It was then Liang Na discovered that her favorite and most beautiful robe, the one she had put on to show off to the emperor had also be burnt completely by the mat, she fumbled and tried to hide but there was nowhere to hide, tears fell down from her eyes but it quickly heated off her face.

Although the mat covered her body completely, she still couldn't accept this, her feet and shoulders could clearly be seen by the two guards supervising her.

Liang Na had all these questions that couldn't be answered, she had forgotten again that the person that gave the order and made her to be in this situation was the emperor himself so why would he care about such matters.

One of the guard supervising Liang Na's punishment at the repentance hall offered her the name after seeing Liang Na's bitter and disoriented look, It wasn't that he felt pity for her but he believed she should at least know the name of what was bringing her such torment, It should have been introduced to her in the beginning anyway.

Liang Na was certain that this artifact must have been created or orchestrated by the emperor in some way, It's was only him that could think of something so sinister, one second you think you are saved and can be forgiven but then the next moment you realize that your sins are yet to be forgiven and you still have to atone for them.

As she took a step from the platform she was placed to received her punishment, long chains instantly shot out of the wall and cuffed Liang Na's arms and legs and then it violently dragged her body towards a side wall in the repentance hall, Liang Na's back hit against the wall with so much force that cracking sounds from her bone could be heard, her face instantly turned pale for the third time today as she coughed up blood, more blood flowed out of her mouth as she was reminded of the reason she was facing such inhuman treatment by the one she loved.

She lost so much blood to the point that she could only black out.

After reminiscing about that awful day Liang Na who had just recently stopped crying started doing so all over again, the fact that some maids and eunuchs were there to witness her humiliation made the experience even more unbearable, also the smug look on that stupid little eunuch's face as he leads the others to the fairytale phoenix palace was deeply engraved in her memory.
