《•°From Peer to Professor°• Severus Snape x Reader》Memories

I was sitting in the Great Hall eating my dinner alone this time. Lucas wasn't feeling so well, so he decided to go to the Infirmary for some Pepper-up Potion and then headed to his Dorm. I was currently thinking about last night, being that I am supposed to go to the Potion's Classroom after dinner.
I spent most of my time picking at my food and occasionally looked at the Professors' table where Severus was sitting. He didn't seem fazed by anything at the moment. He just looked content while eating. Maybe he's gotten used to suppressing emotions to the point where it's second nature to him. Once dinner had finished, students started to make their way to their Dorms. I gradually made my way to the Potion's Classroom, wondering what it is I'll be learning today. Maybe apparition.. or even Occlumency. I was pretty excited to learn something new that wouldn't be taught in class. I noticed a few feet from the classroom that the door was ajar. Strange. Severus usually keeps it closed.
I peeked inside and noticed Tyler was there, speaking with Severus. I sighed and walked in, causing them to turn their heads towards me.
"Good to see you (Y/N)! How's the arm?" He grinned at me.
"Fine." I replied, making sure to keep my distance from him.
"Good. Well, I'll be going now. Talk to you later (Y/N)." He said in a disturbingly cheerful tone as he left the room.
Odd. I don't know why he's being so "nice" if you can call it that. Our last encounter was when Lucas and I had to cover up the fact that Severus and I are together. Maybe it has something to do with the Death Eaters?
I snap out of my thoughts the second Severus closes the door and asks,
"Are you ready to begin your first lesson (Y/N)?"
"Yeah, I am. What are we starting with?" I ask while leaning against a desk near the front of the room.
"Occlumency. I will be showing you how to resist the powers of a Legilimens." Severus pauses and points at himself with his wand for a second. "I will be casting Legilimens on you. You will attempt to resist me." He explains as he walks over to his desk.
I chuckled, which caused Severus to look at me and ask,
"What humor do you find in my explanation?"
"Nothing, it's just.. it's kind of hard to resist you already." I said, trying not to laugh as loud as I would like to.

Severus' face went a bit red before he composed himself.
"You need to focus during these lessons, not find ways to distract yourself. Now, take a seat in this chair." Severus pointed at the chair he set in the middle of the room.
I walked over to the chair and sat down.
"What's this for?" I asked.
"In case of any lightheadedness you may develope. You've never had Legilimens cast on you, meaning it will be likely for you to lose consciousness." Severus explained.
I nodded in understanding as Severus positioned himself a couple feet from the chair. He raised his wand and asked,
"Are you ready to resist?"
"Ready." I inhaled and held onto the sides of the chair.
"Legilimens!"
"Lily! Wait up! Where are we going?" A much younger (Y/N) asked as she was being pulled in the direction of the Black Lake.
"I want you to meet someone!" Lily explained, seemingly very excited to introduce (Y/N) to this unknown person.
After a bit of running, the two found themselves at the edge of the Black lake. Lily pointed at a tree where a boy was sitting, reading a book.
"There he is!" Lily sighed and pulled (Y/N) in the direction of the boy.
"Severus! I want you to meet someone." Lily exclaims as they get closer.
The boy jerks his head up in surprise and stares at the two of them.
"This is (Y/N). She's a first year. I met her at the train when she lost sight of the other first years. And (Y/N), this is Severus, my best friend." Lily introduced the two to each other.
"Nice to meet you." (Y/N) says with a small smile displayed on her face.
Severus nodded in return.
"He's a bit shy." Lily whispered in
(Y/N)'s ear.
"I am not! I'm just busy reading at the moment.." Severus replied to Lily's statement.
"What book is it?" (Y/N) asked.
"A potions book I found in the Library." Severus replied, turning the book so the girl could see.
"Oooh! I'm looking forward to learning about potions! It's probably going to be my favorite subject." (Y/N) exclaimed.
"Really? It's a favorite of mine as well." Severus replied.
Lily smiled at how well the two were hitting it off.
The memory ended, which probably meant that Severus stopped casting Legilimens. It took me a moment to regain my breath. I looked up at Severus who had a slightly pained look in his eyes, which went away almost immediately after I had noticed.

"Again." Severus said monotonously.
Before I could fully prepared myself, I was already being sucked into another memory.
(Y/N) was in her 3rd year while Severus was in his 6th. Both had just finished their end of the year exams and we're planning on going to Hogsmeade for Butterbeer. Lily had made other plans, so it was only going to be the two of them this time around. As they were walking down the path that lead to Hogsmeade,
(Y/N) heard what sounded like muffled voices. She tapped Severus' shoulder and asked,
"Did you hear that?"
"Hear what?" Severus asked as they stopped for a second.
There were no sounds other than those made by the breeze rustling leaves on trees and bushes.
"Nothing, might have just been the wind." (Y/N) replied.
They continued to walk and we're nearing Hogsmeade. That is until they were stopped in their tracks by none other than James, Sirius, and Peter. Remus seemed to be absent from the group at the moment.
"What do you guys want?" (Y/N) groaned.
"Oh nothing. Lily just wanted me to tell you something." James said.
Peter had an unsettlingly large grin plastered on his face. Severus frowned and attempted to walk past them with (Y/N), but they stepped in front of them yet again.
"She wants me to tell you that-"
"BOMBS AWAY!!!"
Out of nowhere, a huge dungbomb comes flying towards (Y/N) and Severus. It then seemingly freezes mid-air. (Y/N) turns to face Severus and sees that he has his wand out, pointed at the dungbomb. James, Sirius, and Peter ceased their laughing as soon as they realized what had happened.
"Now Severus, we can talk this out.." Sirius says, holding his hands out in front of him while the three of them back up slowly.
"Don't mess with me or (Y/N) ever again.."
Those were the last words Severus said before flinging the dungbomb back at the three mischief makers. Smelling as bad, if not worse, than a large dumpster fire, James, Sirius, and Peter sprinted away towards Hogwarts. Both (Y/N) and Severus burst out laughing at the sight.
Severus' laugh caught (Y/N)'s attention, due to the fact that hearing Severus laugh was a rare occurrence, let alone one as loud as this. As soon as they had both calmed down, they began making their way to the Three Broomsticks.
"Thanks for that back there. If not for your quick reflexes, we would have been the ones running back to Hogwarts." (Y/N) thanked Severus.
"You're welcome (Y/N)." Severus replied with a genuine smile.
At that moment (Y/N) realized how much she really liked Severus.
Inhaling and exhaling seemed harder than before. That lightheadedness was surely making itself known now.
Severus seemed a bit flustered but also uncomfortable about seeing a memory pertaining to James. He straightened his posture once more.
I hadn't quite caught my breath by the time Severus began saying the incantation again.
This time around, not just one memory unfolded itself, but many snippets of memories were being skimmed through. A memory of the Yule ball where (Y/N) and Severus were dancing and shared their first kiss. One where (B/N) had fallen asleep on top of Severus. And one taking place in the Astronomy Tower, where Severus had told (Y/N) I love you for the first time.
Parts of these memories filtered through until they seemed to abruptly disappear.
A crash was heard the second I left
(Y/N)'s mind. I looked over and saw her laying on the floor, unconcious.
"(Y/N).." I rushed over to her and stooped down to support her torso in my arms.
"What have I done.." I whispered to no one in particular.
I woke up in a familiar place. Severus' room. Memories from what had happened flooded back to me. I frowned slightly. Did I faint?
At this moment I heard footsteps nearing the room and looked over. Just as I'd predicted, Severus walked through the door and made his way towards the bed the second he noticed I was awake. He sat down next to me and held my hands in his.
"(Y/N).. I apologize for what happened. I lost control of my emotions and blinded myself to the fact that you told me to stop." Severus apologized, looking ashamed as ever.
"I forgive you. I know you wouldn't do anything to purposefully hurt me. Just.. promise me you won't do anything rash like that next time." I told him, making sure he was looking up at me instead of at our hands.
He sighed in relief before responding,
"I promise."

My Life As A Superhero Slash Supervillain
James Jude Jamison is experiencing something a bit odd. He was sitting quietly at his computer desk, playing some kind of RPG, he couldn't which one, although the fate of the universe rests on him remembering which (Oh well, it had to end sometime). So, anyway, suddenly, out of nowhere, he got a bit of a headachne, his nose started to bleed, he then proceeded to make a mess in the family room at the computer room. His mom shouted at him, then he died. Then he woke up. He was reborn. Only he had a UI screen suddenly at the edge of his vision. What the hell. He was meant to have some cool powers, like lazers that shot out of his nipples, maybe some mad dancing skills. He would finally be able to speak to girls without laughing in their faces. Sigh. So this is his story, of how he couldn't decide which career prospect appealed to him more. So he decides to give both being a hero and a villain a go. What could go wrong? *** Edit: 2017.06.18 - 03:08 am EST - JJ seems to have buggered off somewhere without telling me where he went. So I am going to have to piece together this story back from the start with the fragments that he gave me. I will leave the original chapters up, but I will be renaming them so they are obvious if new readers don't want to read them. I am currently trying to write chapter one anew. It will feature new reasons of why JJ starts with the villainous lifestyle first, and the reasons of why he is granted the power he was given. If JJ does come back, I will inform you thusly. Then it will be decision of writing from where he left off or telling him to go choke on his own c**k. If I do decide to take the story up, then it will be a decision of to split the stories in two, and if to keep my version alive and concurrent. Thanks.
