His ship came sailing in. Anthea sent a nervous look to her uncle, but he gave her a reassuring smile.
'It'll be fine,' he mouthed. She nodded and turned her attention to the ship again.
Cersei and Jamie stood next to her. Behind her were Cabe and Killian and a few handmaiden. She could almost feel Cersei's anger radiating off her.
She knew it was wise not to talk to her. Cersei was not happy with the decision of marrying Petyr Baelish. Neither was she, but some things had to happen.
Lord Baelish got off his ship as soon as it had arrived in Kingslanding.
Anthea felt sick. This man was a twisted guy. He pulled each and every string and now she was about to give him the Iron Throne. She knew he didn't like her at all. Not in a romantic way at least. Thank the gods he didn't. He just wanted the throne and that's why he'd come all the way to Kingslanding again. The place he had left for years and no one had ever known why.
He walked up to them, smirked and bowed.
'My queen, what an honour meeting you,' he said. He gently took her hand and kissed it.
Anthea returned his grin with a fake smile. 'Thank you, my lord. Would you be so kind to walk with me? I believe we have a lot of things to discuss.'
He slightly raised his brows and nodded. 'Well, of course, my queen.' He offered her his arm.
Jamie had to place his hand on Cersei's arm to prevent her from attacking lord Baelish.
Petyr noticed her reaction and smirked. 'It's lovely to see you again, lady Lannister.'
'I can't say the same about you,' Cersei hissed in response. 'Just go,' she commanded.

Anthea swallowed and Baelish carefully dragged her away from the group.
Once they were out of sight, Petyr started talking.
'It's been a long time since I've been here for the last time. Not much has changed to be honest.'
The queen smiled politely even though she got the creeps of this man.
'It must be hard for you, ruling this place all on your own. You are still so young.' Anthea shrugged and shook her head. 'It is what is is,' she replied. 'I do what must be done. Besides, my mother is a great support.'
'Is she? That's sweet.'
Two seconds in and he was already trying to stand above her. Anthea was not going to let that happen.
'You left Kingslanding a long time ago, my lord. Why did you?'
He sighed. 'Well, my lady, as a matter of fact, I didn't exactly want to leave this place. I left the day your brother was murdered. Your mother assumed it were the Tyrell's that poisoned king Joffrey and that is true, but they weren't the only murderers.'
Anthea frowned again. 'What do you mean, my lord?'
He leaned in a bit closer. 'Let's just say that it is a good thing you're not joining the Starks.'
'The Starks? Did they murder my brother?!' Anthea whispered angrily. He slowly nodded.
'That oldest Stark girl was not just some sweet child, she desperately wanted to get rid of him. That's why I left. I followed her and tried to make her pay for the things she had done, but she fled the country.'
'Are we talking about the same Sansa Stark here? The loving teenager? I always assumed she was a nice girl. Well, I never knew her, but what I heard from the stories, she was quite nice.'

'Sansa Stark? A nice girl? My queen, I am afraid that is not the truth. Your brother was a good man. He loved his father dearly and he honored the gods of his family. His death was a tragic event, to say the least. He loved each and every citizen of Westeros.'
Anthea smiled. 'I would like to believe that. I never knew him. I was just a baby when he ruled Westeros.'
'I know. I visited you when you were a child.' That creeped Anthea out. Just the idea of this man already knowing about his future wife while still being a baby, was enough to make her gag.
She looked at the man next to her and already regretted her decision.
