"No way" he smiled and ran up to me

He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around him and he wraps his arms around me

"What are you doing here?" he laughed and spun me around

"I wanted to see you" I smiled as he slowly let me down

"You're the best" he said softly with a smile

"It's Christmas eve though" he said shocked

"If you want if I can just go home" I say sarcastically then I turned around but he picked me up straight away

"Stop!" I laughed as he started tickling me

"Jonah I can't breathe" I laughed. He put me back down and stayed stood behind me, I looked back at me him and he moved his face closer to mine and kissed me softly

"I missed that" he said sweetly with a smile

"Just that" I say acting offended

"I missed your hair too it's really soft" he said with a big smile and started swishing it about

"Thanks" I laughed and turned to face him. Just as I did his Mum walked back in

"Aw yous are adorable!" She smiled putting her hand to her heart which made me smile

"Anyway I should go" I say awkwardly

"Where are you going?" He asked me with a confused look

"I booked a hotel-" I started to say but Jonah immediately interrupted me

"Why I wouldn't have minded if you stayed?" He asked sounding sad

"You know what it's fine, Mum are you okay if I go with her?" He asks turning to his Mum and she nodded her head

"Just be back tomorrow morning" she smiled sweetly

"Wait here for sec and I'll bring a small bag" he says the runs upstairs to grab a back. Not to long after he went up he made his way back down and gave his Mum a hug

We left and walked to the hotel considering it was about a 5 minute walk. Once we got there we went up to the desk

"What's the name under?" The lady asked me sternly

"Erwin" I say giving her back the same energy. She tossed me the keys and we made our way up

"You know you didn't have to come with me, I would have been fine alone" I tell him with a chuckle as we walk upstairs

"Alone on Christmas eve, no way" he told me with a smile

"What about your mum?" I ask as we reach the door

"Oh my siblings went out sledging with my Dad so they are all together" he told me reassuring me that his Mum wasn't alone

Once I opened the door we walked in and I pushed my suitcase aside

"Right come here now" Jonah laughed and tackled me onto the bed

"Jonah, you're squashing me" I laughed so he sat himself up a bit

"You're cute" he said softly and tucked my hair behind my ear

"No you are" I say in a squeaky voice

"Well you're the most beautiful and wonderful girl I've met" he said softly with a smile which made my heart melt

"You mean that?" I ask shocked by what he just said and how it made me feel

"Yes of course I do" he smiled looking down at me

I sat myself up so I could get closer to him, until our noses were touching. He slowly brought his face closer then kissed me softly and slowly

"Right I need to take a shower now" I told him with a smile

"But hugs" he sighed

"After" I chuckled and he let me up

"How long does it take for you to brush your teeth" Jonah sighed

"Two minutes so be patient" I shouted into the room

"Ready, let's go" I smiled coming out of the bathroom

"Wait" he said and went into his bag

"Merry Christmas" he smiled and opened his arms so I went in for a hug

"Merry Christmas" I smiled happily. We walked downstairs and outside together

"So once Christmas is over are you going to go back home?" He asks with a sigh and looks down

"You know I'd love to stay atleast near all of yous but I don't know how my Mum would react and even if I'm ready" I say awkwardly and feeling bad

"No, I understand no rush" he smiled and took my hand and we made our way back to see his family
