Anyway watching his JiangER getting punched made the emperor seep in anger "Zhen really wishes he can discipline that man right now, he dares to hurt what is mine with that flirty hand of his " with a smiling face the emperor suddenly said to a secret guard who was in the room with him reporting a certain matter, the secret guard wished then that the emperor would stop smiling because the vibes he was getting right now was very unnerving and even more scary than the emperor's indifferent and stoic face.

Truthfully whether the emperor ordered them or not they still would have followed him after all that was their only job when he was around, to ensure his safety.

Meanwhile back in Dai city when the competition had just started there were some citizens drinking and eating in a pub, also instead of concentrating on the battle between Jiang and Wang Wei, they were more concerned about the changes on Jiang's body "Young Mistress Lei Yue hair color have changed, why will she change it?" one of the men exclaimed the moment a screen in the pub popped out from nowhere and activated, signaling the start of the empress elect second challenger's competition and showing Jiang and Wang Wei on display.

A particular man was dressed more highly and could be identified as the leader of the guards also he possessed the power to march his status, he walked over to the middle of the pub and then scanned all the people within thereby making silence befall on the pub, no matter how drunk the men were they didn't dare utter a word, in fact some of them who were cultivators had already used various techniques' to dispel the alcoholic substance in their body thereby making them clear headed once more.

"For the crime of defaming the empress elect and showing no respect whatsoever to her person, you are all under arrest" immediately more city guards filed into the pub and then dragged the pleading men out.

Some of the people in the pub that were taken by the guards including the pub owner and workers were normal citizens, some didn't even say anything against the empress elect but they were all dragged out, they can only curse at their luck for being in the wrong place at the wrong time because the emperor who was already in bad mood and had extremely good hearing abilities just so happened to enter this particular street that the pub was located in when taking his stroll.

Although the emperor didn't hear the start of the conversation, he had heard enough to want to go there personally and treat their transgressions, which man won't be pissed upon hearing such disrespectful words and seeing lustful eyes and obscene actions directed at what he considers his.

When emperor Qin Jie Huang heard those people talk about his empress elect like that he really wanted to go in there and beat the crap out of them but he had an image to maintain and a title that prevented him from acting like a barbarian so he had instructed one of his secret guards to go and call Dai city guards and then arrest everyone in the pub.

After arresting those people the emperor felt slightly better, although the person he mostly wanted to arrest and torture right now was the damn Wang Wei but this will have to do for now.
