"hey mom, mom!" lisa greeted enthusiastically as she sees her mother from the other screen. her mother's lips stretched for a wide smile as she sees her energetic daughter. "hello, pranpriya!" her mom greeted back. lisa was about to protest about her name but she is too excited to tell the tea.
"how have you been?" finally.
"oh my gosh mom remember jennie?" lisa asks as her eyes lit up. just the mention of the girl from her lips makes her feel things.
"ah, the beautiful girl whom i thought was your girlfriend?" her mother asks as she raises her brows. "yes!"
"what about her?"
"mom she likes me too!" lisa says in thai and squeals. she hugged the pillow beside her and covered her face to scream. she hears her mom laughing. "oh, my lalisa is all grown up i see. i knew you liked her. the way you looked at her. ohh someone's in love~" her mother teases as lisa blushes madly. she thinks of something to retort but she can't think of anything.
"y-yeah." was all thing she could say.
"since when?" her mother asked. "yesterday." lisa's eyes were dreamy as she recalled the events from last night. the best night ever.
"we rode and went to the shore and we played like kids. and then at night she confessed. says she likes me. and i mean, who am i to resist her right? she's like the most adorable being in the world. and the way her eyes lit up when she sees the sun. ohh i would love to see the sunsets and her. two of the most beautiful things in the world."
once she finished, a blush crept across her face. "oh my gosh!"
"yep. definitely whipped." her mother teases but lisa just shook it off. a question popped in her mind.
"how do i make it official?" she asks and bit her lip. it was fast but she just wants to know, maybe plan it already.
"oh, honey." her mother sighs. "it doesn't have to be that romantic really. you can do it while on a date, just walking on the streets or when you cuddle. just hold her hand, look at her on the eyes and ask her. then, there it is."

lisa gave her mom a toothy grin. "thank you so much mom!"
"anything for my darling."
lisa screams again. "i just can't believe she really likes me. it's like winning the lottery. except it's not money you'll be receiving. but her. jennie." lisa giggles. "and i feel soooo lucky to have her."
lisa's mother loves to see her daughter like this; happy. her mother accepts her for who she is, as long as she is happy. and when she sees jennie, she'll thank her for giving lisa this extreme happiness.
"oops i'm sorry mom. i didn't let you talk. i was just too engrossed about talking about her. i just-i just can't help it." her mother beams and lisa mirrored the act.
"it's okay. i like seeing you like this. whipped. i can't wait to meet jennie."
and they talked for hours about anything that comes into their minds.
--
lisa came out from her room as soon as she finished video calling with her mother. a faint smell of food and sizzling was heard from the kitchen. lisa entered the kitchen to see jennie standing, cooking something. a smile formed on lisa's face.
jennie is cooking three different dishes for them to eat at supper. she is cooking gamjatang right now, lalisa's favorite.
she smiled as she felt long and slender hands wrapped around her waist, removing the exhaustion she feels. she ignored it, focusing on her cooking to finish it immediately.
"nini what are you cooking?" lisa asked with aegyo as she gave feather-like kisses on the brunette's neck.
"g-gamjatang," jennie stutters at the taller's act.
when lisa got a reaction, she smirked and gave more kisses to the brunette's neck as she entered her hand into jennie's shirt.
"lisa!" jennie squeals when she felt lisa's cold hands against her bare stomach.
"shhh, just cook nini don't mind me," lisa whispers and blows her breath against jennie's ear purposely. jennie shivers.
"yah! how can i cook properly if you are doing that. stop it!" jennie protests and lisa obliges after rubbing her fingers on her skin one last time. she pulls away and sets the table, jennie missing lisa's warmness immediately.
once jennie finished, she removes her apron and sets their meal.
"hmm. this looks so good," lisa says as she licks her lips excitedly. "you know what's better?" jennie smirks.

"jennie." she says and points at herself. lisa gulps.
"i'll eat you for desert." lisa winks.
they stayed silent for a couple of minutes to eat the food jennie prepared.
"hey jennie?" jennie hums in response.
"you know i know everything about you and chaeyoung right?" there was a small pause before lisa continued. "i actually never thought you'd like me back since you said you still love chaeng." lisa laughed but it added more awkwardness in the air.
"you really weren't kidding at that time weren't you?" jennie asks and lisa nodded hesitantly.
"but you have not heard the whole thing, am i right?" lisa nodded once again.
"do you still love me?" chaeyoung asks at the brunette in front of her. there was a long pause, the silence deafening their ears.
"i love you chaeyoung. i truly do." a tear ran down jennie's cheeks. "you are like the–the one that got away. we met, we loved, we broke each other. we did so much things that i won't forget. i don't think i can unlove you." she whispers the end but chaeyoung still managed to hear it.
"and then there is lisa." she exhales. "she came into my life like a robber, opening my door without consent. she made me do things and made my heart beat like crazy. she rummages my things, my feelings. she left a big impact on me."
"but the thing is, she never leaves. she stays by my side and tells me the truth instead, even though it hurts so much because i'd rather listen to the painful truth than listen to those comforting lies."
"and she stole my heart."
somehow jennie managed to form a small smile. "i love her."
"i love you i love you i love you!" jennie chants as she steals a kiss from lisa. jennie giggles and went back to her seat, feeding herself.
lisa was taken aback for a minute to even react. once she recovered, she shouted. "yah! you already stole my heart now you're stealing kisses from me?" lisa huffs playfully and pouts, making the brunette giggle even more.
"but hey, you did a wonderful revenge. you stole my heart too." jennie made heart arrows pointing directly at lisa. "that's it." lisa says before standing from her seat.
lisa held jennie's nape and attacked the brunette's lips. jennie on the other hand doesn't react, teasing the thai even more. lisa growled when she didn't get any reaction, thus making her more determined. she moves her lips against jennie roughly and pushes her hand onto jennie's back, making it arched.
the brunette gasped at the blonde's movement so lisa took the opportunity to enter her tongue. the brunette had no way to escape so she wrapped her arms around lisa's and kissed her back.
lisa pushed jennie against the wall, not breaking their kiss. jennie moaned in both pain and pleasure but it was muffled by their kiss.
"you did a great job stealing my heart." lisa growls. "and i'm giving you a reward."
lisa attacked jennie's neck and the latter responds by moaning, feeling the heat, mostly coming from her lower region. the blonde leaves prominent bruises. she gives wet kisses to her jaw, neck, and collarbones, and even marking them. indicating that jennie's her territory.
"o-ohh," jennie gasps when lisa found her sweet spot, licking and biting it. jennie closes her eyes feeling the pleasure lisa is giving her.
"f-fuck lisa the f-food," she says between moans.
"we'll just eat each other," lisa deadpans and carries jennie to her room in bridal style. jennie's eyes grew wide and she squeals. they're going to do it. they are going to do it. lisa and jennie. the both of them.
lisa threw jennie on the mattress, the latter not complaining. lisa smiled and the brunette mirrored the act. she bends on her knees on the mattress as she stared down at the beautiful brunette under her, their eyes both coated with passion and lust.
lisa traced her hands on the marks on the brunette's skin that she created. "it looks wonderful on you. just made by me."
"it's amazing," jennie whispers, her arousal waiting.
lisa bites her lip as she sees jennie's chest heaving up and down, hearing her faint pants makes her more turned on. her eyes became a shade darker.
"and you're mine," she growled before colliding their lips once more.

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14

Humanity's End
Given a year to prepare by the mysterious ‘system’ for contact with the wider galaxy, humanity must work to ensure the Earth’s defense is ready to meet any challenge. Sadly, most of the world seems dedicated to tearing itself apart as the year-end deadline gets closer. The west is in barely contained Chaos, while the east descends into internal conflict and war. The Pillar Forts, one of the few successful projects of the United Nations headed by the United States, stand ready to defend humanity against any invasion that may come through the strange Connection Pillars that appeared on each continent. Massive steel and stone walls that surround the Connection Pillars. They are filled with deadly men and women trained in all manner of warfare, each trained in the newly acquired System with skills and magical abilities that they put to deadly purpose. Beside these brave warriors, tanks, helicopters, artillery and more stand ready to defend humanity at each of these powerful installations. But, can they overcome the disparity in levels and experience between themselves and the forces that threaten them and the rest of humanity? Main Characters Jessica Brown- A young African American girl. Her 18th birthday in Detroit was the same day the systems message appeared. She discovered she was Level 7, much higher than most of the rest of the world. Why she is blessed, or cursed, with the power she doesn’t know. But what she does know is that she rather likes the feeling that comes with manipulating magic. The week after her birthday, government workers started testing every person in the US in a massive census effort of skills and abilities. Jessica Brown found herself conscripted into the US Magical Corp, a new branch of the US Military, and shipped off to a Pillar Fort. Somewhere hot and muggy in her ancestors’ home of Africa. As she grows stronger, she finds she has some connection to the pillars. While everyone else sees beauty or danger when they look at the pillars, after connection is made all Jessica can see is a Tree. A tree the size of the entire universe. Isaka Smith - is a third generation American and farmer who just wants to be left alone. But she is dragged into the situation by events beyond her control. When people in her small town had to deal with rioters and looters after the system announcement, she rallied them to defend themselves, earning her a trait that the government found extraordinarily useful. After a visit to a local reservation, she finds herself conscripted to lead one of the many small support towns erected around the great pillar forts. Not near her old home, but in far-flung Africa. John McIntire, the “Fighting Bull” -The commander of the African Fort, but because of circumstances beyond his ability to contend with shortly after taking command after being re-activated from retirement, he finds communication with his chain of command increasingly difficult. The US government, hell, even the United Nations, seems to have fallen into complete and utter chaos. The African Union is embroiled in a bitter civil war just outside his door, and supposedly, most of the world governments are in similar situations. Meanwhile, John must do his best to be ready to facilitate diplomacy, or to match the hostile argument of whatever force might come through the pillar of light when the year timer finishes counting down. Can our heros defend Earth from outside threats, while it tares itself apart? Or will they need to rebuild from the ground up? DEDICATION: This story is dedicated to my father who passed away recently. Jim Holloway, you’ll be missed you old silverback gorilla. Love you dad. Always have, always will.
