《A'roya》Chapter Thirty-Five

"Cheers to our win!" Atlas boomed.

I smiled, leaning my head against Vincent's arm as he kissed my forehead.

I feel so bad; he's so tall he has to bend down to kiss me, but who cares? I want my kisses, and he doesn't complain.

"Cheers." We all say.

Khassy's in Germany, right, and Elora's still on her honeymoon, so it's Phoebe, Jericho, and their daughter, Journee.

Atlas and Mika with their three children, their oldest daughter, Lara, who's ten, and her younger twin brothers, Lars and Loris, who are eight.

Vincent and I still have Reagan with us, but we left her with Vanni since she has a child and is not always doing inappropriate things in front of children like Vivian...Vincent's words, not mine.

"Um," I started off. "Since we're sharing happy news, Vincent and I also have good news."

"I knew it!" Phoebe exclaimed. "You're pregnant."

Everyone looked at me, and Vincent snickered.

"Really?!" Atlas asked.

"So that was the son you were talking about." Jericho realized.

Mila smiled, putting a hand on Atlas' shoulder. "Congratulations, dear, motherhood is quite fun.....until they become toddlers."

I nodded, smiling. "Thank you."

"Are you happy, son?" Atlas asked.

Vincent nodded. "Yea, it's....cool."

"He means he's over joyfully and happy, goddamn it," I growled.

Vincent's eyes widened at my sudden burst of anger. "Ok, ok, I'm sorry."

I nodded in contentment. "Thank you."

Atlas and Mila chuckled.

"Do you guys plan to marry?" Phoebe asked.

"Next month," Vincent answered. "Although that's not the ring she'll be using, this shit is ugly as hell."

I scoffed. "I said I liked it," I whined.

"Your taste is ass."

"No–"

"Wait, you said next month?"

"When the fuck did you propose?"

"That's wonderful!" Atlas boomed. "I love weddings! Don't you, Mila."

Mila chuckled. "Yes, honey."

"Please send us an invitation."

I smiled. "Of course!"

"Are we forgetting that we had no idea about anything?!" Jericho asked.

"Jericho, don't be dramatic," Phoebe smiled. "This is good news!"

"I know, but a little warning first."

I laughed. "Well, warning."

Jericho glared at me. "Ho,"

"Bitch," I retorted.

"Enough," Phoebe groaned. "They do this all the time."

Atlas smiled. "I like it!" He grinned. "Can I meet the others?"

Jericho and I looked at each other and nodded.

I jumped onto the bed and sighed, but I was rudely interrupted by Vincent's large hands. "Oh, no, no, no, no, no, you must've forgotten the babysitting duty you put yourself through."

"Vincent, bruh, go her read a–"

"Hell no, get your ass up and go her, that little girl, her princess, and the pea."

I looked at him with pleading eyes. "Baby, I'm so tired, please."

Vincent rolled his eyes and groaned. "Fuck, you, A'roya."

"I love you, Vincent," I whispered back.

I must have fallen asleep after Vincent left. It was a long day. We went to visit A'raya and them and introduced them to Atlas after winning the court battle, and it was draining; I also have work tomorrow, which I think I might call out, I'm so sore and tired, and I haven't had sex in a while...which I had to make time for, but I fell asleep.

When I opened my eyes, the sunlight blared from the curtains, making me groan; I needed new curtains. I sat up, waiting for my morning sickness to appear.....nothing. Why aren't I feeling anything? The only that has happened to me are my half-swollen boobs and missed periods.

I'm so happy I won't have a period for nine months; hallelujah!

After waiting a couple minutes, I just went into the bathroom to get ready for the day. I called my supervisor and told him I had a family emergency, and he let me go; then I went to the kitchen where Vincent is. "Hey, baby," I said, kind of groggily.

Vincent raised an eyebrow. "What happened yesterday night?"

I shrugged. "I don't know; I fell asleep."

"Exactly, you left me with that child, and I don't know what kind of drugs Vanni gave Reagan, but she was screaming all night, and you couldn't hear shit?"

I giggled. "Nope,"

Vincent scoffed. "She's still asleep now because she didn't sleep until five am, pissing me off."

I walked up to him and hugged him. "Aw, baby, I'm so sorry. I was tired, so tired."

"And I wasn't."

I put my head on his chest and rubbed his arms. "I know, I know. I'm sorry, Vinnie!" I whined. "I don't even remember falling asleep,"

Vincent grunted, lifted me up onto the counter, and kissed me. "Whatever, I just wanted to mess with your dumbass,"

"Nigga–oh? Vincent, what are you doing?"

He got down on one knee and pulled out a ring, a ring that tops the one I have now. The ring was white gold, with white sapphire accent stones and amethyst as the center stone.

"A'roya Belford, will you marry me?"

My hand goes up to my mouth......Vincent Trancy is kneeling down for me. I nodded my head. "Yes, I will."

Vincent smirked, snatching the ring we previously bought and putting the new ring on my finger. "This one looks better on your fucking finger than that shit." He places the old ring in my hand and kisses me; he tongue fucks me, but I stop him before it gets too far. "Reagan."

Vincent's nose dragged along my neck. "We can be quiet."

"I don't want to be quiet; I want to be fucked hard....so wait until they come get their child."

Vincent's nose flared. "A'roya, when Reagan leaves, I'm going to fuck you up."

"Careful," I whispered teasingly, "I'm pregnant."

"I promise to cherish you always, to honor and sustain you, in sickness and in health, in poverty and in wealth, and to be true to you in all things until death alone shall part us."

"With this ring, I, Vincent Trancy, take you, A'roya Belford, to be no other than yourself. Loving what I know of you and trusting what I do not yet know, I will respect your integrity and have faith in your abiding love for me through all our years and in all that life may bring us."

"Vincent, what happens when I die?"

"I die too, this mate bond, our love is forever....until death do us part."

I smiled. "Forever, forever?"

"Yes, A'roya," Vincent kissed my forehead. "Forever, forever."
