'I really have no idea when I'm coming back, Pete.' Tin had been lying on his bed not long ago since he had got a call from Pete. It had been one day since he had been here and he had fairly established good relations with everyone even though how much his communication skills with people were bad. All thanks to his older brother. Can had had gone out in the farm along with grandmother to bring strawberries, she also had insisted for Tin to come but he politely declined. On the first day he had made a good relation with grandfather while playing chess, and the old man made a huge fuss when Tin had killed his Queen. But they were on good terms again during dinner. The grandfather had wanted to give Tin a tour around their house, but his wife had declined saying that the latter might be very tired to walk and had need to get a good sleep. And thus all the night he had been sleeping cuddling with Can. Of course he was the small spoon with no knowledge of cuddling whatsoever. 'Did anyone noticed?'
'Yes, many students did. Ae, Can's friends, our classmates, the professors, especially the girls as you had never took a holiday since 2 years of school.'
'Everything makes sense except the last one.' Tin spoke to shut off that topic. He had always felt to vomit at such things, he gave no damn on what the girls of his school went over to the well to get themselves killed. As there would be a little peace in his life without them. Pete was informing Tin about the new upcoming assignments he had to submit. The latter groaned but hid it well. His homework had been complete, his assignments had been neatly done. But the professors of his school cared little about their students. He had no idea his absence would be a shock to people. Obviously, about whom will they discuss about? Tin later cocked his head to the side about the creaking sound of the door. Can had just hopped out of the bathroom taking his morning bath. His hair wet, his face very scarlet because of the hot water, his grey shirt a bit wet, while his pants were fully dry. A short length towel hung around his neck by which he was drying his head, Can had already noticed Tin checking him out and he loved that. The view was perfect. Totally.
It had been a couple of minutes already Tin had finished his chat with Pete and the other latter whos hair was wet with water laid beside him. 'Go and take a shower, today I want to show you the farm! Hurry up!' Can pushed Tin out of the bed but he was used to it. Tackling Can almost everyday to get out of the bed from his kicks was Tin's daily routine. 'Cantaloupe give me a minute..' For what? Can was puzzled. Tin pinched Can's cheek sneakily and went in the bathroom. Can made a bit sour face as he saw Tin going away. He got up to pick the comic book kept on his desk. He flipped the pages and began reading.

Tin had always hated bath tubs. He always had a difficulty to have a bath in them. The first time he was ever introduced to a bath tub was when he was 6. And he reckoned that only thing with bath tubs are that you sit inside them as hot water pours in. But he had noticed that the bathroom was very well maintained, just like his, clean. The tiles were marble and shiny, the water on it made it look very slippery with two wooden racks at the corner. One having body soaps, hair shampoo, beauty products while the other was having towels, all sorts. Small and long of different colors, different for face and body. Tin had acknowledged the tub at the very last corner which was enough to fit 2 people in together, with a shower head hung above it. The hot water was pouring in already, more than half the bath tub was full. But Tin didn't wanted to waste it so he got in, making sure to take a shower next time. It was the time for him to relax and forget about everything.

'You can't do that! That's barbaric!' Yang Xi, the 16 year old, who escorted Tin around the house, yelled in disbelief as Li Yu scored a point out of the law in carrom. She had came to Thailand for her summer vacations from China. Unlike her ethnicity, her Thai might pass for a native person. She was born and raised in this village over 100 miles away from Chaing Mai. Being the only child of her parents, she was sent for her studies in China when she was twelve, her parents had enough to afford her departure and start a new life after they left Bangkok due to the factory which they worked in went bankrupt. They established a fruit farm in which Yang Xi would sneakily eat without letting anyone know. She spent most of her time at The Kirakorn's, with Li Yu and the Grandfather. Li Yu always helped her with her weakest subjects, math and physics. While she played Chess the whole day with Grandfather. She had fairly good relations with everyone in the village, everyone knew her as the short haired girl and for her tomboyish style. Back in her school, she had been asked out by guys many a times, but she declined to date as she wanted to focus on her studies.
Her and Li Yu had been known each other for almost 5 years and they have been like siblings ever since. They either cycled around the town, played board games or watched matches on the television. Unlike Yang Xi, Li Yu was a bit on the silent type. He had been like that from his 7 years of age, because of his parents divorce. His parents didn't divorce because they had a huge fight, not because of someone's false information, not because one was cheating on the other. But that they lacked love for one another. Their marriage was forced and wasn't out of love. Ming Hao and Song So were neighbors of one another until they were twenty two and nineteen, they became husband and wife. Taking false vows to love one another, to be at one another's side but they didn't. They had been good friends all along, even in their marriage, having Li Yu in their third year was a reason they had been together. They broke off their 10 years of marriage due to their differences in their thoughts. Ming Hao wanted his business to be established around the world, and Song So wanted to be free. At first it was very much opposed by their respective parents but they gave up, and broke of their bond with them forever. Li Yu was given a choice to go with his mother or stay with his father. He chose to stay with his father, because he desperately wanted to see his mother free. Song So was so bound to be kept taking care of her family as expected from her parents. Ming Hao did volunteer to help her along with taking care of Li Yu in his free time but it was very much frowned upon by his mother living with them. Li Yu's father made sure to provide him with everything. Love, care, freedom, you name it. The young boy didn't objected, but he wanted to feel the warmth of his mother again. His father had no wish to have to a second marriage, not as though Li Yu had a problem. Because of this he and Song So kept their relations through letters and calls and sometimes they did meet for lunch. She was in Canada and working as a nurse with a very good pay, and then it was Li Yu who went to Canada to meet her when he was sixteen. He studied his elementary and high school in China along with Can. It had been only a few years since he met Can but they were as close as brothers. Li Yu in his academic year, was a remarkable student, better than Can. They were known in the school for their detention and their rule breaking, and at that point the school gave up their work on stopping them. Li Yu's detention mostly revolved around Can's naughtiness and it didn't bothered him that Can would turn out to be gay. His hatred for LGBTQ started when he was first introduced to his uncle by his father just after his parents' divorce. His father explained when his uncle first confessed his love for a man, he was kicked out of the house to be never contacted again. Ming Hao did tried to find his brother back, but he had very little to no information about him. And since then Li Yu was very much distressed about the discussions in his school among his friends of being gay or lesbian or bisexual or a pansexual. Living under the societies norms, he became lonely and very bad with communicating with people. He had found it very difficult to express his emotions around the people examining him. He hated that. Just as like he had first met Tin. Being talkative to your friends family was another thing and acting as you know your friend's lover was another thing, to at least let them think that you're friendly.

'I didn't cheated, you didn't paid enough attention on what I was doing.' Li Yu teased across the table at where Yang Xi sat with their legs crossed. She grabbed an orange from the basket beside and began unfolding it. Li Yu started keeping the board back in its place as he knew, that Yang Xi totally gave up in her winning. Everyone was so busy with their works, grandmother was cooking in the kitchen, grandfather was watching the television, Li Yu and Yang Xi just finished playing carrom and probably start solving Yang Xi's holiday homework. Man was nowhere to be seen, everyone seemed to be unknown of his presence. He was locked in his room provided by the old couple. Minding his own business. Talking with Tul.

'What is it that you're wearing?' Tul interrogated Phu who was playing with his dinosaur toy. They were sitting in the living room to have their father-son time. Tul had got off his work from his laptop and had been patting his son's head until he noticed what he was wearing. 'Uncle Tin brought it for me... It's good right! I feel very warm in this cold!'
'Hmm, did he told you from where he brought it?' Tul was sure, it wasn't from any local shop because that wasn't Tin's fetish. The jumper had the letter "P" written visibly around the edge, and it was sure for Tul to understand that Tin hadn't just chose it randomly. 'He haven't mentioned that. But I really like it! Mom liked it too! But dad where is uncle Tin? I really want to meet him.'
'Hmm, Uncle Tin is away son, he studies right?' Tul tried hard to find the most simplest, possible answer for his child to think over. 'So dad? I study too! But I stay here right?'
'But Uncle Tin is old right? He can stay alone and have his own time. He needs to be alone..' Tul pressurized the last sentence which Phu's mind faded away. He continued to play with his toy as he nodded his head, still not wanting to agree with his father. He had had a talk with his father regarding the will. It had Tin's name printed and underlined very visibly and Tul of course wanted it to vanish. Trai Medthanan had deep care for both of his children, for being controlled almost all his life by his mother, he always kept his interrogation towards his sons to himself. He and his wife, didn't had a clue that their youngest child was away, happy with someone else's family, and of course, the antagonist made sure to not let them know. After all, he 'loved' his brother.
