《Kisame's Sister: Hoshigaki Kasumi》Chapter 9

As I started to walk away, suddenly I heard someone yell my name.
I turned around and I saw Naruto running towards my way with Kakashi, Sasuke and the pink haired girl, whose name I belive is Sakura, walking behind him.
When Kakashi got here I finally spoke up. "What do you need?"
"We have a offer." He replied.
"What kind of offer is it?" I asked, tilting my head to the side. It's a little habit of mine.
"I've heard your reason from Naruto and Sasuke why you ran away and I was thinking about if you want to come back with us to the Hidden Leaf." He says scratching the back of his head. He seems nervous.
"Do you really mean it?" I asked just to make sure.
"Of course we mean it!" Naruto yelled. "You ran away because you've had enough of all that missions they forced you to do. You just wanted to find a new place to live in peace."
I looked at the other two for confirmation and Sakura smiled, while Sasuke smirked at me.
"Then I'll go. I wanted to talk to the Hokage about something, so I don't mind."
We then went to Tazuna's house, and everyday, we had to go to the bridge with him. I didn't really like that place and the others noticed it. That is the place where the two most precious to me died.
--------------------------------------
We are now at the bridge. It's finally finished and we are now saying our goodbye to each other. Or more like, Naruto and Inari cries while talking about how they will meet again and stuffs like that.
After a while we started our way to Konoha.
We walked. And walked. And walked.
'I am so bored! Why can't we just run?'

"Kakashi?" I called out. "Why are we walking?"
"To get back to the village."
"It's not that. I mean why aren't we running? We could get back way faster!"
"They are only rockies and this was their first mission, that is out of the village." He said.
"So that means if we run they could get used to it."
"You don't understand."
"Why? When on a mission they have to run to reach their destination, they can't just walk without a care in the world." He rolled his eyes.
"If they get tired we have to take a break."
"Then after we get to the village you should train their stamina. The exams are coming up. If I remember correctly, they are held in a few months."
"How do you know about that?" He asked. Is he suspicious of me? Why? Oh...
"Calm down, Kakashi. I've never done any missions that are even close to your village. I know it because they always held them at this time, but the Mizukage would never let me. He always sent me to missions. There were more of them because they sent most of the Genins there. So I had to do double as much work at those time. I hated it."
"How do I know your not lying?" He raised his visible eyebrow.
"When we are in the Hokage's office, you can ask a Yamanaka or someone else to go through my mind. I want them to see what happened to me. I want them to trust me." I said, looking down to the ground. "I want them to know, they can rely on me. I want my comrades to know I will be there to help them and they can always come to me if there is something problem."
"I just want friends..."

Godslayers
In the ancient, brutal days, the Eifni Organization reached heaven through violence and tore the gods from their thrones. Now their methods are more precise. Etheric technology allows them to measure love, create beauty, and reincarnate the souls of the dead into new bodies. By embedding specially-trained operatives—godslayers—into a culture, they can create the exact conditions to kill a god and save the souls it would otherwise devour. Lilith was a run-of-the-mill college atheist until a divine being took a bite out of her soul. Rescued by the Eifni Organization, she signed on as a godslayer. Now, after years of training, she's deploying on her first real mission to a planet called Theria. Objective: perform reconnaissance on the local pantheon and clear out as many of the gods as they can before the strike team arrives. There's just one problem: the Therians seem to know they're coming. Godslayers is a story about intrigue, meaning, and people being too clever for their own good. Updates Tuesdays and Fridays.

Rogue Dungeon: A LitRPG Adventure
From James A. Hunter, author of Viridian Gate Online and War God's Mantle! Check out my first attempt at a Dungeon litRPG Novel! Roark von Graf—hedge mage and lesser noble of Traisbin—is one of only a handful of Freedom fighters left, and he knows the Resistance’s days are numbered. Unless they do something drastic … But when a daring plan to unseat the Tyrant King goes awry, Roark finds himself on the run through an interdimensional portal, which strands him in a very unexpected location: an ultra-immersive, fantasy video game called Hearthworld. He can’t log out, his magic is on the fritz, and worst of all, he’s not even human. Now, he’s a low-class, run-of-the-mil Dungeon monster. Some disgusting, blue-skinned creature called a Troll. At least there’s one small silver lining—Roark managed the grab a powerful magic artifact on his way through the portal, and with it he might just be able to save the world after all. Unless, of course, the Tyrant King gets to him first …Hey everyone, so as most of you know, I write books for a living, and I just put this title up on Amazon (and enrolled it in KU). Because KU requires exclusivity as part of their terms of service, I have had to pull the majority of the content from this site. I left the full novel up for as long as possible, so I hope everyone got a chance to read it. If you haven't had a chance to read it in its entirety (sorry!) you can pick it up on Amazon. Thanks again for coming on this journey with me, and I so hope you enjoyed it. The book will be out on Tuesday July 24th. Best, James Hunter
