i wake up and the first thing i see is the ceiling, the white, clear ceiling, then i sit up and get out of bed, "Where is he?" i say and Aidan and Nathan jump up, slightly freaking out, i look to them and they get up.

"it's alright, your mum panicked for no reason, he was just in a really deep sleep!" Aidan chuckles and i just look at him.

"WHAT?!" i shout and walk out the room, "where is he?" i ask Jack and he looks at he worriedly.

"he should be in his room, resting, why?" he asks, panicking slightly and i turn around and walk towards the kid's room.

i open the door and walk in, seeing him laid in his crib, i walk over and brush my hand along his cheek, watching his breathing deep and soft, steady, i place my hand on his chest and feel his strong, healthy heartbeat and i let out a breath, what the fuck was she thinking? i pick him up and he curls up to me, i sit down on the bed, curled up with him on my chest, "are you okay?" i whisper and he moves a bit, turning his head and his mouth opening a bit so he can breath through his mouth, fresh air, "nana gave me a scare over you!" i say while he sleeps peacfully, "but everything's okay-" he's okay, i'm okay, the pups are okay, my mates, my family is all okay, "yeah, everything's okay!" i say.

"i'll do you a deal, we'll go into school tomorrow and i'll get them to take a few exams, and if you get really high scores on them, i'll let you stay home as much as you please!" he says and i let out a laugh.

"what's in it?" i ask, looking up to him with glowing eyes.

"well, yours has more raw meats in it then the others seems as us lot can eat raw meats easier and enjoy it better then wolves, gamon, lamb, pork, liver, heart, all sorts, but theres all sorts of vegtables in it too!" he explains and i widen my eyes.

"how, vegtables are so plain and disgusting!" i say curiously and he chuckles.

"it's a stew, everything soaks up each others flavours as they are cooked together, so the meat gives the veg flavour!" he says and goes to pick up the pot but i growl and pull it back.

"it's still warm!" i say to him and he smiles and nods.

"yes, you left Ted outside by the way, i was quite disapointed by that!" he says and i just look blank.

"where-" i go to say, my voice so soft and slightly dull, i can't believe i forgot about Ted.

"he's in your room, under your bed!" he says and ruffles my hair and i stand up with the pot, "are you going to let me clean he pot?" he asks and i shake my head.

"it's-" i look down at it, the warmth gone, i shrug and slide my finger aroun the inside tasting the flavour, i dip my head in and lick each and every bit out before giving it to him as he chuckles, i wipe my face with my sleave and sit on the counter, crawling up to where the twins are eating, "are you done?" i ask, looking at their empty plates, they rasie their brows.

"ye-"

i pounch on them and hug them, "come on, i wanna go for a run!" i say, pushing them off of their chairs to their backsides. they yelp but laugh.

"remind me to cook that meal more offten!" dad chuckles and i jump up, running away, i feel so joyful, i stand by the door and watch them both get up.

"come on!" i wine as i jump, feeling the yummy feeling of the food in my belly, i feel so hyper after that amazing meal, they get up and i run out, jumping into my fox form as i run around hyperactivly, whatever was in that stew gave me so much energy i feel like i could run up the side of a sky scraper.

i do a circle of the house and when i come back the twins are looking about, i jump into the air and land right on their backs, they look over at me and Aidan huffs while Nathan licks my ear, making me shiver, i wriggle off and dash into the forest with Aidan and Nathan on my tail.
