"Mummy." Cage spoke hurt drenching his voice as he appeared through the front door making me drop the mug in my hands.
I swear my blood literally run cold at the sight of my son who was supposed to be sleeping upstairs standing beside his father, my mate who I dared never to tell him about. How could this even happen.
"What's happening here?" Penelope and Charlie asked when they came into my house and saw a raging Dash and teary Cage.
'Fuck' I cussed in my head.
"W-w-what are you guys doing here?" I stuttered nervously.
"You left your phone so we brought it for you." Charlie answered wiggling my cellphone in her hands. "What's going on."
"Yeah Rosalie, what is going on here?" Penelope looked from me to Dash then Cage then back to me.
"She doesn't know me." Cage choked out a sob as tears begun streaming down his face and my heart breaking at the sight of each one.
"No baby." I tried to reach for him but he backed away causing the pain in my chest to increase.
"Baby look please I can explain." I pleaded but he shook his head no.
"Is he really my dad?"
"No, yes, no, I mean its complicated." I spoke wishing he could understand.
"Just give me the fucking answer, is Cage my son!" Dash yelled his eyes beginning to change color.
"Woah hold up, you have a child." Penelope gasped at Dash.
"Cage, baby I'm sorry." I cried.
"Is he my father or not!" Cage shouted and his eyes too begun changing, like father like son huh.
Unable to answer, I just cried. Within a flash, Dash had his huge hand wrapped tightly around my throat cutting off all air circulation. I tried clawing at his hand but it was useless.
"Is Cage Dimitri Blake my son." He asked in a low growl. "Answer me damn it!" He slammed me against the wall when I didn't answer.

"Dash." Angelo and Shaun who appeared out of nowhere trying to pull him off me but he was angry and in alpha mode so it was impossible.
"Dash you are going to kill her, let go!" Charlie and Penelope tried but he paid them no hid, his focus was on me.
"I'll ask you one last fucking time, is Cage Dimitri Blake my fucking son." His claws started digging into my neck slowly.
"Yes, his our son, I'm sorry." I cried at the pain in my neck and what was to happen next after my confession.
"I can't believe you." Dash and Cage said at the same time.
"What have I ever done to you." Dash looked at me with a flash of hurt in his eyes as he let go of me.
"I-" I sobbed not even having a proper explanation for my actions.
"I kept asking you who my father was." Cage cried.
"I'm sorry baby, I swear I'm sorry." I tried to reach for him again.
"Don't touch me!" He growled.
"Cage you have to listen to me, I did everything for you baby."
"No, it was all for yourself, You are so selfish like that mummy."
"No, no, no" I sobbed even more.
"Yes, it was all for yourself, how did locking me in this house every single day of my life benefit me."
"Cage please." I cried not wanting to listen.
"Find someone else to lock up in your house." He run upstairs.
"Loving you was a grave mistake." Dash spoke making me halt in my steps as I was just about to follow Cage. I turned around to see a tear drop from his eyes but he quickly wiped it away.
"I-" before I had a chance to speak, Cage came back down.
"Daddy let's go." He told Dash.
"No, you are not going anywhere." I scolded "You will stay in this house with me."
"No I won't." He adjusted his small backpack on his back.

"Yes you will, Cage Dimitri Blake!" I yelled "You are my son!"
"I know and I regret it." He spat bitterly.
"No, no don't say that." I shock my head "You don't mean that, you don't!" I cried tears streaming down my face like a waterfalls.
"I do, and if I had a chance to pick my mum, it would never have been you." He added making his way to the door.
"Dash no, tell him to come back, please." I cried pulling on his jacket.
"Don't ever touch me with those filthy." He ripped my hands off him and left with Cage, my son has left me.
"Cage!" I cried clutching my heart as my son and mate got into the car and drove away.
"I can't believe you Rosalie." Penelope looked at me with disappointment written all over her face.
"We are you best friends for goodness sake!" Charlie scoffed.
"I'm sorry." I cried feeling completely empty and broken.
"No you are not, we tell you everything, every single thing, we don't hide shit from you but you, you are a filthy liar!" Penelope growled.
"I swear I wanted to tell you."
"When, in our graves!"
"No, I-"
"Don't bother, I'm done, I'm done being there for you when all you do is keep secrets, I'm done being there for someone as selfish and self centered as you, I'm done Rosalie Blake, you are on your own."
"No, guys please, don't say that." I cried even more.
"For once I don't blame Dash for his resentment towards you, you deserve it all, you are a shitty girlfriend, a shitty mum and worse off the shittiest best friend." Penelope snarled bitterly.
"And I'm not going to be friends with someone who doesn't understand the value of honesty and trust." Charlie added quietly.
"Guys please no." I cried.
"Come on Charlie, let's go." Penelope took Charlie's hand and they left with their mates, completely ignoring all my pleas.
"This is all your fault!" Normy barked at me. "We've lost our mate and pup all because of you!"
"No!" I cried but she blocked me. I sat in a corner on the cold floor, knees in contact with my chest and my head buried between them, I was all alone, everyone despised me, I had no one, no son, no mate, no friends, no one. The realization made me cry, I was back to where I was before I came here to this pack, all alone.
Flashback
"Mummy, where are we going?" I asked my mother as we hurried through the woods.
"Hash." She shushed and kept hurrying with one of her hands holding mine tightly and the other holding a small duffle bag.
"I'm tired mummy." I whined, we had been walking for the past 3 hours if not more.
"Kimberly I said keep quiet, is that so hard!" She snapped making me flinch.
"I'm sorry." I sighed and walked quietly as I struggled to keep up with her long strides.
After another long hour of walking, she finally stopped.
"Wait here for me OK." She ordered.
It was dark out and we were literally in the middle of nowhere, there was nothing but thick trees, grass and leaves.
"Where are you going?" I asked half afraid that she would yell at me.
"I'll be back, just don't go anywhere, wait for me here." She ordered.
"You can't leave me here all alone, its dark, I'm afraid of the dark." I chocked on my tears as they begun pouring.
"Don't you dare cry!" She yelled and I quickly wiped my tears away. "I said wait here so wait you are big enough to take care of yourself." She huffed and left not giving me a comforting hug or looking back.
I was left there waiting for her, with my knees to my chest and my back against the bark of a tree 3 year old me waited and waited but she never returned.
