I feel my eyes widen as my cheeks get red. I don't know what to do. Rui stops kissing me. "Y/N.."
I look over Rui's shoulder and see Nene, Teary eyed. 😢.
"N-Nene!" I run over to her. "Nene please I-"
Nene slaps me and I fall down on the floor.
Rui rushes over to me and helps me up. "Nene, what the hell?!!" He yells
"Rui.. You've replaced me with this... Brat!" Nene cries, "I have every right to be angry right now!"
Rui growls, "Maybe you should accept the fact that the only thing we'll ever be is childhood best friends! Nene, us dating would ruin our friendship and ruin what we already have. I don't wanna lose you!! 😭"
Nene gasps "Rui..." A tear falls down her cheek "I never thought about it that way.." She look at me. "Y/N I'm-"
The bell rings.
Nene mutters "I'm sorry.." as I walk away.
I go to the wonder stage and everyone is already there and I hear Nene say... "I'm leaving the troupe."
Everyone including me gasps.
"NOOOO!!!" Emu screams "WHYY?!?!?!🥺🥺"
Nene cant help but let out a small smile 🙂 because of Emu.
"I just feel like I'm hurting people." Nene continues, looking at Rui and Me.
Emu tightly hugs Nene "You arennn't!! Right guys!??!?"
Nene's eyes widen and I can see her blush
"She isn't hurting anybody." Rui and I say simultaneously.
"I..." Nene says. "I'll think about it.." She walks off
Emu starts crying "NOOO!! NENE!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!"
My eyes grow wide. "Oh?"
"She's just saying that.." Tsukasa says, "It's just Emu being Emu"
Rui and I smirk.😏
"Wh-What?" Tsukasa says
"I think there's a chance Nene will stay." Rui says
All of us are there except Nene.
"What if she decided she doesn't wanna come back..?😖" Emu worries
"She will come back, don't worry." I tell her
Then we hear someone walkimg towards us. Nene!
"Hi guys.." She says.
"NENE!" Emu runs up and hugs her
Nene smiles. "I've decided I want to stay." She looks at Emu "Thanks to you"
Emu's face gets red "YAYYYY!!!!!!"
"Ohh😮." Tsukasa says "That's what you two meant"
Rui and I nod
"I'm glad, Nene" Rui says
Then we all get back to what we did before all this drama started.

The main character grows in power as the story plays out. My characters are written to my best ability, but you may find them immature. The MC has to adjust to fighting, and killing which he struggles with for a while. His partner is a magical salamander who is a friend and mentor. The world building, monsters, and descriptions are also low tier. (I am working hard to change that!) If you are okay reading something by someone who is just getting started then welcome! I am doing my best, and incrementally improving as I go.
