"Thank you for staying at King's Hotel. Your room is 365, on the fifth floor, on the left." I smiled as I handed the couple their room keys. They both thanked me and walked away. I quickly typed in their room and the amount in the spreadsheet before sighing and turning to my colleague and asking her to take over.

That morning I had been called in early for work because there were many costumes coming into the holiday or some type of celebration. I sighed as I loosened my tie a little. It was a hectic morning and when the crowd was smaller, I cooled relax and take my break. I picked up my phone to see a text from Parker.

I smiled as I put my phone back in my pocket and then got back to work. I still haven't forgotten what happened and I knew that I shouldn't make that much of a big deal about it I couldn't just let go. I was still embarrassed and scared because holy shit, I went on a date with a man who was already in a relationship. I felt kind of responsibility if they had broken up. I still wonder what happens to Flynn and Casey. I shook my head to get rid of the thought and focus on my work, I had five more hours of work and then I'd be done.

The rest of the day wasn't a hassle and I was don't by six fourth five. The rest of the time, I finished the spreadsheet and then shut down the computers before making my way to the employee room and changing. I quickly changed and made my way to the car, on my way, I accidentally bumped into a man, it wasn't a hard bump but it hurt my shoulder that collided with this arm. "I'm sorry," I spoke as I stopped and turned around to see him better. "Are you okay?" I asked I got a little closer.

The man was taller than me by at least seven inches. "Yes," he spoke, his voice was deep and raspy. "I am fine, are you alright?" He looked at my arm that I was holding.

"Yes, I am fine." I smiled a little and tried to see his face better but I couldn't because the lighting was really bad. I slightly looked up at him and I swear I thought I saw his eyes glowing for a second. "Um, I am very sorry."

"You should watch where you're going." He mumbled but I heard and turned around but that time head was already walking away. I huffed and got into my car and drove home. He wasn't worth that much trouble anyway.

When I got home, I unlocked my front door and carefully walked in, being cautious of whatever Parker had planned. What I didn't expect was to have my favorite dishes set on my dinner table. "What the hell?" I mumbled as I walked into the kitchen to see Parker cooking, which was unusual because she sucked at cooking.

"You're back!" Parker yelled as she put down the spatula and came to hug me. I hugged her back, a little surprised. "Go freshen up and then we'll have lunch."

"Nichole is here?" I asked as I put down my clothing bag and took off my jacket.

"No, she had to visit a friend," Nichole answered.

"Then who are we?" I asked.

"You'll see, just go and change." She pushes me towards my room and I quickly showered and got dressed in comfortable nightwear before walking back downstairs. "Come on, the guests are here."

I looked at confused before making my way to her and then walking to the door. She smiled shyly at me before unlocking the door and telling people to come in. The three men that walked in shocked me, that I couldn't even say anything to them.

~••••~

First walked in Flynn McKade, then it was his boyfriend, or whatever they were. Then there was the man I bumped into in the parking lot of my work. "What the hell?" Was the only thing I could say.

"Lionel, this is Flynn's cousin, Zechariah." Parker spoke to introduce me to the 'new' person.

"Ni-Nice to meet you." I extended my hand to shake his. But it wasn't nice to meet him.

"Likewise." The man, Zechariah, smirked as he shook my hand. His grip was tight and I think my bones shifted a bit because of his death grip. "I am sorry about this idiot. I hope you can forgive him."

I just nodded as I took my hand back and looked at the others and then at Parker. That asshole was dead to me. She gave another small smile before she asked everyone to come and have dinner. Flynn didn't speak and neither did Casey. I just stared at them and then at Zechariah while he was joking with Parker. I didn't want to ruin dinner so I stayed quiet. When everyone was done, they moved to the living room. Parker, Zechariah and I saw on the long couch while Casey and Flynn were sitting in the love seat.

I was beside Zechariah and he was in between me and Parker because I had a strong urge to kill her. "I am so sorry," Flynn was the first one to speak and that stopped the conversation between Zechariah and Parker. "I know I shouldn't have gone on the date while I was with Casey, but I didn't know what I was thinking." He looked down in shame and Casey just sat there, not saying anything.

"And I should've made sure that you weren't seeing anyone. I am partially at fault too, and I am sorry." Parker spoke as she looked at me and then Casey.

"Fine I can forgive this but that doesn't mean we can be friends." I looked at Flynn and he nodded.

"I can't forgive you just yet," Casey mumbled as he stared at his hands but we knew he was talking to Flynn. "You have some work to do to earn my forgiveness."

"And I will do anything," Flynn pleaded.

"Okay, now that's settled," Zechariah spoke up as he stood up in front of me. "Come with me for a second."

I looked around confused but followed him away. We walked to the patio, where it was chilly as feeling Antarctica that I started shivering but Zechariah didn't. "What is it?" I asked as I wrapped my arms around me.

"Well, I know this isn't the perfect time with all the things you went through recently, but I was wondering if you like to hang out sometime?" He looked at me and looked really confident.

"Um, I don't know." I blushed as I looked at his handsome face. "I need some time, I hope you can understand."

"That's totally fine, just don't ghost me." Zechariah laughed as he walked closer to me. He leaned down a little and I felt his breath on my face. "Remember to keep your words because I will ask you again, soon."

I leaned back and little as my face started to burn. I was sure I was read as a cherry. "O-okay." Zechariah smiled and stepped back before walking back inside. I didn't follow him because I was trying to keep my heartbeat down. Holy shit, that was hot and unexpected. I thought as I took a deep breath and then walked inside.

When I walked in, I saw that Casey, Flynn, and Zechariah were all dressed. "We should get going," Flynn spoke as he put on his shoes. "Thank you for having us for dinner." He smiled at me and then shook Parker's hand. Casey walked right behind him and Zechariah winked at me and then hugged Parker before leaving.

"That was nice, but I will kill you if you do that again," I spoke to her as I locked the door and then walked to my room. "I'm going to bed,"

"G'night," Parker said. "I'm going home too. Oh! The dishes are in the dishwasher."

"Thank you," I smiled at her as she put on her coat and then her shoes.

"Goodnight." I said as she walked out and I locked the door behind her. I sighed as I walked to my bed and just laid down. I was too tired to do anything else and was too busy processing what happened with Zechariah.

But that didn't matter, I was glad I had a chance with someone and that made me happy.
