"Mom, you do realize I can't always live with you. When time passes, people leave to follow their dream or have a new family. I've already moved on to my path, you should consider yours too. What I'm saying is you should just be you. Don't try to please others anymore. Don't try to be a fake because I know you're tired enough. Love who you want to love and don't let anyone stop you. That's all I have to say. Sorry, but I won't stay here. May peace fall upon us...upon this family."

Tin's words echoing inside Mrs. Vich's head as tears kept on falling from her eyes. Tin left 20 minutes ago and it hurts her to see him being apart from her, but it's not like it's goodbye forever. She just wants to spend more time with him after him being gone for so long. But she understood him. He has never received the love he wanted and it would be hard for him to believe it just by words. No matter how much she wanted to make it up to him, she has to accept that she can only be a long-distance mother.

****Tin was in a taxi, driving back to his hotel. Five minutes left to the hotel, the taxi driver begins to say something.

Driver - heads up, young man. There's a car that has been following us for a while now.

Tin quickly twirled his head back to take a look at whoever's car that was following them.

It was a black car.

Tin - are you sure that the car has been following us?

Driver - yup. All the way from the hospital. Do you have any idea who could it be? Do you want me to change direction?

Tin - please make a right turn to that gas station.

The driver signaled to the right and turned to the gas station. As he parked at the parking lot, they watched the black car followed them too.

Tin got out of the car and looked straight at the black car as it parked right in front of them, blocking their roadway.

The person got out of his car and laid his eyes right on Tin.

A familiar, guilty, and bizarre expression were all shown in that guy's face. He gazed at Tin but no words were spoken.

On the other hand, rage was building up inside of Tin with his hands balled into fists. He would do anything just to get out of here. That guy was the least he wanted to see right now.

He was Larry.

***Can brought the kids to his home. The kids were gasping in excitement. It's their first time seeing such a big house. They walked nervously inside, glancing around as if every aspect were a piece of art.

Can - Do you guys like it?

Mia - (ran happily to Can's arm.) So pretty! We can stay here?

Can - yes.

One of the maids appeared to welcome Can back from Chiang Mai. Can let go of Mia and pulled the maid aside.

Can - Here's what I want you to do, take care of the kids. Feed them food, play with them, and give them a bath. Do not give them a lot of candies. Understand?

The maid nodded in awe.

Can - good. If I'm not back when the sun goes down, make sure to brush their teeth and put them to bed.

Then Can walked out.

***Larry walked towards Tin. His mouth hung open as he still couldn't believe that Tin was standing right here in front of him. Tin glared at him from head to toe. Despite the suit and glasses, not much of Larry has changed.

Larry - It's been a long time, Tin.

The taxi driver eyed at them both, still sitting on his driver's seat.

Driver - (rolled down his window) So... you two know each other? (Glanced at Tin.)

Tin - No, I don't know him. (Turned to the driver) let's go.

Larry - (eyes widen at Tin's respond and quickly held onto Tin's wrist.) Tin, it's me. I'm Larry.

Tin jerked his wrist free.

Tin - I don't care who you are. I'm going.

Tin opened the taxi's door just when Larry shut it back close.

Larry - Wait Tin, I--

Driver - Hey! What do you want, young man?

Larry - (turned to the driver and handed him some bills from his pocket.) Take this and go.

The driver looked at the money and it's all one hundred dollars bills. His eyes widen in happiness.

Driver - whoa! Are these real?!

Tin - (pushed Larry) what the fuck are you doing?!

Larry - (gazed at the driver) I promise I'm no threat to this man. I have unfinished business with him. (Pulled Tin on the arm.)

Driver - (eyes have not left the money on his hands) ookkkaaayyy...

Tin was pushed inside Larry's car. He didn't fight back because he didn't want to trouble the taxi driver if thing gets serious.

Larry drove Tin to a gathering place where they can talk. Tin got out of the car without waiting for Larry to fully park.

Larry - Tin. (Parked his car and also got out.) Tin! (Ran and catches up with Tin) I'm sorry! I didn't want to do this but I know you won't talk to me so--

Tin - don't care. (interrupted) forcing people inside their car is a normal thing for you people to do now, huh? Am I right?

Larry - (confused) what?

Tin - (scoffed) cuz it's the precise thing I got to be dealt with the hours after I arrived in Bangkok. Twice now already.

Larry - (loss with words) I... I'm sorry.

Tin - consider yourself lucky. I'm this close to calling the police. This is an illegal action after all.

The whole time, Tin has not looked at Larry one bit. Larry saddened his eyes. Was it him the reason why Tin hasn't come back home all this time?

Larry - even if you hate me, you didn't have to go this far.

Tin struggled to keep his anger steady. Even Larry's voice is enough to make him boiled in madness.

Larry - you should've just come home and I'll gladly move out of your life. You didn't have to go hide for all these years just so you can avoid me.

Tin - oh please. (Sounded annoy) you're not even worth to think about so don't flatter yourself. All I know is that... (eyed Larry) I've completely forgotten about you.

Larry - Tin...

Tin - unfortunately, I didn't think of coming back here to hear anything from you. I didn't think of ever meeting you too. But if you would, go ahead and apologize for what you did four years ago and I might forgive you.

Larry's eyes began to have tears.

Larry - you would forgive me just like that?

Tin - in the past, I do appreciate you stood by me. But now, I want to end things with us so I don't have to see you right now. Clear?

Larry smiled. "He said 'right now.' That means I still have a chance to be his friend again later on."

Larry - (nodded) I... I get it. I'm sorry for everything, Tin. I was reckless.

Tin could hear the hurts in Larry's voice, but it doesn't move him one bit.

Tin - apology accepted.

Then both of them heard stomping towards them. They turned to look and they couldn't believe their eyes.

Can was livid with rage, bounding towards Larry with flaming eyes.

Can - Get. Away. From. Him.
