a pick thumbs up. I grinned, while my tail wagged with joy, and my ears shot up on my head. Naruto saw my ears and tail and gasped at the sight.

“Oh cool, you have fox ears, and a tail!!?! Wow Kitsune you are full of surprises” Naruto exclaimed, I laughed grinning more.

Naruto was the first person, who didn’t scream over my ears and tail. I smiled at least he found me to be normal. Just before Naruto talked even more a voice rang in my ears.

“Kitsune! Where are you!” exclaimed Kakashi’s voice

I turned and replied back, “Oh I’m coming Kaka-chan!”

I hugged Naruto before, running towards Kakashi. I told Naruto that I would see him tomorrow, and he was happy about that. I caught up with Kakashi, and he picked me up. I grinned wrapped my small arms around his neck as he walked. I enjoyed being in Kakashi’s arms, he was just like daddy but better.

“Hey Kakas-chan” I called. He looked down at me in his arms.

“Hmm”

“Umm is it okay, if I call you daddy” I asked happily.

Kakashi paused for a moment then looked me straight in the eye. “Kitsune, since you’re going to be living in the village… I will okay with you calling me your father”

“Thank you Kakashi Daddy!” I squealed, hugging Kakashi

Daddy chuckled, I could feel him smiling under his mask. I laid my head on his shoulder as we continued our way to his home.

“Okay Kitsune, first thing tomorrow we get you a new ninja outfit” Kakashi stated to me.

“Yay! I get to look like you” I shouted with joy.

Kakashi chuckled and followed behind me as we continued to walk to Kakashi’s home.

Kakashi pulled out his metal key and opened the door to his house. I stepped inside, and looked around. The home Kakashi has man things I have never heard of before. But overall the home was a nice size, for me and Kakashi.

“Alright Kitsune, follow me and I will show you to your room” Kakashi said talking down a small hall way.

I followed behind him, as he opened a door to somewhere new. Inside the new place was a bed with a red blanket over it, a brown wood dresser, a closet, and small table next to the bed. I looked up at Kakashi smiling.

“Wow, I like it” I said jumping to seat on the bed which was really fluffy.

“I’m glad you do” Kakashi replied.

I nodded, stood up on the bed. I jumped from the bed into Kakashi’s arm’s knocking off his feet to the floor. I sat on his chest staring him in the eye, then I looked over at his head band.

“Daddy why don’t you take off your head band” I asked. Kakashi looked at me and shook his head.

“I never take of my head band, unless I really need to. Other than that I will not take off my head band” I pouted, crossing my arms.

“Come on Daddy’s it’s not like I was going to tell anyone” I said. Kakashi sat up, while siting me on his lap.

“I know, but there is no way I am going to take it off” Kakashi explained, standing up leaving me pouting on the floor.

Kakashi chuckled walking towards another section of the house, I jumped up and followed him. Now this section has different machines that I never have seen before. I hopped onto the counter watching Kakashi look into one of the machines.

“Let’s see, Kitsune what would you like to eat” Kakashi asked.

“Rabbits” I answered.

“Rabbits? Hmm I don’t have any of those so why don’t I just make us some ramen” Kakashi said, I tilted my head at the word.

“Okay but what is ramen” I questioned.

“It’s a type of dish that is made with noodles and other things” Kakashi replied to me, as he pulled out two containers of ramen.

I watched as Kakashi flicked on a machine in which a blue fame came up. I jumped up and starting growling at the strange flame. Kakashi only laughed and placed a hand on my head causing me to relax on the spot. Soon enough Kakashi stopped the flame and then took a metal thing that poured out hot water.

He poured the water into the containers and closed them back up. Then a really good smell filled the air making my mouth water. I followed the smell to the ramen. I stared at the containers taking in the wonderful smell they gave off.

Kakashi lifted the containers and brought them to the table. I sat down in a chair, and Kakashi followed. We then began eating, well he did not me. I stared at the two sticks in the ramen wondering how you use them.

I saw Kakashi use them, and I tried to copy him but I failed. I growled and threw the sticks across the house. I heard a sigh and looked over at Kakashi. He motioned me to come over near him, I did as told and hopped over and sat on his lap.

Kakashi pulled my thing of ramen closer, and placed his sticks inside of it. He then pulled it out of the ramen and held it out for me to eat. I ate the ramen from the sticks and hummed at the taste. It tasted away better then rabbit, Kakashi then continued feeding me the ramen until it was gone.

Afterwards, I jumped out of Kakashi’s arm and headed to my room. I jumped onto my bed and yawned. Kakashi came in holding an oversized tee-shirt for me to wear. He helped me into it, since he knew I probably would have destroyed the room.

I looked up at Kakashi tired eyed, “Night Daddy”

I felt Kakashi kiss my fore head, “Good night Kitsune”

I finally heard my room door close, and I curled up under the blanket. I looked over through my window and saw a familiar sight. I wrapped the blanket around me as I walked over to the window. I opened the window and climbed up onto the roof of the apartment building.

I sighed and stared up at the stars and moon. I remember daddy and me always watching the moon and stars before I went to sleep. The moon brought back so many memories of daddy and me.

I felt small tears escape my eyes as I remembered daddy. I miss so much, and this is the first time we have ever been a part for this long. I wrapped the blanket closer to me and closed my eyes.

Soon enough I fell into the word of darkness.
