《The Last Lycan Alpha King》Chapter 34

Rosalie's POV.
"Rumor has it Ericson got his ass beat last night." Martha smirked looking at me.
"It's no rumor, he came complaining apparently you and Dash had something to do with it." Penelope sighed also looking at me.
"What you and Dash?" Charlie threw me a questioning look.
"Hey it's not my fault they hate it other ok, I tried to stop them." I defended myself.
People closest to them knew how much hatred they had for one another.
"I know but what's confusing is how you where involved." She sucked in a breath obviously stressed. "Last I checked you and Dash don't get along."
"Ericson was escorting me to my room last night when Dash interrupted saying he needed to talk to me." I too sucked in a breath pushing back all the pleasurable memories that slowly resurfaced before continuing.
"About what?" Martha smirked, mischief swimming in her eyes.
"You're so dirty." I threw material in her face. "I didn't want to hear it so I left."
"Why?"
"I was angry there was no way I would let him beat my friend to a pulp and drag me away like I was some piece of cloth." I breathed again. "And non of that would have happened if only Ericson didn't speak for me."
"That's his problem, wanting to be the fucking hero and not backing down." She huffed annoyed.
"I'm sorry Penn." I sighed feeling guilty.
Penelope was always trapped between a rock and a hard place when it came to her relationship with both brothers. She tried to be there for Dash as much as she could but Ericson being her twin never made it any easy.
"It's not your fault, his a moron for fighting someone he knows will mop the floor with his ass." She scoffed. "Dude just can't back down from a fight he already lost."
The last sentence made us burst out laughing. It was true Ericson never backed down from a fight even when he was fully aware of him losing effortlessly.

"I swear men." She shook her head.
"Tell me about it." We laughed.
The rest of the day went by with me working and wondering where or how I got the tattoo on my back.
"Hey." I bit my lip when I bumped into Ericson when I was praying not to.
"Hey are you alright, did that motherfucker hurt you?" His eyes held genuine worry and I gave a small smile shaking my head no.
"Are you sure, just tell me and I'll fuck him up." He clenched his fists.
With the purple bruises and black eye on his face I felt guilty.
"I don't want to add more bruises to your face." I forced a chuckle. "But I'm ok, he didn't try
anything, are you ok?"
"I'm alright." He gave a small smile before his face changed to a serious one. "What did he want to talk about?"
"Nothing, I never gave him a chance to." I told the lie again.
"Guess you can handle him huh." His expression changed to a playful one at the my response.
"Yeah." I smiled. "I got to go and pick up Cage, see you later."
Getting a response from him I walked off as quick as I could.
For a few days I kept trying to speak with Dash but he kept avoiding me, having no idea what to tell him I decided to leave him alone until I found out something that was going to change my life forever.
"My I have a word with you?" I asked interrupting Dash and Lucinda's conversation.
"No, who even gave you the right to talk to him." She spoke eying me with utter disgust.
"I wasn't talking to you, mind your business." I snarled. The fact that she was near Dash was making me angry, if she continued I was sure to murder her.
"Well I'm his girlfriend and his business is mine." She was so full of herself and I was going to break her.

"Do you always have to state it." I smirked. "Maybe you don't believe it."
"Just so you don't do anything stupid seeing as you are a whore."
"I'm not the one who's warmed almost every guys bed in this pack." I retorted shutting her up.
"What do you want to tell me." Dash finally spoke in monotone.
"It's about Cage." I lied.
I didn't want to use my son as bait but it was the only way he would ever talk to me.
"Say it." He demanded.
"Not here." I said quietly.
Nodding Dash gave Lucinda a sloppy kiss before telling her to wait for him in his office and leading the way to an empty room.
The second we both entered the room I ensured no one had followed before closing the door.
We where in the room we had sex in on the day of blood moon and it brought back many erotic memories that made my pussy ache with desire.
"What happened, is he ok." Dash's velvety voice had me focusing on him again.
"Yeah." I nodded taking a step closer but he moved away.
"This isn't about my son is it." He glared and I looked at the ground. "I'm leaving."
"No wait." I held onto his hand the second he tried to walk past me.
"What the hell do you want." He snarled as though I repulsed him.
"You've been avoiding me since that night."
Yes I had been avoiding him as well but not as much as he did me, whenever he entered a place I was he would leave as though running from a contagious disease.
"No I haven't." He scoffed.
"Then why would you be avoiding me like I was some sort of parasite."
"Maybe you are one." He taunted pausing for a quick second before carrying on. "I genuinely just didn't want to see your face anywhere near me."
Angered by his response I clenched my fists and retorted. "That's not what you felt when you were drilling into me."
"You know fully well that was all because of the blood moon." He scoffed.
"Is that what you keep telling yourself." I smirked.
Yes the moon had affected us but there was more and he felt it.
"No, do you really think I can come to you when I've got a sober mind and Lucinda waiting naked in my bed." He crooked one of his eyebrows with a taunting smirk that infuriated me.
"Why the hell didn't you go to your whore then." I angrily pushed his chest but he stood his ground unfazed.
"Don't ask me dull questions you already know answerers to." He rolled his eyes. "What did you think I'll forget all you've bloody done huh?"
"I swear you're a fucking bastard!" I yelled feeling a mix of emotions brewing inside me.
"And you're a whore, so if I hadn't interrupted you would have ended up warming his bed." He threw the mistake I almost made in my face.
When I didn't respond he continued.
"You are so fucking shameless." He spat bitterly. "At least I don't pretend to be someone I'm not, yes I whore around but never with your family, oh wait, that's right you don't have any family."
"That's low even for you." My voice cracked and vision blurred at doleful reminder.
"You wanting to fuck my brother was low." He shot back clearly letting his anger take over. "So don't preach to me."
"We fucked and that's that nothing is going to happen between you and I ever." Bitterly he pushed past me opening the door ready to leave but stopped at my sentence.
"You marked me."
