"Y'all wanna go to this New Years party tonight?" Gemma asked.

"Damn, I forgot it was New Years Eve" I said laying on the sofa.

"how bout we pass through & then come back & pop fireworks?" boomer suggested.

"oh yeah let's do that" Aiyanna agreed.

"what time it's fa?" I asked.

"uhhh like 7, so we needa be getting dressed now" Gemma said.

"you tweaking to go to a party" kd told her & she smacked ha teeth.

I laughed at them before getting up to go find something to wear.

"what you finna do?" kentrell asked trailing behind me.

"same thing you needa try to do" i said walking into my room & going straight to the closet.

"this cute?" i asked pulling out a brown one piece. i turned to kentrell who was now sitting on my bed.

"i fuck wit it" he said smiling.

"aight, i'll be back" i said walking into the bathroom.

"lemme come innea with you" he said following me.

"boy" i started laughing in reaction to the face he was making. he had a big goofy smirk on his face.

"i'm for real tho" he said.

"too bad" i said closing the door. i turned on the shower water & got in. i took a shower & did all my other hygiene deeds.

after i finished that i got dressed & came out the room. by surprise kentrell was still sitting on my bed, but he was actually dressed this time.

"took you long enough" he said getting up.

"shutup" i said mushing his head. i grabbed my purse & we walked downstairs.

"took y'all all damn day. it don't take ugly people that long to get ready" kd said rolling his eyes at us.

"i know yo ugly ass ain't saying shit" kentrell said to him. everybody in the room laughed.

a few of us took pictures, while the rest waited in the cars. after that we pulled off in multiple cars & drove to where the party was.

we arrived to the party & it was jumping. this gotta be one of the littest parties I ever seen. it was people everywhere. music blasting. it just looked liked good vibes.

the boys left us & went somewhere else in the building, while we stayed in the middle of the floor and danced.

"flashing lights" by kanye west had come on & i started dancing like a white girl in the club from the movies. i wasn't drunk or anything. i just was having fun. & the best part about it was that they actually had lights flashing.

" she don't believe in shooting stars but she believe in shoes & cars. wood floors in the new apartment." the song blasted & i sung along right with it.

i danced myself right to the bar.

"uhh can I get 2 shots of casamigos?" i said to the bartender. when she gave my 2 shots I sat down the money & downed the shots.

I went back to the dance floor & started dancing and singing along with the girls.

hours passed & i still was having the time of my life. i had 3 more shots & i was feeling good. i wasn't drunk at all.

okay maybe a little.

but not alot.

the boys had finally came back & they looked like they hadn't had not one drink at all.

"y'all ready to go?" ben asked. we all nodded our head yes & we left the party to go home.

"get the lighter bitch" ben said to kd. he was taking all day to light the firework & it was 11:59 PM.

"aight fuck" he said pulling it out his pocket.

"okay on a count of 3" Aiyanna said while kd was lighting the fireworks.

"1..2..3.. HAPPY NEW YEARSSS!" we all screamed while the fireworks went off.

I felt myself getting tired. I yawned.

"happy new year's y'all, im going to bed" I said walking inside.

"i'm coming too." kentrell said coming behind me.

we walked upstairs together & layed down.

I listened to them pop fireworks, while I watched kentrell take his chains & stuff off. he was talking & smiling about something.

My eyes got low watching him & his teeth shine. the more i watched the more attractive he grew.

"you look so fine right now ,cmere" i said to him.

it's like the casamigos came back to get me.

he layed down on the bed & i sat on top of him. i started kissing him as he rested one of his hands on my hip & the other around my neck. i was definitely feeling it tonight.
