*Zayn POV*
I was completely zoned out during the drive around Tennessee. Everyone was having a laugh and talking to one another. I would check the rear view mirror every now and then. Camila and Harry would just be laying against each other's shoulders each time. While everyone was doing their own thing I was just thinking about everything Harry had told me back there.
I eventually pulled into the airport parking lot. I found a spot and we all got out of the car. I opened the trunk and everyone grabbed their luggage. Camila grabbed Harry's hand as we all started walking toward the terminals.
"You know. I'm really gonna miss all of you guys. Even though it's only been four weeks, I have gotten really close with you boys, especially Harry. We all have to skype and text every now and again or else I'll miss you guys too much." Camila said her little speech. A small tear slipped down her face in the midst of it all.
"Awe Cammy!" Niall shouted as they all dropped their luggage and came in and crushed her in a tight group hug. I just stood there because, I live here and will almost always be five minutes away from her.
We got to terminal one which was where we were going to say our good byes to the boys.
"Sorry if I get emotional. Zayn it was so nice to come and see you after a very long amount of time. Also Camila it was great to make a new friend like you. I will honestly miss you two a lot, god knows when the next time we visit will be. We all will miss you two." Louis finished off. That made me so sad because when I did get the chance to see them after a while, I blew it.

One by one, Camila gave each boy a long tight hug. Once she got to Harry, she squeezed him harder than any of the wrest. Harry leaned in for a kiss and the boys turned their heads, but I couldn't get my eyes off of them. My jealousy almost got the best of me.
Camila and Harry were still in a tight embrace as a few tears ran down their faces. I took that time to say my goodbyes. As I gave them all bro hugs, I said into their ears things along the lines of, "Sorry for ruining your stay, here.." They just shook their heads and smiled. I'm so blessed to have such amazing friends in my life.
Once Camila and Harry realized I was slowly walking toward them, they separated themselves from each other. I really didn't know what to say or do out of shame.
"Harry. After all the events that happened this month, I still think of you almost like a brother. You may not think that of me anymore and that is entirely my fault. You don't have to forgive me, but I'm sorry for being such a bad friend and ruining our friendship. I hope we can fix things. I'm sorry Harry. So sorry." I finished off my mini speech. He stared at me with a blank expression, but slightly tear stained face from his chat with Camila.
I warily stuck my arms out to give him a hug. He hesitated at first, but gave me an awkward one. While this was happening he whispered "I'll think about it." Even that little bit made me smile because him thinking about it is everything. It means he might possibly forgive me.

The Gray God
This is the sequel to The Gray Mage, however, reading it is not required to understand this story. Three centuries after the god Rynovar claimed Earth as his own domain, ending the Fourth Age of Magic, he ruled the world from a floating continent. Deciding to allow humans a chance at having a wished granted or a question answered, Rynovar created a quest fifty years into his reign. Upon completing the quest, those who undertook it would be granted an audience with him and permission to make a single request or ask a single question. However, two and a half centuries after he issued the quest, none had succeeded and the quest was believed impossible, several stages of it having never before been completed. When nineteen-year-old Cyrus met Lyda at a restaurant, he broke the norm of his life cleaning up his brothers' messes and keeping them behaving to avoid causing issues for the public. Upon hearing her desire to earn enough money to attempt Rynovar's quest, Cyrus chose to help her complete what was believed to be one of the quests' impossible stages, revealing that he himself had a question for the god he wanted answered...

NOVA INTERIT.US
It's 2063, and the town along with much of the nation are in disarray. The decay started years before the Great Event. Our town still had hope thanks to the five families, who'd created a blockchain based water distribution system for the locals, a valuable secret hidden from the Global Water Commission and their network of mercenaries. Earlier in the mid-2040's, right after the state secessions of Idaho, Montana, and Texas, the Global Council of Water Commissioners made their deals and moved into towns throughout the country. They called it "the integration." The Commission and their contractors integrated with municipal water departments, using their organized network to invade like parasites on local services. It all coincided with the 29th Amendment to the United States Constitution, later referred to as the Regional Trident Plan. Nova is a story about survival, power structures, the turning of relationships, and the networking between people and the systems to which they belong. It’s about A.I. blockchain possibility, and its potential for human betterment versus our detriment. It’s about the question of whether or not we need to be saved from ourselves, and by who or what? The Great Event at the end of the first chapter might just be what actually saves us. The epilogue will take place in 2517. This scene is fully sketched and the full arc of the novel is set. I expect to finish Nova Interitus by summer of 2023. This is realist hard-sci-fi dystopian fiction. I hope you find Nova to be a challenging and consuming story. This is not something I planned to write. It all came to me in a dream and I haven't been able to stop writing it. This Royal Road posting is basically a beta test with chapters and drafts to get some feedback and see if there's any readership for this narrative. For the full experience read Nova on Substack. I will be narrating a podcast version later this year there. https://novainteritus.substack.com/

War Orphan
As the war ended between the Alexas and the Ylios empires, poverty reigned inside both their lands, and once prideful nobels now scrourge the street desperately killing for bread alongside the peasants they once ruled. Darkness fills the hearts of the worn out soldiers, as well as the dirt poor peasants, seeing no hope to their children's survival. Follow the most unfortunate of the lot. The war orphans. Those who have lost everything but still manage to, somehow, survive...I would really appreciate feedback as this is my first fiction, and thanks.(I do not own the picture)

Aspects of Nature
There was a time that I was just another ordinary guy living an ordinary life but that all changed the day that I threw myself in front of an oncoming car to save another pedestrian. But to my surprise that wasn't the end. Instead I was given an opportunity to carve out a new life for myself and others on a new world populated by creatures both wonderful and horrifying in a new non-human body. And that wasn't all in this new world I had found myself in people could get stronger by means of interacting with a strange System that had some similarities with the games that I used to play back on Earth and I had to make use of this to survive and create a place where other members of my new species could settle when they arrived. This story uses a System similar to the ones in such stories as 'The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound' and 'The New World' with a few twists of my own added in.
