《The Triplets' Guides (Reader Insert Version)》Mabel's Guide to Stickers
Advertisement
Mabel was sitting in a chair in the triplets' bedroom, where Dipper was reading a book in his bed, and (y/n) was creating an invention on the floor.
The only thing that was completely out of the ordinary was the fact that Mabel's hair was shaped like some sort of bird, with several clothes hangers stuck inside it.
"And that concludes Mabel's guide to hair-topiary!" she said cheerfully to the camera, as she snapped the scissors open and shut in her hand.
Dipper and (y/n) both looked up from what they were doing.
"What is it?" said Dipper, a look of skepticism passing over his face.
"It's an ostridge" Mabel replied. "It's clearly an ostridge."
She reached upward towards the hair ostridge's mouth, and pulled it forward to make it look like it was opening its beak.
"Caw Caw!"
(y/n) sighed, got up from the floor, and started to make her way out the door.
"I'll go get the razor."
"Today, Mabel's guide to...stickers!"
Mabel was back in the attic, Dipper had gone back to reading, and (y/n) was nowhere in sight, but this time Mabel's hair was back to normal, and she was holding a brown book in her hands.
"Throughout history, stickers have been the great backbone of civilization" she said to the camera.
"No they haven't" said Dipper in the background, not putting down his own book.
Mabel ignored him, and opened her own book to show to the camera.
"The ancient Greeks used leeches for stickers!" she said, showing the picture of a Greek man covered in leeches. "The more leeches you had, the cooler you were!"
"Nope! Not true!" said Dipper, as his sister flipped through the book once again.
She held up a page with a picture of an Aztec warrior to the camera.

"The ancient Aztec's chest skull was the modern equivalent to today's...orange you happy, mon?"
Mabel held up a sticker of a Jamaican orange with sunglasses and dreadlocks.
Dipper finally put down his book and looked at his sister.
"Yes, Aztec war paint was exactly like a rasta orange" he said sarcastically. "Mabel, have you ever read a history book?"
Mabel suddenly pointed to Dipper, and yelled:
"Edit it out!"
To the camera, Dipper suddenly disappeared from view.
Mabel then grinned, and snapped several times.
"Edit! Edit! Edit!"
Each time she did so, more stickers were added to her face, until she finally looked back at the camera.
"Cut away!"
Mabel was now holding up a book that was labelled "Sticktionary" to the camera.
"Let's take a look at my personal Sticktionary!" she said, as she opened the book, displaying the stickers proudly for the camera to see.
"Stickers fall into several distinct categories" she said, pointing to the first page of stickers. "Puffy stickers"
Soos's hand brushed over the stickers.
"So soft!"
Mabel flipped to the next page.
"Googly eye stickers."
She shook the book, making the googly eyes all move around as well.
"Aaahhh!" Soos screamed. "It's like they're watching me!"
Mabel continued to flip through the pages.
"Bumper stickers, scratch and sniff, sniff and touch, listen and taste, and price stickers!"
She finally stopped on the page where there were several price stickers stuck to the paper.
"You can get these ones free at the store!"
Dipper looked at her questioningly.
"Don't they need those?"
At the store, Mabel was just walking down the TV aisle, peeling off all the stickers, and sticking them to herself.
"Stickers! Stickers! Stickers!"
When she was gone, an overly excited man ran up to one of the TVs, and grabbed it off the shelf.

"Free TVs, everybody!"
The entire store was sent into a panic as everybody rushed to grab a free TV.
(y/n) shrugged at her brother carelessly.
"Eh, I would have taken the TV for free anyway" she said.
Mabel shook her head.
"Listen, Dipper, you shouldn't doubt my authority" she said. "In the sticker world, I'm the girl who can get you things."
Stan and Mabel were now both in the Mystery Shack gift shop. Stan was standing behind the counter, and Mabel was sucking a popsicle in front of the counter.
Stan was talking to his niece.
"I need a sticker that will, you know, get the cops off my back" he was saying.
Mabel didn't even look at him, just held up a large yellow sticker the shape of a baby that said "Baby on Board."
Stan grinned, and started to reach toward it, but Mabel pulled it away at the last second.
"Ah ah" she said. "My price."
Stan sighed, before reaching underneath the counter, and taking out a huge container of Industrial Sprinkles, which specifically said were not for individual consumption.
Mabel grinned widely.
"I'm gonna get so sick!"
Mabel was now back in the triplets' bedroom, eating the Industrial Sprinkles on the floor, while Dipper was reading his book on the bed next to her.
She scooped a handful of sprinkles from the giant can, and shoved it into her mouth and started to chew.
Dipper looked at his sister with a concerned face.
"Mabel, don't you think those are hazardous to your health?"
Mabel only snapped her fingers at him.
"Edit" she said, and in the camera's view, Dipper disappeared.
She then snapped several more times.
"Edit! Edit! Edit!"
A pair of sunglasses appeared over her eyes, as well as a stereo on the bed where Dipper had once been, and even Soos, who was holding a tray with a burger and a glass of coke.
"What?" he said, looking around in a confused manner. "How did I get here?"
"Thanks for watching Mabel's guide to stickers" said Mabel. "And now a riddle: what kind of sticker can save your life?"
Mabel was now standing on her feet, wearing a yellow sweater jacket.
"(y/n), if you please."
Holding the plasma blaster, (y/n) looked at her sister with an uneasy look.
"Mabel, are you sure you want me to do this..."
"I can always edit you out and replace you with Waddles" Mabel replied.
(y/n) looked at her sister with a concerned expression.
"Ok, but I hold myself as personally not responsible for any injuries you may obtain."
Reluctantly, she pulled the trigger, and a beam of energy was blasted out of the ray, nailing Mabel in the stomach so hard that she was knocked backward onto the ground.
There was a black smoking hole on her yellow sweater
But she recovered quickly, and sat up, opening her sweater to reveal the black smoking puffy stickers stuck to her shirt.
"Puffy stickers!" she said cheerfully, laughing before looking down again. "Still really hurt, though."

Molting the Mortal Coil
Reincarnated as a child in a new world a mild mannered programmer, named Sage, finds himself struggling to survive. The road to immortality is paved with danger, treasure, and conflict. This mystical eastern world is filled with Demonic Beasts, Treacherous Cultivators, and Extraordinary Legacies. Follow Sage on his journey to adapt to this new world, and find out if he can overcome the limitations of body, mind, and soul. Will he rise to the occasion and become a hero? Or maybe he'll turn to the dark side and end up a villain? Molting the Mortal Coil is more of a slower paced journey. It's not about endless battles and conquering the next bad guy who spits on the main characters shoes or sends him a funny look. There's also not a treadmill of tournaments or love interests. It's more of a slower burn with lots of, and hopefully not too much, world building. It's still supposed to be stuffed with action, but that won't pick up for a while since we start with a weakling. The first 30 chapters have a lot of time-skipping, but stay with me it gets better. I plan to re-write and add more to the first 30 in the future, but if you can push through I feel it gets much more fun after! Updates will be weekly.
