《Kisame's Sister: Hoshigaki Kasumi》Chapter 5

Kakashi just told us that he thinks Zabuza is still alive and we stand there shocked. He says his reasons why he believes that and he is right.
Suddenly I remember something.
"Kakashi-sensei, who was that other person? From her voice she can't be older than us." I ask
"Yeah! You didn't let Sasuke-kun fight her, so she should be pretty strong. But she can't be stronger than Sasuke-kun." Sakura says, muttering the last part while fan-girling
Kakashi let out a sigh before starts to explain. "Her name is Hoshigaki Kasumi, a Rogue Nin from the Hidden Mist Village. She ran away as a Genin but already was stronger than a Jonin or even a AMBU. They say she is a natural prodigy who has can use three Chakra natures. She can use Wind and Earth but her main nature is Water. The Mizukage never promoted her to be a Chunin or higher, but people say she did all S, A and B-Ranked missions, and after she was done she could rest and have some day off. She had never done any C or D-Ranks and she graduated from the Ninja Academy early as well." We three was shocked. We couldn't win against her even if we would work together as a team. Kakashi also said she is at the same level as HE is.
"Then why did she went to Zabuza if she's that strong?" This time Naruto spoke up
"We don't know but she probably went there to train in Kenjutsu. She didn't need to train Nin, Tai or Genjutsu. She should teach Zabuza in those three."
"How does she looks like?" I ask, wanting to know more.
"She has blueish skin black hair and eyes. She's short compared to the others in her age but she is higher than Naruto. She also has three sets of curved facial marks under her eyes." He says and I nod

"We know who you are. Why would someone, like you, help us?" I asked. 'She probably wants to see how strong we are, and then kill us.'
"You are a Rogue Ninja after all. You ran away from your village and abandoned your comrades." Naruto said this time, looking at her, with a serious look on his face. "If you break the rules you are considered as scum, that's true, but... if you abandon your comrades, you're worse than scum! That's what Kakashi-sensei told us."
She looked down, her hair casting shadows over her eyes as she clenched her hand into a fist.
She mumbled something, what we couldn't hear, and because of that the blonde idiot asked her to say it again.

"You know nothing..." I mumbled and it seems like they didn't hear, as the blond asked what i was saying.
"You know nothing!" I yelled looking at him in the eyes with a angered look.
He seemed shocked at my tone and jumped a bit.
"You know nothing about me or what did I do in my life! You act like you know me, but in reality, you know nothing!" I snapped. I was mad. I let out a part of my emotions that I was hiding in the past two years.
"You don't know why did I ran, how did I end up with Zabuza, why did I kill people or what the village, i hate most, did to me while I was there..." I continued, ending in a whisper.
"Then tell me." The blond kid said, staring at the ground, before he looked up to meet my gaze. "Then tell me why did you do all of that! Why did you run from your village and why did you kill all of that people! Why did you decided to go with Zabuza, even tough you were extremely strong!" He said as I let out a breath, that I didn't know I was holding until now.

"It's a long story-" I started, but before I could say more, the Uchiha cut me off.
"We have time." He said with a smirk.
"You didn't even let me finish..." I muttered under my breath and continued, sitting down on the ground "Fine, let's start." The two sat down as well and stared at me, waiting for me to start.

Wildcards: The Dread Captain
At the District One Invitational, a rookie eSports team defied all odds and reached the finals. Their underdog story and humble beginnings elevated them to worldwide acclaim. Media corporations dubbed them, The Paragons. With their main competition eliminated from the tournament during the semifinals, the rookie team sailed through the live finals and won by a landslide. Their prize was to become the first ever players in the most exclusive VR game yet, Abidden. The Paragons never celebrated that semi-final victory. They lost a friend in that match, who never appeared online again. Ten years later, the gaming landscape has changed and Abidden with it. Helena is the last remaining Paragon. Her team now consists of celebrities, influencers and musicians. Abidden has been reduced to a shadow of its former glory, but is the most streamed and viewed game in the world, despite having only a handful of players. None of this matters to James Sylvester. Finally out of hospital, things aren't good for James. He's found himself crippled with medical debt, his gaming licence has been revoked and he's permanently lost his place in society. He now spends his days competing in illegal slum arcades to manage the repayments. When a high-profile job comes along, James gets temporary backdoor access to his blacklisted gaming account. After reactivating it for the first time in ten years, James receives an invitation that could change his life forever. This is a LitRPG story of my own creation that shares that name.

Clay is one of the world's top players of 4X games, a genre where the goal is to eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate. He's also one of the only players in the world to so stubbornly stick to the one city strategy, a favorite tactic of his that involves only ever using a single city or planet depending on the game's setting. All that matters to him is winning with his favorite strategy, but earning the respect of his fellow players for taking a sub-optimal strategy to its highest level has always been a nice bonus. And now it is because of his skill and entertaining determination that he has been chosen to represent a higher realm in a strategy game where the fate of Earth and dozens of other worlds are at stake. To the victor goes the spoils, and the spoils include entire worlds and billions of lives. That's how he ends up representing the ascended realm of Hell in a grand "game" between an entire pantheon of godly beings and other higher powers. But while it may just be a game to those overseeing it, it is a genuine war for survival to those participating in it where billions of real lives will go to the victor of whoever wins, and many will die before the game is over. Quick Author's Notes: System inspired by Civilization, Endless Legend, Stellaris, and Crusader Kings 2. Combat mechanics inspired by the Total War series. Slow-paced with many long-term plans. Protagonist has a personality heavily inspired by Ron Swanson. Know who that is and love him? You should like Clay. Know who Ron Swanson is and hate him? You'll probably hate Clay. Planning on writing every single day (turn). Days with important things happening will have the system/game mechanics be the priority of the chapter. Days where there isn't really anything important happening will be more slice-of-life and focused on character interactions. Designed a dice-based randomized map generator to create the world as the story goes on, so I don't even know myself exactly what's going to happen as a lot is dependent on world generation. Tech tree with hundreds of technologies already designed. There is a "harem," but it's not the main focus, the girls won't be cardboard cutouts, and I'm not going to completely forget about any previous women in the relationship whenever a new one comes along. One last thing. The "game" starts off with primitive technology level. The current plan is for the "endgame" tech level to be equivilent to WW2-era technology. After that and war just gets boring until you end up in space. Cover is temporary and made from royalty-free stock images while waiting for the real cover's commission to finish.
