Cara's pov :

5 year later :

The day I had Liam in my arms and cammy by my side was officially the best day of my life after my wedding day ....and today complete 5 year's became for this bundle of joy in my life....today is Liam's 5th birthday ...he is grown up as a handsome smart little boy ..I and cammy are soo proud of him ....

"Mommy can I get a peice of cake for me and jake to taste ??? Please. ..I can't wait any longer....we've been waiting for dad for a while now ..... plwese.." he asked me for 10th time ....where are you cameron?? Cammy helped me with all the preparations and than he left for his office work which was very urgent for few hours soo techniqually we all are waiting for him to return .....he said that he'll be back within an hour and it has been over an hour since he left ...everyone has already arrived. ..."dad will be here in some time with a gift for you ..so be patient and wait for your surprise. .okay baby .." he just smiled at me and went with jack again to play ..they have grown into handsome boys . ....no doubt....cameron told me about getting Nicole with him ...

Nicole is one of Liam's best freind ....she couldn't make it to Liam's birthday as she had to go out with her parent's Mr and Mrs Hernandez but at the last moment they changed their plans as Mr and Mrs Hernandez had to go alone after cameron convinced them that we will take care of Nicole and how important nicole is to Liam .....Mr Hernandez and cammy are good business partners. ..Mrs Hernandez is one of the kindest person I've met ....we met them in one one of our charity function. ...liam and nicole became best freinds in that charity function ....the expression Liam had on his face when he saw nicole for the first time was similar to cammy' s when he first saw me ....from that day onwards they are inseparable. ..

Liam is kinda upset that nicole couldn't make it for his birthday soo it is going to be a surprise for him ..

After few minute's I saw cammy coming in with nicole holding his hand. ..Nicole was looking soo cute with the white dress she had worn ....she was searching for liam. ..when she saw liam she smiled looking at him but liam was busy getting pampered by his grandmama's....god they both spoil him soo much and not to forget Mr and Mrs Browning (ashton's mom and dad) spoils Jack and Liam to the core....when Liam saw Nicole he excused himself and ran towards Nicole and hugged her....he said his thanks to cammy and went back and joined jack and nicole....

Cameron was marching towards me with a known smirk on his face ......when he was at 1hand distance he pulled me in his arms and kissed me softly. ...when I pulled back he was smiling at me ...."so what do you think about Liam and Nicole??" He asked turning me in their direction and hugging me from back ..."I think they are kinda cute together. ..they kinda reflect our childhood ....don't you think ???"I asked him looking in his eye's. ...

"Really cara ....I was far better than him ...he is completely head over heels for nicole..." he said not looking at me ...

"Oh really who used to go apeshit shit crazy when I used to talk with other guys ??? Who used to give me thousands of gifts and chocolates from his pocket money to see me smiling when I was sad or upset??? Who gave me his crayon color box when I lost mine and got scolding from teacher because of me ??Wait let me guess. ..it was my dickhead boyfriend ...I guess I should go back to him ...biee cammy" ....I said to.him and tried getting out of his hug but held me tightly in his arms and started laughing..."ok ok I agree I was head over heels for you from the very first time I saw you ....I guess far more worst than Liam..but it was all for you ...and it going to stay the same till the day I stop breathing" I had tears in my eyes when he was done talking ..when he heard me sniffing ..he turned me around and wiped my tears saying "I love you my childhood sweetheart"..... and than he kissed me on my forehead. ..hugging me tightly. ..

Few days later:

I was driving liam to his school as I believe in taking care of my child on my own and rufesed to keep a nanny for him ...I want to feel what it is like to be a mother all kind of responsibilities. ..I and cammy had a huge conversation about keeping a nanny because cammy doesn't likes the idea of me working soo much but at the end of the conversation the decision was taken from my side..I just know how to make him say yes to me..gid I love him soo much ..

Today Liam was really very happy for some reason but when I asked him the reason he gave me a cheeky smile ....and looked down at his bag ..." Mommy you know yesterday some bad boys were harassing nicole ..they even snatched her chocolate from her hand and than she started crying ....when I saw her crying I scolded that boys and said that "cookie monster will come and eat you'll for making nicole cry" .I scared them mommy..and they looked really very scared like they have really seen a ghost" he said to.me with a smirk on his face just like his father's. ...I was shocked at what he did ...yes I know that very overprotective when it comes to nicole but this is unbelievable. ...."baby it is bad scarring people like this "I tried explaining him but he was very fast to reply me with his answer

" yes mommy I know but they made my nicole cry ....she wouldn't stop crying so I promised her to get a chocolate for her today. .. yesterday you gave me some chocolate for helping jack ...soo I kept it to myself so that I can give it to Nicole today " he said with a cute smile on his face. ....'godd what can I do to this overprotective loving Santiago men's? ?? 'I thought to myself.....when I reached his school I kissed his cheek and bid him good bye.....

Few hours later :

When I reached Liam's school to pick him up he came out with a sad face ...surely this had to do with Nicole I thought. ...I smiled at him .I kneeled down in front of him and asked "whats up big boy ?? Why such sad face???"...he said nothing

He instead got in the car and threw his bag on the back seat and sat there with crossed hands and pouty face .....soo cute. ..

Later he told me with a sad tone "Mommy she never showed up " hearing him sound soo sad made my heart break into pieces

Later I explained him how nicole might be busy or she might have gone out with her parent's. ..after few seconds he was sounding much better telling me about his day and laughing and giggling. ..

When we reached home I prepared dinner and switched on the tv to watch some news...when I was switching on the channels one news caught my attention

"Mr and Mrs Hernandez found death in their own mansion ....while their 4 year old daughter Nicole is missing...it seems like a murder case according to the evidence found in their

mansion......."

I was just blankly staring at the tv that I didn't even notice liam standing right behind me doing the same ...ohh shit..." mommy why are they showing Mr and Mrs Hernandez picture on the tv..??."

I got to think something ...some excuse ...I can't see my boy break .....I immediately switched off the tv and made him sit on my lap and told him "Liam you got to listen to me first okay ...? Nicole and her parents moved to New York and are going to stay there only " he just stared at me like there is a ghost in front of him

"But mommy she did not even say goodbye to me ...I even have to give her the chocolate" he was on the verge of crying ...." no problem you can give it to her later .. some other day maybe ??" He just sadly smiled at me and went back to play ....oh god how am I going him about nicole. ..

When cammy returned home I hugged and kissed him and took his bag out of his hands..than he went to Liam's room and started playing with him ....liam told cammy about nicole ....later when liam drifted off to sleep we kissed his forehead and wished him goodnight ....when we were in our room I wasted no time in asking him about Mr and Mrs Hernandez. ..he made me sit on his lap and started caressing my hair " I got the news ..it seems like some business rivalry is involved. ..because they are brutally murdered. ..first they were killed and than their mansion was set on fire to clear up all the evidence ..... nicole has not yet been found ...I hope she is in good hands " he said to me ...I felt pity for that little girl .I told him how Liam asked about nicole and how it would break him when he hears this news ..when cammy saw me deep in my thoughts he caressed my back and said "don't worry baby girl. .everything will be fine..if nicole is the only girl that god has planned for liam than some day or the other they will get together and nobody can stop them from getting together just like us ..."he said smiling at me " I love you soo much cammy" I confessed my true feelings to him ....but he had a mischievous smile on his face when he opened his mouth to say "I love you tooo and I have proved it to you every single time ..its your time to prove now " thats all it took for me to show him how much I love him by kisssing him hard and than one thing leads to another...and that's how we ended up on our bed tangled up in a bed sheet .......I thank god for having such a wonderful , supporting , loving , husband , Boyfriend, freind and most importantly my childhood love in my life ......
