I hope that this guide has helped! Keep everything I rambled about in mind- I probably share the same opinions with many other people. Especially the part about covers.
Anyways, you're probably wondering Why is she talking about books that she's written when this is the only book she's published? Well, I'm working on two Warriors fan-fictions right now. When I'm finished with one, I'll post it chapter by chapter.
Keep tabs on me so you can read my fan-fictions, and don't forget to vote and comment! Let me know of any mistakes and things I should add, too.

Ember follows the traumatized MountainClan warrior names Emberstorm. Her Clan is vastly overpopulated, which results in a lot of internal fighting and violence between clanmates. The leader makes a big mistake that results in the Clan breaking up into three different warring factions.
Emberstorm's past is slowly being revealed throughout the story, and there are more revelations to come.
The book is going to be 31 chapters long, and the latest chapters are 3,000+ words. My goal is 320 pages. Please take a look, and see if it looks like a good fit for you!
I am also working on a secret book that will be a short novel, or novella. It'll be around 150 - 200 pages long with only 20-something chapters that will be around 2,000 words.

Rejoice Humanity! You have been invited to join the Galactic Hegemon. It is time for our Centenary Caste Competition. The best 1% of humanity will be given a 1 cycle tutorial before the 5 cycle contest. Be brave, be bold, but most of all, be strong and earn your place and privileges. Burning red letters hung large in the vision of everyone on earth that knew a written language. At the same moment that smartest, fastest, and strongest people on the planet disappeared with nothing to mark their passing. After a cycle of training and growth they would compete to earn their place in their suddenly expanded galaxy. This is not their story. Joe did his best to take care of his parents house and stay healthy. He was the only one of the four family members not chosen. The societal upheaval made by the announcement made the inflation and purges of the 20's seem pleasant by comparison but he keeps his head down and survives. Once the next message arrives 11 months later about the contest starting, even that society broke down into city states around large population centers. Joe tightened his belt and looked forward to the day that his family returned. Two years later burning red letters once again filled his vision. Humanity, the last of your competitors have been eliminated. Your determined caste level is 13 of 13. As such your planet has been claimed and will be repurposed for ideal resource production. Rifts will be seeded across the planet to increase resources and mana density. Your orbit will be corrected to ideal Hegemon standard. Do not interfere with any Hegemon activity, as the bottom caste you have no rights. Rejoice that all castes receive at least the basic Hegemon Growth System. Better luck next century. Joe didn't comprehend any of it. His family was dead. Everything he cared about was gone.

How to Raise Your Dungeon
A dungeon core awakens for the first time. It knows nothing, it has nothing, but it can hear something. Voices, whispering, talking, and sharing. For now, they are distant. But it believes, if it proves itself, they may provide it with wisdom and direction. And so its slow but steady growth begins. Polls will come when the dungeon specifically wants to choose between a number of options, and believes it will receive an answer. However, it will "hear" any comments made on the most recent chapter, and these will shape its behaviour. It trusts you implicitely. This story is an exercise in stretching my creative muscles, so with each decision made, the options and opportunities open to the dungeon will change- some closing off forever. The dungeon will face threats periodically, and its fate in these encounters will be heavily influenced by your advice, though it will of course do its absolute best even without advice. It hardly wants to die. Heavily inspired by There Is No Epic Loot Here, Only Puns, though my approach to the concept is somewhat different from that work.
