Kasumi is a relatively short girl compared to the others in her age with black hair. She has pale, blueish skin and black eyes, 3 sets of curved facial markings under her eyes, and sharp triangular teeth like her brother.

She wears a pair of black shorts with her pouch on her right thigh, tied onto her shorts, attached with bandages, and a pair of black regular ninja sandals with bandages on the both of her legs, that are from her knees to her ankles to cover the wounds she has got from training. On the top she wears a black crop top above a short sleeved fishnet shirt. She has bandages on both of her forearms as well.

Calm and hard to anger her, but when someone's trying to hurt her friends and loved ones, she can get really mad. She doesn't really like to show her emotions to those who she doesn't know, and 'cause of this, most of the times, people see this as if she is sad. She doesn't fear to die, or kill if she has to.

Kisame Hoshigaki (brother)

Kasumi is a natural prodigy and graduated early from the Academy. When her brother, Kisame Hoshigaki, left her and the village to join to a origanization of S-Ranked criminals, called 'Akatsuki', she went rogue to find a new place to live.
