Janet and I were sitting in our living room doing each others toes.

Liam and Joel were watching Two and A half Men.

There was a knock on the door as the commercials started to play.

“I’ll get it,” Joel said getting up.

“Hey man,” we heard him say.

We all looked up as the person walked in.

“What are you doing here?” I asked standing up.

“Congrats,” Jake said handing me a jersey.

“What?” I asked grinning.

“You’re welcome,” he said.

“You did this?” I asked.

He nodded his head.

“I could almost hug you,”

“I wouldn’t mind that,” he said stepping closer to me.

“Tough,” I said turning away from him and showing my sister my jersey.

Jake hugged me from behind and held me tight.

I made a disgusted face as my sister laughed at me.

Jake lifted me up then let me go.

I fell to my feet and quickly moved away from him.

“Well, thanks again and bye,”

“Not so fast. There is a party tonight at my dorm, all teammates and cheerleaders invited,” he said winking at Janet.

“Were in,” Liam said.

“Same here,” Janet said looking at me.

“Fine,” I said.

“See you there,” Jake said walking out.

“We should go get ready,” Janet said. “I have the perfect dress for you to wear. Can I do your make up?”

“No and no,”

“Come on. The dress at least! Please,” she said with the puppy dog eyes.

“Fine,” I sighed.

“Awesome,” she said.

“Whatever. Why do we need to get ready it’s only five,”

“I take forever,” Janet said.

“True,” I said.

“Coming?”

“Whatever,” I muttered.

I wasn’t looking forward to this.
